Does an awesome job and work. Very respectful and honest, and everything that he does is from the book. If you need your glass repaired he is the guy to do it. If I can give him 10/10 I would.

This guy (Tim) is the best of the best. He came highly recommended by the fine folks at Empire Imported Parts and Service and he did not disappoint!! Good communication - cell or text - and great people skills Tim is the real deal and is your one-stop go-to glass, etc. guy. Warning to all windshields = your dings, dents and cracks will not win!!

The Glass Man is the superior choice when it comes to fixing that chip or replacing your windshield. He makes it super simple and explains the whole process to you. He accepts all insurances or you can pay out of pocket. I would recommend calling the Glass Man before the bigger corporations since he takes pride in his work and gets the job done right.

I hit a deer going home from work and damaged my windshield. Called several companies specifically Safe Life crooks. Tim did a excellent work on my windshield. Very professional and honest. Not to mention good price, too. I recommend his company. Thank you Tim.

Tim recently replaced the windshield on my 08 Saab convertible. He was very thorough and looked at the car beforehand to make sure understood what was involved. Being a Saab you don t see them everyday, I bought the car new and I m picky. We ran into a small wiring problem after the install that he came back out for (on a Sunday) and got it figured out. He is proud of his work and stands behind it. Very professional and polite and good communication. I recommend him and will use him again when the need comes up.

Tim fixed a ding in window this morning. He was able to move his schedule a little bit to accommodated our work schedule. Very nice man and would highly recommend.

My husband and I have used him more than a few times and he s great. We always recommend when asked for windshield replacement or repair. I cracked my windshield on the highway yesterday and his shop is just down the street from where I work so he was able to squeeze me in and get the job done early this morning. He s the best!

I used "Glass Man of Central Florida" last year; and, needed the same "speck" fixed again. Last Year, he came to my location; and, he fixed the "speck" ASAP. This time, I was told I would need the entire windshield Replaced. The speck had became a 5mm crack. Well, Tim had not seen my windshield since the first repair; we spoke on the phone. I really did not want the whole windshield replaced. I did not want to be without my car. I did not want Leaks, if there was a "problem".Tim might have been on the road when we spoke. He said, "call (him) back in the morning". I did not, as I looked for an alternative for "Replacing" my windshield. He had my number.Within 2 weeks, the 5mm crack has become 1".Now, I research the DIY repair kit from ADVANCE AUTO. The REVIEWS shared by customers who Watched The Videos : "Do Not Waste Time and Money", "big mess".SO, Last Year: "Glass Man Of Central Florida" GREAT.This Time, NOT SURE; I have to Call Back.I am Concerned; if I insist on "trying a repair before windshield replacement", I might not get a "fix" that will last.I AM GOING TO TRY TO "FIX" AN INCH CRACK (BY MYSELF) TO PREVENT EXPANSION, BEFORE WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT. I'M GOING TO USE "CEMENT".

Can not say enough good things about this business owner - Tim Schroth. As a small business owner, customer service is really important. But Tim clearly steps it up a notch. I'm very happy with my experience with this business. The owner was able to give me an appointment the next morning after I called and had my windshield replaced in just a couple of hours. I will definitely use his service again if I have more windshield issues.

We received the best customer service here, ever! My wife brought her car to Tim to replace a rear window. She was so impressed with his professionalism, kindness, honesty, and pricing, that I decided to go out of my way to use him for another repair. My schedule is hectic and hard to work with. Tim went way out of his way to accommodate my schedule. He stayed 2 hrs late to get my vehicle done. And he was very quick to return calls. I saw one negative review. And after meeting him, I m confident that review probably came from a competitor. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because I couldn t give 10.

I recently purchased a new truck and had a rock damage the windshield. I originally took the truck to safelite to have the damage repaired and wasn t happy with the completed repair.I knew I could have the windshield replaced but really didn t want to do that on a new truck. After doing a lot of research I found the The Glass Man, who had exceptional reviews.He came out today and completed the replacement of the windshield. Tim, who is the owner, arrived on time and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He did an excellent job and I couldn t be he happier.Tim was professional, knowledgeable, kind and just a nice person. I would recommend him to anyone who needs glass work done.

Oh no gobble gobble! I had a Turkey run out in front of me and flew up a bit to hit and crack my windshield all over I needed a repair asap. I was calling all over from big stores to his store. Tim first thanked me for calling him and looked to see how much my windshield would cost and wowza significantly different from the corporate type companies.I wanted to set up an appointment we spoke about the best times for me and also gave me an option to come quite far to my job but it worked out I was off and home when he came.Before i knew it I received a call from Tim to let me know if that he was 35 min out approximately. When he got here he introduced himself thanked me again for calling and went to work immediately. Throughout the time he was there we carried on a great conversation while he was doing the work he's such a great guy. He finished up and made sure I understood what i shouldn't do while it sets and what I can do. Also made sure I knew that I could leave an hour after he does and start driving. He thanked me for the work and gave me a handshake, a business card and receipt. Overall the experience was awesome I will always call Tim for any glass repair I may need. He's very knowledgeable In his line of work and describes the process to you in detail. Very professional. You will not regret calling Tim. My windshield is beautiful and I didn't have any problems what so ever .Make sure if you ever need glass repair,The Glass man will be there !

I have to thank Tim for his assistance with my service. I had an insurance claim and based on reviews I took a Chance with him to fix my windshield and I was taken aback by how humble and down to earth he was. He took my vehicle overnight since I wasn t able to deliver my car until after closing hours and by 9 am the next morning it was ready for pick up! Great job done by a great serviceable person. Thank you!

I just had the BEST experience I have ever had with a service tech person. Tim (The Glass Man) came to my home to replace a broken window on my car. He was very professional and kind, fit me into his schedule quickly, and not only did he replace the window, he went above and beyond. He cleared up the broken glass from my driveway and car, washed the window inside and out, and gave me great advice to avoid the problem in the future. He was really nice and friendly. We arrived early and Tim fit us right in eventhough he had a appointment elsewhere. Very professional and made sure he did his best to fix the rock chips. There aren't enough people like Tim in business who put the customer first and give a great job for the amount charged. Thanks again.

I came back home for a bit before I deploy and I had gotten a nasty chip that turned into a crack all along my windshield and an older busted side view mirror. Tim was kind enough to squeeze me in before I had to leave and was very knowledgeable and punctual about the whole process. Compared to every other repair and replacement shop Tim went more than out of his way to help me out and was more than fair on the pricing. Tim was very gracious and understanding for my problem. He saw a simple fix to what I thought would be complicated and expensive. He fixed my side window without removing anything to better than factory condition, and charged me only $25 for all his work. I can recommend him and his work all day.
