Wow what a bad experience I just had in this store! the worst customer service! I went to buy 4 tires for my car and a man at the counter treated me very badly. He asked tire model of my car and I couldn't tell myself and he came out with a rude word and making bullying with another customer who arrived after me. And by the way he told me you have to wait, super rude and complaining that i didn't know the measure. How could I buy shoes without knowing the size number . I just turned around and left! I was a casual customer here and even always recommended it to my family. Done today!

Have been going here for the last few years. Went through several shops till I found this one. Other shops wanted to sell more repairs. Excellent service, honest and knowledgeable staff and excellent prices on tires and repairs. This garage is used by large fleet operators as I see several big name companies using this place, so it's reputable and fair priced.

I wouldnt recommend, salesman was very pushy for "better" tires. We also went another time because we got a nail stuck into the tire, it was 40$ for a punched tire. and he didnt even fix it right, there was more than one hole and it seems like he didnt even check to see if it kept the air because a week later we had it replaced again, **not recommended**

Terrible customer support. They should be embarrassed to call this a Goodyear service center. I had a flat and they told me they were too busy to help. I asked is they could air up the tire so that I could go to another place. The worker were willing to help they brought the hose to air up the tire and the manager walked out and said they were too busy put a chain to close the lane and signal the workers not to help. Terrible attitude and terrible management. Word of advice, you will loose customer by having the wrong attitude.

I strongly recommend not to go to this place. Worst customer service ever. Very unqualified and unprofessional people. Mechanics don't even know how to do basic procedures: like putting a patch to a tire. I don't really know how in the world Goodyear lets this place do business under its name. They are hurting Goodyear's name. I went to this place to get a patch in a tire and they suposedly fixed it but I continued to having the same issue. They spent 2 weeks finding where the puncture was. The manager does not even know how to address a problem or how to deal with a customer. He would just try to hide. If you are reading this, to save you a really bad experience or bad consequences, I advise you to find another auto service place. This is not a real Goodyear store!

Worst experience.I called and asked before I went for price of $85.Got there and mgr Robert ask me why I needed alignment.I explained that I just purchased truck and that it shook on Highway.Nevertheless he walked me my truck telling me why I shouldn't get alignment.So I didn't..

went there with a rental, they were absolutely the slowest service in my life. an hour and a half for one tire. aweful. i asked the attendant how long it would be for a tire change he said uuuuhhhhh we have a few cars i have to see whats wrong w your car. i told him it had a slow leak and how long to change. he wasnt sure. i will never ever return. there is a line only for tire repair replace and no one is working it.

Take my word go somewhere else. worst customer services ever. Can't even rate the tires since the tire (plural, since its one tire it isn't priority) never got there and now they don't want to give me my money back. Called Goodyear corp. its not a real goodyear store. The most they can do is Complain. So yes Go Someplace else.

Their prices are somehow outrageous.....for the location , I was expecting to get good prices but no and it's in hialeah, supposed a poor neighborhood. I went to Aventura and got better prices ..

Since they change ownership ship, the new owner wants to change $120 for a regular oil change .. I would not recommend this place to no one!!!
