I am really re-thinking getting my car serviced at this Walmart Auto Center. Sad, because I live right next door. I went in for an Oil Change which seemed to go well, I scheduled an appointment and they took me in and had me out on time. When I picked up the car they said everything was good and I was good to go. When I got to work I checked to see if they put windshield wiper fluid when I noticed that my coolant was empty and so was my power steering fluid. I immediately had to purchase some and put it in myself. After work I went to the store to show them pictures and explain what happened. The response I got was defensive and not very customer service oriented. I was also told that although the sign on their digital display says that they top off the fluids that they're no longer doing that except for windshield wiper fluid. That's fine but if somebody's fluids are empty or dry don't you think you should tell them. Why would I pay almost $50 for an oil change and not want my other fluids to be full as well. I'm still waiting to hear back from Walmart corporate. I need to know I can trust the people who work on my car, a car is not a luxury in Florida it's a necessity.

I bought 4 tires on the Walmart website and got offered the installation services, which seems like convenient so I got it. They scheduled an appointment (which I was told to honor or I would lost after 15 minutes late). Got there 15 Minutes BEFORE, left the car and went to walk around Walmart. After over 1 HOUR, I went back to check on progress, and my car hadn t even moved. People that got there after me had their cars being worked on and mine was just sitting there. I questioned them and they said oh, your car is next right now . It was almost closing time for the auto service, the service STARTED 90 minutes AFTER the si called scheduled appointment (at 7:30PM, and the supposedly close at 7), so I m not confident AT ALL they will do a good job on balancing/aligning the wheels, since they rush it so they can go home. I advise anybody NOT TO use their service, they re not reliable and you might need to get their worked re-checked somewhere else.

They are garbage if you speak english and play favorites. 3rd in line for tire repair 1st 2 dudes long gone i come out and 3 cars in the bay and there my car sits after 2 hours .guy doing oil change line was like what the hell?? i said give me my keys im not the right race apparently. They could care less about you here go elsewhere plus prices just as high as tuffy and others now. Ill go to a real place and get an appt!!

Came in for an oil change before they open at 7 am. Second in line. Mechanic was friendly and quick. I was able to shop and be out before 8:30am.

Ordered two tires. Once they arrived, in 4 days, scheduled an oil change along with it.Dropped at 2. Picked up at 4. About $64 for each item tires and synthetic oil change.

When I called for an appointment for oil change, they asked about my car and I gave them all the information they needed. When I went, after like 15 minutes, they called me to tell me they didn't have a filter for my car, stating that I should have told them what kind of car I had. I have a Volkswagen and they knew about it 3 days prior when I made the phone call. Waisted my day. Totally unacceptable.

I had a wonderful experience! I made an appointment and they were waiting for me. They text me when I just started shopping to let me know they started and shortly after they text me they finished. They put the tire on fast. My drivers side door is broken and my trunk is broken. I was worried they would turn me away after reading other reviews online. They were professional and kind. Had awful experience at the Haines City, Walmart tire center. Needed tire replaced, girl at counter checked in shop for inventory, said was in stock, 2 1/2 hours later car was brought in,then I was told not in stock, no tires my size. I walked out fuming. Not a good place.

4 hours just to repair a tire. I got in at 7 am and left 11 am just to plug a tire -_- under warranty

If i could give negative stars i would. I was told 3 hours for an oil change. I know they are busy so i was like it is okay. At 2 hours, i noted they was not much movement in the cars. Come to find out, there are another 9 cars ahead of me and it's about 25 minutes per car for an oil change. They only have 1 mechanic doing them!! Well, the math is another 5 hours!!! The manager gave me excuses for wasting my time, like others al have waited 4 hours and are still waiting. I don't think you should brag about that!!!! Unless you are here at 6 am to be the first person at 7 am.... no waste your time!!! I told the manager based on the cars waiting, they were full, for the day by 9 am and sold turn people away instead of wasting there time!!!! Horrible. I will never ever ever come back. Ps, they only do oil and tires. This is not a full shop so why they have this issue is mind boggling!!!

Took my car in to have my battery which said 6/19 well within the 5 year warranty which they said didn t apply. Wrong battery was installed replaced with new correct battery & my car dies a day later. Still trying to figure it out & started with the battery light coming on. Now I know why people say don t go to Walmart for ANYTHING automotive.

Same bad experience as so many have posted. Was in at 8:15 to fix a flat tire I purchased here earlier this year. Called and called (7 calls, phone rang for 6+ minutes before it cut off) but no one answered the phone, to make an appointment. When I got to the desk, she told me they don t allow appts for fixes, however, you must sit cooling your heels while we take everyone else with appointments before you?!?! She said it would be an hour and a half, and at 2 hours, they hadn t even started, and there are still cars ahead of me. I ve watched folks who came in 45 minutes later already serviced and left.Service: Tires

The girls tried to be helpful but I never got thru to make an appt. Went in person and was told oil change can be 4-6 hour wait but they cannot do the tires. Mind you I was buying all new tires there. I had to call in advance for tire service. (I had been trying to call for over a week previously and went in person and they would not help. Lastly the reason was that there were not enough people working short staffed. Went elsewhere where I paid a little bit more but got it all done including alignment all in one sitting and place.

