Roger and Pedro provided me with excellent costumer service. They worked closely with me to make sure I was satisfied and tried to find the best price for my replacement part. This is an honest shop which is a rarity these days. (UPDATE 8/8/23/) MY transmission broke.. come to find out the parts were not meant for my car and Remanufactured torque converter. I was hoping a name brand like Aamco would been great but it was a lie-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This place is amazing! first the service is just amazing and super professional. Roger was just professional and super honest with my car. I already knew the issue with my transmission but i needed a second opinion to make sure I'm correct. I've seen other mechanics and of course they want to rip you a new one without even seeing the problem. Well Thanks to my wife advising me of an AAMCO in Hialeah were i never knew it was even their. So I called and talked to Roger and I told him the issue with my car. He let me know he'll need to see it and also run the computer to see the issue which would take a couple of days. 2 days later i get the call and he spotted the issue and advised what needed to be done. Always polite, always notified me on everything going on with my car also what was being done to it, and advised once the car was complete. Got to love the FINANCING OPTIONS they have. Please make sure to visit or call them. Got my car back and I'm happy with the work they done with my 2014 Impala.Service: Transmission

First off I d like to thank Mayer. He self diagnosed my car over the phone after I described to him what was going on. When your car is totally disabled, it puts your mind at ease when someone can tell you exactly what the issue is and the price without seeing it. The service here was incredible! I came here for a simple air conditioning problem I had with my 2012 Honda Civic. The customer service was great as well, very well mannered and nice young man helped me out as to see what the problem was. Very much recommend their service and it was very easy to find the shop only a quick google search and was the first recommendation. I took my car to these so-called "professionals" for an issue I was having with the transmission getting stuck in first gear. Called the next day, and they told me that they had checked the transmission, that it had burnt oil and metal shavings in the oil, and that the transmission had to be replaced. Cost, $4,200 for a used transmission and 30-day warranty.The car only has 80,000 miles with all maintenance up to date. So, it seemed odd to me that the transmission was damaged in the way they said, that it couldn't even be fixed.Since I had my doubts, I asked them how they had checked the oil, and they told me that they had loosened the bolts on the oil pan to drain a little and test it.I paid the 137 dollars they charge for the "diagnostic" and pick-up the car. When I got home, I checked the oil pan, and they hadn't touched it. Everything was dry, zero oil residue from when they supposedly loosened the screws to get the sample. Checked transmission codes and looked them up online and found the Step Motor was the problem. Purchased the Step Motor for 30 dollars and replaced it. Took me 1 hour.The old oil had ZERO metal particles, not even on the magnets, and it was so clean that I could literally put it back in the transmission.It's incredible that a business specializing in transmissions says the transmission is destroyed, without even checking the codes it had. I fixed the transmission with a 30 dollars part, 2 gallons of CVT oil, a filter, a gasket, and 1 hour of my time. Total 125 dollars, cheaper than what these professionals charged me for the diagnostic without even looking at it. Honesty is a thing of the past, unfortunately.Service: Transmission

My experience at this shop was fantastic! I was notified and updated constantly as to the repair status. Great detail to perfection was evident. Mechanical and technical information was explained thoroughly, with great recommendations concerning the best and most successful practices. I would highly recommend this shop without reservation. Kudos to Roger and his crew!

Customer service was great. They kept me updated and I even had straight communication with the mechanic handling my car. It's hard to find a body shop of any kind with this type of great service. If I need anything else in the future I will for sure consider this place first and refer anyone. Thank you!

My entire experience with AAMCO was amazing to the say the least! Everyone that helped me, especially Ismael, was incredibly kind and clear with communication and procedure. I left my car for transmission repair on Friday and the job was complete by Wednesday of the following week. My car runs perfectly again and I seriously could not thank them enough for their great work. Thank you AAMCO! I ll surely return for any future service.Service: Transmission

In Miami Is very hard to find honest people.... Well, You have it in this shop.Roger is the more ethic person that I know, We had a lot of issues with my Camaro, and responded until my car was perfect. I will take my car to this shop any time.Highly recommend...AAA+++

In South Florida it's very hard to find honesty in a car repair shop. Most of them focus on getting the most money from their customers without caring about the repercussions. Here it's quite differently. I've been coming to this shop for 6 plus years whenever I've had the slightest of issue/question with my vehicles. I've always gotten a honest answer and the problem/questions has always been resolved. Roger and the rest of his guys do a great job. As long as I live in Miami they will always have me as a customer.

AMCO was extremely professional and direct to the point. After 2 frustrated experiences with CarMax service and the Planet Dodge Dealership in Doral I m glad I found AMCO. Roger, Ismael, you guys were great and have now a customer for life!!!THANK YOU!!!!

Roger explained what all the codes meant, I can say good enough things about these guys. It is difficult enough finding a good auto mechanic, but I like the communication, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable with work needed. I will not try to explain what was done to my car, but I went in thinking I needed a new transmission and it turned out to be a $274 repair.Definitely recommend

Great place to take your car they give good prices do awesome work and the best thing is they get you out quick . Hanzel was very helpful updated me on my car and was very nice If I ever need any work done to my car I m taking it to this shop .

Had my Mustang's Trans done here about a year ago and it went smooth as butter and now recently had to have it serviced again, Hansel and team did a great job getting my car back up and running and even waived fees for me. Thank you so much for everything!!!

LiARS and THIEVES. Dont take your car there!! I took my 2003 impala to Roger at AAMCO last week..it was slipping gears and shifting hard..when Roger called me to give me the diagnosis he explained that my transmission was burnt and needed to be replaced..he gave me a $3300 option, $2200 option and an $1800 option for a new or rebuilt transmission..I told him no thank u my car was too old to spend that kind of $$..I paid him a $125 diagnostic fee and took back my car..I took my car to LAKES auto center for unrelated repairs and the tech noticed my transmission fluid was low 3 quarts..he added the fluid at no charge and now my transmission works perfect..I mean PERFECT..I felt Roger and AAMCo of hialeah tried to take advantage of me big time..I usually don't write bad reviews when I'm unhappy with a service but this one took the cake!!!Service: Transmission

My transmission was repaired at AAMCO OF HIALEAH, after researching different shops and getting random prices, this shop asked me to bring the car in for a diagnosis so they could give me an accurate estimate. This make a whole lot of sense to me because how could you possibly know what is wrong or how much is it going to cost without looking at or diagnosing the car. Well the diagnosis was free they treat me like a king the transmission turn out a little more expensive that I though or had in mind, however after listening to the explanation of the why the difference in money, it made perfect sense to me. I got a warranty of 1 year or 24,000 miles that was unbeatable and 30 days after getting my transmission rebuilt by them am so happy that I made the right decision, for whatever is worth THANKS GUYS .

Perhaps the worst recommendation I ve ever received in my life. I do not understand how companies like this continue to operate. I went to this body shop referred by a mechanic and I talk to Roger the owner the most despotic person and thief in this town I won't recommend any body to visit their place.

My transmission was fixed 30 days ago and my car is running great. I would highly recommend these guys. Very dependable and very good service. Communicated with me every step of my repairs needed.
