Service and customer relation are excellent. Both Andy and Haldi are patient and take time to explain thoroughly. They even do extra step and to help me out. I totally trust them. Definitely recommend this shop to fix your car.

From the moment that I called 1 stop collision, Frank help me the whole situation. He helped me tow the car to his body shop and even helped get my insurance agent to visit his shop for approval of the estimate. Frank was constantly updating me as he knew that I knew as he knew I knew I needed the car as soon as possible, when I got the car, it looked like it had never been hit 1 stop collision. I definitely recommend 1stop collision to anyone who needs body work on their car.

***Two time customer*** This is my second time using One Stop Collision and i chose them a second time because they did such a great job the first time, that I did not hesitate in contacting Bryan immediately once again. Bryan helped me get the best price possible from his slew of auto connections. Unfortunately, my car is a 2017 and there were no parts available from After market resources so I was forced to deal with the dealership, but I did thank Bryan for trying his best. Bryan was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly...a real good guy as were all the other employees i encountered there. Their prices for work rendered was very reasonable considering the excellent work they do. Andy and Frank the owners are hands on and have your best interest at heart. My car was ready in 5 days due to the dealership sending a part i needed 2 days later, but after receiving it my car was ready in 2 days. Their work is flawless!!! You will not be disappointed with their outstanding work!! One Stop Collision is the Only Stop Collision shop for me!!!

Unfortunately I had to visit them twice. Obviously because it s no fun when you crash or damage your car. But if I went the second time is because these people are amazing! Excellent work and not to mention how helpful and friendly everyone has been. I returned the second time and like the first time they didn t disappoint. Through them I was able to experience their amazing service at their other car service company called 1 Stop Car Care. Keep up the good work guys!!!!

This is by far the best body shop ever. From the beginning to the end they help me open my claim , they got me a rental and the kept me updated every 2 days until my repairs was completed . Bryan was always available to answer my calls and Maria is the best she made sure I was ok and updated me every chance she got . I recomand this shop To EVERYONE

Crashed my car and was basically a total loss but I wasn t ready to let go. Took me forever to find a shop that is actually good. They were able to get my car looking and running as if I never even crashed. A year later and still perfect. Would recommend 100%
