They just restored two cars for us with minor/moderate damage. Recommended by State Farm. AMAZING WORK! Both cars came back good as new. A pleasure from start to finish. Anthony, our rep., kept us updated and answered our texts and e-mails right away - a great guy to work with! The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and efficient too. Couldn't be more impressed with Jaime's - easy and stressless. An efficient, well run, and very organized establishment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My car looked good when I finally got it back. BE AWARE THERE IS A PARTS SHORTAGE. Took 3 months to get my car back from a rear-end collision. The car looks good, but there are 2 little things they didn't do right. They cut the gas cap loose from the panel to replace the panel but didn't reattach the gas cap. They also didn't align the trunk well, sometimes when I close it, it doesn't latch and sometimes even though it latches the sensor doesn't see that it is shut. Scared to take it back because I don't have a rental any more. Big thanks to State Farm for keeping us in a rental the entire time they had our car. State Farm was easy to deal with. Many times we were told the car would be ready tomorrow, then 3 days later we call and find out it will be next week. 3 months.

I recommend this place 100%, The gentleman there by the name of Chris he is a very nice person to deal with and very informative, I do understand that it was sometimes I bit difficult to get a hold off, but that s because he was always making sure the job was being done on the car and with the amount of work that he has, it is sometimes impossible to reach out to everybody trying to inquire about their car. Overall I recommend to go to this shop if you have body work to get done in your car.I have before and after pictures, job well done.Satisfied customer.Service: Body & Trim

They were recommended by Allstate for repairs to my Kia Soul. They had to replace a door and repair some minor dents. The experience was great from the time I entered their facility till the time I picked up my vehicle on time. They even detailed the interior. Car looks better than before the accident. Everyone including the person at the front desk was very polite and professional. If I need body work or a paint job in the future I would certainly go back to them!

Great team at this location. I am very pleased with my repair. These folks are fast and efficient! I would recommend them to anyone. Oh and the location is beautiful and smells so clean.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Their customer service is horrible, they told me I d get my car on the 15th, called me before the 15th to gloat about how ill be getting it before the 15th but they finally gave me my car on the 18. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They didn t even finish fixing the car nor did they fix the pets that they fixed correctly.

If your vehicle has been in an accident recently, I suggest you take it to Jamie's Collision Center in Haines City. These people know how to take care of any damage vehicle to make it look like brand new. I highly recommend Jamie's Collision Center.

Got onto a accident hit a deer, messed up my entire front end my car was in the shop for a week, got my car back today and she's looking brand new! They did such a good job. Cris was very nice and professional he helped me through the entire process keeping me updated about my vehicle. The female that answers the phone in front is very impatient and is quick to put you on hold before hearing everything you are trying to explain to her very rude,� I recommend speaking with Cris very nice man, I was also very disappointed I noticed my backseat has stains I don't know what the hell that was from but it was NOT! like that when I dropped my vehicle off smh

Took my 2021 Tundra. Got my estimate took 5 days total. At first I was excited but when noticed yellow mark and a spot that was missed I became worried thankfully Chris understood me and next day my car was fully ready. Sometimes they miss things not on purpose so if you see something speak up. Im happy with work they did.

I just had to write a review about this business after they brought my baby (Mercedes S550) back to life. This was the best auto body repair job I've ever had. The insurance company recommended them. I can't even tell where the damage was at all. From the beginning, the service was excellent, Fransico kept me informed on everything and answered my questions. I would definitely go here again, the next time I need anything dealing with auto body and paint. In my opinion, choose Jaime's!

I was involved in a car accident on January 31st 2023, went in for a estimate, was told I had to wait like 2-3 months to get my car in for repairs, after repairs were made I went in to pick my vehicle up, luckily I did a walk through ON MY OWN because I was missing my spare tire, my jack for my car. No one walked through the repairs that were done on my vehicle. During the process of my vehicle getting repaired, I wasn't given any updates, I had to call in and ask for updates myself. Even after being told, I would be receiving text messages of updates, which didn't happen.So if you get your vehicle repaired from this place, make sure you know what you left in your vehicle before dropping off. They do a good job with repairs, though.

Terrible customer service. Bob is extremely rude. I had a question that could have been answered so easy and they refused to help. I had my estimate done there and they couldn t tell me how much the paint on my door would cost by itself cause the other shop didn t do it and got paid for it. BUT IF I GO BACK AND ASK FOR ANOTHER ESTIMATE THEYLL JUST HAVE TO TELL ME ANYWAYS. But refused. I WILL NEVER BE BACK OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Work done was good. What was expected to take 3 - 5 business days ended up at 2 full weeks. Which was $300 more for the rental. The reason given was they had to wait on parts. Which they knew they needed before they even got my truck. Go figure!

The guys in-front are friendly Chris and James and the other guy however the owner needs more employees because they aren t good with keeping up with what s being done to cars. A part wasn t ordered for my car now I have to come back for that. Also someone there broke my ignition switch and when i brought it to their attention the only person that realized that my switch wasn t like that when i brought my car in was chris. The female that answers the phone in front is very impatient and is quick to put you on hold before hearing everything you are trying to explain to her therefore missing information that would keep confusion down. Please hire more employees so that your current staff isn t overwhelmed with trying to keep tabs on more vehicles then they can handle.. Lastly I am not sure where they stored my vehicle but when I got my car back there were black worker ants everywhere!..I appreciate the service but after everything is completed I don t think I will be utilizing this place again.Service: Body & Trim

They do a fantastic job with everything you can give them. Have had them fix more than 3 cars from my family and every time they have done a fantastic job!!Always polite and personable. Their work is really up there and if there is a mistake they are very quick at getting it taken care of. I always bring my vehicles to Jamie s for any body work. And I couldn t recommend anyone higher. If you need to get your car fixed, this is one of the best places to take it!! Hands down.

Edit: My first experience with Jaime's started out very poorly. I was very unimpressed with Bob, however after I posted my first review Jaime himself contacted me and stayed after hours to make sure the job got finished and my car got back to me. The experience wasn't the best but the work quality was excellent. When I needed work on one of my other vehicles Jaime's was the only place I considered taking it, the work quality once again exceeded expectations and every complaint I had about Bob Tom did exactly the way I expected. I had virtually nonstop communication whenever it was needed and what I expected to be a 3 or 4 day job was done in 2. Hopefully I don't require Jaime's services any time soon, but if I do I will definitely be using them and I'd have no problem referring them to others.Dropped off my Camaro on 12/30 after an accident and was quoted 11 business days to complete the work which puts the estimated completion date at 1/14. It is now 2/11 and the work has not been finished, I haven t heard from them since 1/24 and my last 3 calls to them have gone with no response.

Great work done to my car! The place is super clean, smells great, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The Owner Jaime, even helped me with switching things from the rental car to my car, something he's not required to do. Just wonderful people, wonderful place! will be going back in a heart beat!

The best auto repair shop in polk county! I will use them again if I need them and I will tell my friends and family. They are all very nice and helpful. I dealt with Chris and he was fantastic in keeping me posted on everything that was happening.

They had left afterspray on my vehicle and white paints spots on my vehicle. From another car they were spraying. There inspections are not inspected well when the vehicle leaves the site. I would. Recommend checking your. Vehicle well with them. Not good customer service.Be aware.

I chose this shop bc I m confident that they do good work. Although I didn t get a chance to repair my vehicle bc it was a TL I must say the Staff was professional and courteous. The service advisor returned my calls and answered all my questions.
