I come here all the time when I need to buy parts and they are very nice all the time. Always get treated well. Definitely recommend going there for service or to get parts!!!

This Thermo King in Haines City is one of the best in Florida. Dispute having a small yard for dropping your trailer, the customer service here is spot on. I recommend getting a PM done here. Quick turnaround time. My technician went above and beyond servicing my APU. Excellent service. 6 stars

I drove by this place dozens of times and never even noticed it. It's an older smaller place. I stopped by to pick up an oil repair kit and a oil pressure sensor and they had everything in stock and I was out of there within 10 mins.

They installed an expansion valve for me but it was not done right it started leaking gas after a month they didn t cover the warranty

Excellent service. As a walk-in at 0800 when they opened they had me back on the road by 1000 problem resolved. I can only hope that if I have any problems in the future I'm in the area to use them again.

This particular Thermo King (TK), has been great to us as a company. They are (TK), very busy, but the technicians are fast and friendly. And, the techs will take the time to answer questions on proper handling and maintenance of the Tri-pac.The last CO I had worked for, did not use Tri-pacs on their trucks , so I was ignorant towards the attributes. I now know and understand their (Tri-pac) needs for the future.Mgmt there is awesome, every time I ve been there, they have gotten us in and out, in one day.The Haines store is a great experience. It is first come, first serve business. So get your (TP)/Refer in early.Thanks guys.

I am going to give them 5 stars for right now, because it seemed as though they did a great job, but my APU started showing signs of messing up the day after. Paid 853.33$ for it to get worked on.Update: To the owner, man why would i lie, A, B who pays 853.33$ for a PM. IT began as a Possible PM+A CHECK A,D ADVISE. I had a sensor replaced, coolant added, serpentine belt replaced and the whole system cleaned. I have pictures of the day of service and a receipt. Unfortunately once ive done business somewhere and it doesn't turn out good and someone attempts to call me a liar, i must cut ties. My APU doesnt even come on now. So now I have to find another TK to diagnose my issue, which i thought i paid 853.33$ for your location to do.

I would like to say a GIANT THANK YOU FOR HELPING GET MY APU BACK WORKING. I called another store that was very rude an refuse to help these fine folks told me my issues verified it after a 1 an half drive there sold me the fan took 5 min to install an my Apu is chilling again..thanks again very much

Had a belt break called and they got me in and out. Labor rate is high but it beats a claim. Very happy with the service here.

I just want to say this place was great! I went in and spoke to the guy, in the back office. The place was coivd safe, as they had a full plexiglass shield at the counter. The guy behind the desk who i think was the manager seemed great. He didnt give me that feeling like i was bothering him like you get from a lot of other places. He made me feel like I was important and he cared about getting me back on the road. I waited about 10 mins and they immediately got me in to a bay. The tech got to work in about 10 mins and found the problem quick and fixed the issue. I was out in less then 2 hours. The only downside to this place is the very small lot they are located on. Literally no room to turn a tractor trailer around. Somehow they pull it off. Good job guys, i appreciate ya!

Have used them for many repairs Thermoking is always professional and quick to get repairs done. Jimmy is always the one who works on my equipment and personally would not anyone else to do it. He is well versed on his units and diagnosis and repairs are always correct and ver proficient on repairs.

They found the real issues with my APU and fixed it within 3 hours while th Jacksonville shop had it all day and opt replaced a fuse never bothering to find out what caused it to blow. These guys know their stuff and get things done! Kudos to them, I highly recommed them.

Went to get a/c fixed about 3 weeks ago. Paid $400 and left with a/c just as hot as when I got there. They replaced parts that did not need replacing. Going back to see if they will make things right. They told me to try it for a couple of weeks to see if ot would improve.Will let you know if they made good.

Be prepared to go broke visiting these guys. They think that we truckers gather our money from the trees as banana and our wallets are as big as the trailer behind the tractor. Crazy pricing fellas. And don t count on the after hours guy to come and help you. Over the phone he s like sure I ll be there in a minute. Time go pass two hours and no sign of him. If it s not super emergency better don t go to this place. Ask them to give an explanation on what s wrong before they replace any part on your trailer cause they will replace every possible piece and let you know after the work is done and the bill is printed out. They will rob the last penny you have in your pocket.

I got there with a Broken Belt, trailer were loaded but this place seems not to care product can get damage, technician set the new belt and just walk away, Trailer were there about 20 mnts unattendent, I had to walk to the main office and report, the engine stop and nobody were there to figure what had happen, I don't recommend this place for an emergency!This is the second time I reviewed this place, the first time I put a review which is the one you see above manager called me and provide a much better service therefore I continue doing business with them however on the passed two weeks I brought my SB210 in for several codes (22-24-32) and some others, they kept the equipment for about 3 days I drop it on Thursday and they not returned it back until Tuesday afternoon, weekends not counted since they doesn t work on weekends, they charged me little over $3000 for the fix apparently this unit was ready to roll but I took my unit for a short haul on a frozen products and almost run on a claim since the unit throws back codes (21-22 - 32) Same codes I brought to TK Haines City for, I called and they asked me to bring it back, charged me almost $600 again for a repair on some valves and other things that they were supposed to verified and doble and triple checked before returning equipment back to me but then again they said unit was ready for pick up. I asked Jimmy if this time everything was ok and he said you will not have any more troubles, I paid and head out with a produce load to NJ, what a surprise again same codes reappear giving me headaches and big stress to receive a claim on this load, I really don t know if they haven t done anything or never verified and secure them self their job is well done but is really unbelievable a unit still throwing back the same codes for the ones unit was place to fix in first place. They don t aspires any sort of trusting DO NOT BRING YOUR EQUIPMENT AT THIS PLACE, I don t recommend this location they will take your hard working money and will leave you with same problems, I will have to take it to another TK on the road and pay more money to try to get it well repaired.

Poor service, lazy, disrespectful son of a Bitc#s. Here I am with a hazmat load that's temperature controlled and they aren't going to drive the extra distance to keep the load from blowing up. Our service agreement states " do whatever it takes " to get us up and running. 6 hours later not a damn thing done. If you're the only one in a 70 mile radius with the part we need DELIVER IT FOR THE SAKE OF INNOCENT PEOPLE'S LIVES!!!!

Outstanding service and people, fixed apu, was giving code for alternator, was the belt that was bad,they could have easily charged me for a new alternator instead of a belt,honest, that means alot today. Thank you Jimmy

My issue was covered under warranty. The staff had me ready to go in no time. Very professional staff. Conveniently located near a customer of mine. I'll use their services again without hesitation.

Not Helpfull at all. Rep on the phone asked 1st name last name ph number company name, and then she said if you dont have an account we can not help you and hung up the phone.
