The parts fit perfectly and I installed the mirror caps in less than 5 minutes. My local dealership was going to charge $150 in labor to install the passenger mirror caps. Thanks for the parts delivered to my house for easy install.

**DON T PAY EXTRA FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING***If your order contains more than 1 part they will be shipped separately. Even though the parts go together and installation isn t possible without both, if you don t receive both shipments overnight you ll only be refunded for the extra shipping on the delayed package. I paid $74.15 for overnight shipping (reg shipping was $29.99) and was only refunded $11.18 of the extra $44.16 I paid because one box did arrive on time. Never mind that having only one part did me ZERO good. :(I placed an order for a RAV4 mirror assembly on 10/25/23. It comes as 2 separate part numbers, the mirror assembly and the outside coverare separate but both parts are needed for installation. Due to not being able to see well out of my right eye from repeated detached retina surgeries, my car mirrors are extremely important so I chose overnight shipping. The parts were shipped separately even though I placed one order. One box did arrive overnight on 10/27 but the other arrived 10/31. I have repeatedly spoken with different people and they are of no help and my emails have been ignored. The manager I just spoke with said that she would be ok with being treated this way as a customer and I would just have to accept it . The parts were fine but the customer service is TERRIBLE. I ll gladly pay more at the dealer for any Toyota/Lexus parts that my husband (Lexus RX 350) and I (Toyota RAV4) need in the future.

Tried to pay for overnight shipping and got an email saying I needed to call them for verification. They aren t open except certain weekday hours.They would not tell me what was being verified or why it needed to be a phone call. 30 mins on hold trying to call multiple times got me to the Verification Department twice. Once was a voicemail. The next time I was asked to confirm my billing and shipping address. That was it.Why was that a phone call? I entered in and verified my billing and shipping addresses on multiple purchase screens like any other e-commerce site. I seriously have no idea why this company acts like it is living in 1990 or something.Verification happened during checkout, verification of shipping address could have been done over email and maybe even considered a courtesy. Forcing me to call, sit on hold, and do something that could have been, and was handled more efficiently online is beyond absurd.I hope the part comes fast and accurate now, but terrible experience and expectations are very low.

Air filter for engine came a little damage on the end. It was not torn so can still be used. Shipper should have packaged items more securely. Other than that, shipping was on time and quick.

I ordered a replacement driver's side exterior door handle for my 2004 Tacoma. Form what I can tell, the part was of excellent quality, and the fit was perfect. It was a little challenging to remove the interior manual window crank handle to get the interior door panel removed, but other than that, easy peasy and was all put back together in about 1-1/2 hours from start to finish.

Toyota Parts Deal really has decent prices and the shipping is pretty quick. I just bought a used 2016 Toyota Prius C and discovered a few missing interior clips and fasteners.These guys have what I needed to help replace those as well as reasonably priced all weather floor mats to protect the interior from winter grime.

In the past everything went well, but for some reason the payment system changed and I'm not able to use it either with my credit card, nor with PayPal which doesn't work for me with a US address and a foreign phone number. This has been a most frustrating experience!

But a caution to this. From posts in the record, here, if everything is fine, they appear to be great.The measure of a business is how a business deals with problems.If there is even the smallest problem this company appears to be terrible in how it deals with its customers.I was lucky to get the right things.Based on customers stories, all of which I read having followed the rules of logic. And based on the same customers reports of the abysmal quality of this company's response to each customer, I will not and cannot go back.(Earlier)So far so good. Have not received the items yet and I wonder why they are asking me to review before shipping, receiving, opening, examining, installing and trying to use. I am happy to see that they ask for the VIN and, presumably, base search results based on the car's VIN. (I think a VIN based result may increase the likelihood of getting a correctly matched part) Thank you..

Customer support is pretty bad. Sales rep gave me the wrong part # but I have no way to prove it so I'm getting no support. The RMA to get it returned has the following line item: 2) You have an option to ship the part(s) back using our discounted shipping label (Free if it is our fault) or using your own shipping label.Yet, they won't give me a free return label and I am being told there's no such thing as 'using their discounted shipping label'. I won't use them again.

I've bought parts from these guys for several years and never had an issue, but I can now confirm that their customer service is terrible.I ordered a radiator and they sent it in the OEM box with no additional packaging - the box arrived torn and clearly damaged, and the radiator had a bunch of bent fins. I took lots of pictures and sent them right away (the day after receipt), but they were so slow to reply that they tried to claim that the return window had closed. They've since stopped replying at all.Take your business elsewhere, there are plenty of other sources for OEM Toyota parts.

Edit:I had asked for a visor that adjusts in order to block the sun and was told by the product was the one that I wanted. I then ordered the product that was the exact same as what I had. So they obviously didn t listen to what I asked for and sent me what I already had. Then the process to return the product was long and painful.If you know what you want they do well but if you are asking for something that is an upgrade to your vehicle parts look elsewhere.Great experience, my only complaint is that there is no notification or tracking information for your inbound products.

As online parts supplier's go, ToyotaPartsDeal is above average. Since all the dealers that offer online parts sales use the same database (or so it seems), the parts lookup process is the same. Just the pricing and shipping charges are different. TPD is just closer to my shop than others, so I tend to use them more often. Occasionally they show "no stock" or "backordered", so I go elsewhere. Their parts packaging for shipment is excellent. Never used the customer service number. Would I recommend them? Sure.

I order my OEM parts from this site. It usually takes about 4-5 days for the parts to arrive. I am always happy to receive the orders from here as they are always genuine and always do what they intend to do by the manufacturer.
