We had our awning broken during an unexpected storm, filed a claim with insurance, and the adjuster gave me a few names of repair services, Michelle at Iceberg was the only one who called back, and did so same day which is rare in the RV repair service. She came to my storage lot, assessed the damage and was able to order the parts, and complete the repair before we were leaving for our next trip. She coordinated with the insurance company, so that everything on my end was smooth and seamless! She was very professional, did a great job, had great communication, will definitely be using Iceberg again when the need arises!!

She had to modernize the rear camera & monitor technology on my 15 yr old Class A, which required her to research an ergonomic solution. Then get approval from my extended warranty co. She also coached us to get a fan system for our fridge and installed it for us when we met our technical limitation. We're very happy we called Iceberg.

Iceberg Mobile RV (Michele Berg) did a fantastic, emergency job for us tod�y! She is very knowledgeable and professional, �nd she saved us in this Florida heat! Our power swit�h box had gone bad, and we lost all power in our RV. Michele replaced the old box for us, and our power is back! Thanks Michele!!