They were very busy on the weekend but they were able get me new tires on within an hour. Took a little bit longer to check out since some people were checking out other stuff too (including me). Friendly and helpful. Update: got me in and out for a flat repair on Saturday morning in 45 minutes.

Just left around 11:47. I got there at 7:28, receipt shows completion at 8:19. Went up to check on the status at 9 and around 1030. Told it wasn t ready. Took a whole nap and walked around the store. I know I sound like a Karen, but looking at the time and the people that arrived after I did and left before me had me feeling some type of way. I was the second vehicle in the queue this morning & did not see my car in the bay or whatever it s called. All I can assume was that it was unorganized & I spent 4 unnecessary hours waiting. I like coming to Walmart Autocare and have never waited this long for an oil change because I show up early. This experience makes me hesitant to comeback.

Sadly this store has gone down hill. Forget calling the store and getting even the " operator" to answer a call. You will die if old age first. The team members unfortunately often do not speak English so communicateion is difficult. And most often don't know where things are within the store let alone help you find anything .

dropped my car off at 2pm, been told it was a 2- 2 and a half hour wait, waited three hours still no call, called around 5:20 to be told that it might be another hour, went in to check on it at 7pm STILL NOT DONE hasn t even been TOUCHED, the man at the counter has no idea what s going on, and been told that it might be another 45 minutes, FIVE HOURS and my car wasn t even touched FOR AN OIL CHANGE??? This place is absolutely pathetic, DO better

Nobody ever answers the phone. Not even in other areas of the store. Their whole system of doing things needs to change. Got there 9 am on a Sunday for an oil change and didn't leave until 11:40. 3 people have quit recently. And when going to pay, several customers saw whoever was behind the desk intentionally IGNORE the phone.

horrible!! I took my car for an alignment, from 10:40 am, they said they would call me when it was ready and at 2pm they called me to say that they could not find a part that they needed to remove the tires so I went directly and delivered it at 2: 40pm. I waited for the call to know when my car would be ready and it was 7pm and they never called me so I went to walmart and when I arrive WOOOW! everything closed, and my car was the only one outside and the most amazing thing of all is that it was open, and anyone could open it and steal whatever was inside. and there was no one who could give my keys to get out of that place. I give zero stars, and zero recommended !! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS!

Great services, I got a next day appointment to change my ties at a reasonable cost. The service was completed in about 30 minutes. I will definitely visit again.

They close the oil change at 4pm on Sundays even if their hours are to close at 6pm. They don't care that you were standing in line for over 20 minutes to then turn you away because they don't want to work anymore. I wasn't the only one dissatisfied with their service and slow way of taking care of other customers.Went down the road and change my oil in less than 35 minutes. Just Waisted an hour trying for the service manager to accept my turn in line.

At first I went in a few days ago to see if my tire was in stock and was ignored for 20min, it was not in stock, and they said they couldn't order it either which was weird but I said okay I'll just order off the app online get it delivered. No problem, got tire ready ourselves and called ahead today to see if they had time to balance that one tire they said yes. Go in today and my man was ignored also and seemed like no one could actually speeak english considering he had to repeat himself 5+ times on the service we needed then they said (with an hour left until closing) that they didnt have time to do it. My man got mad (he's worked in a tire shop previously for 3 years he knows it only takes 10min. Just an absolute hassle.Service: Tires

I went in on a Tuesday afternoon at 1 pm and was told there was 3 1/2 hr. Wait for a new tire, AND they were out of all the tires that fit my little car under $100. Each (before tax and fees) CRAZY! You can't even GIVE these people your business! The girl said if I wanted ANY hope of waiting less than 2 hours to come back before 7 am and line up then....

I waited 6 hours for 3 tires to be put on when I was told 3. I didnt get the lady's name but she was not helpful and tried to charge me for premium service when I asked for the standard package. Thankfully Raphael came and saved my day and fixed the issues I was having. Thank you Raphael!

I waited for 8 hours to change the oil and they just forgot about my car. when they found the error in the system, they wanted me to queue again. Unacceptable this treatment to a customer l!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

It s Walmart, I shouldn t have expected better. They ll do whatever job but it s terrible communication and customer service. I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. As I m checking out I see they didn t rotate my tires and they said it s because I needed new tires. Why wouldn t they try and tell me that before and sell me tires or at least tell me they couldn t do a service?Came back another day to get tires and they couldn t explain some of the extra costs and made it seem like I was putting them out.Again, I get it, it s Walmart and everybody who works there probably wants to die but I d say avoid Walmart automotive center if possible
