Mike was so helpful today! He checked my battery and confirmed it was bad, so of course he replaced it with a friendly smile however that isn't the best part! I watched him lend an arm to help an elderly lady into her car! What a great young man he is.

Don't know what the hell's going on with AutoZone?? You've got your website where you cannot pick a.store, and look for the parts I need it's just a whole bunch of questions and help departments but you (I) cannot just look for the parts I need. Used to be able to pick a store and look for parts. Can't do.this now you're got it all screwed up now.

What an amazing experience my wife and I had here with the staff, but especially the manager Kim and staff member Carrie. I was having a headache night when I couldn't pinpoint why my car wasn't starting. When we finally got it started, we went to another AutoZone first and had a guy who was less than stellar. He didn't really acknowledge us for one, and spent maybe 5 seconds top checking my battery and then acted annoyed when I asked him what the verdict was. He just pointed to a screen and said "battery no good. And well we don't have it in stock anyway. Maybe we can order it." I'm like ok thanks buddy, and we proceeded to the real AutoZone in town and this is where we meet Kim. We told her we were skeptical, and she was also. Red flags went off right away when she saw the papers and heard our story. She not only did a comprehensive test for us but was super detailed and diagnosed the problem after we brainstormed what I had done earlier in the day with the car. She went line by line and showed us that only was the battery fine, but other things were working smooth as well. Had we actually needed a battery, they were ready to install it for us and everything with a smile. I should also say the store looked very busy for the time of evening, and yet they made sure we got the help we were asking for and had tons of patience and respect for the customers. Not to mention all their knowledge which was impressive. Occasionally customer service blows me away, and this was one of those times.

Well I came here to see if my warranty was still good and we were approached by some Luis Q. guy who was rude as can be. Had an attitude the entire conversation and honesty didn t know what he was talking about. Such horrible customer service I ve never. I ve never had issues at places like these. I came here to check a warranty and get an alternator and he just didn t even want to bring up the warranty.

Went in to get a bulb replacement for my low beam lights. When I couldnt figure out how to detach the fuse a store personnel came out to assist and put the fuse in for me. He was a big help. He isnt the first person in Auto Zone that was a wonderful assistant, one in Orlando did the same. Auto Zone employees rock!

Luis was helping me with a part and this lady by the name of Gisele rudely came and yelled at him and told him to go finish his work that she would take care of me then she didn t know what the world I was talking about and she just upset me and I just walked out. Luis was helping me he knew what I wanted and was taking care of me till she came along awful experience. I will never step foot again at this store.

Updated as of March 7th 2024.... nothing has been done to get this issue resolved besides i kept being asked for the item to be returned. There was nonitem and their store never even stocked that item. Never received a eefund or even a store credit. Im truly disappointed and withh defer everyone from this store.......................As far as I m concerned this autozone has stolen from me. After I had got back home I and looking at my receipt from my in store purchase that there was an item I didn t even have nor even wanted. I went back into the store and talked with the manager working and explained that the item that was on the receipt was not supposed to be on there. And even after telling him multiple times that that item was never even in my hands the entire time I was in that store. He walked back and forth from the front of the store into the back multiple time and finally comes back and tells me that without the physical item he can t do a return. And if I wanted to I could call customer service. I even asked if he could go back and look at the cameras and see that I never even touched that item the time I was there. He told me he didn t have access to the cameras. Until this is made right I will never recommend anyone there. They have technically stolen from me. This is the worst experience I have ever experienced. Definitely not acceptable. How many other people have they done this to. So now I m out money waiting to hear back from customer service

I can't rave enough about the AutoZone in Haines City. I don't have to go often, but each time I receive exemplary service. Today was no different. I called to make sure the store was open (it was Labor Day) and Jeremy assured me that it was and checked for availability on the battery that I needed for my EcoSport, and confirmed that they had it in stock. I went into the store and Gabriel was able to ring me out and install my new battery (in 90 degree heat) within 20 minutes max. The price for the battery was reasonable. The service excellent. I highly recommend going to this store!!!

The store manager name Gabriel M. Is a pig he has no customer service. I had purchased a battery and the battery burned in the same. Brought it back he didn't give me a new one. I had 90 days warranty on it. His language was very bad, so umprofessional... he belongs to the zoo.... get that trash out....

Customer service is trash! Sent my daughter here with a quote from commercial account. After 30 minutes of talking to each other and taking phone calls, they tell her we can't use the account here. Then they watch her and let her get the wrong parts. You can't use the account at other stores only where is set up. I have done it multiple times. You didn't want me to use it there that's all. If I'm working 30 minutes away from my store I need to loose an hour from the job I'm doing just to go pick up parts. Makes no sense.

Hector the Manager was great. I purchased a new battery and the 1st employee Jeremy didn't know what he was doing to replace the battery . My care killed on me again in the auto zone parking lot. I went in and asked Hector for a jump so I could go and get it installed. Hector came out there with the tool box like super auto zone man, to the rescue. Replaced my old battery with the new one and gave me a 22.00 rebate back for the old battery. Thanks Hector, you really came through man!! Everyone ask for Hector!! He is the best!!

I went to Auto Zone yesterday and was assisted by Walt. I have never been to Auto Zone before nor do I know anything about cars. He was very helpful and assisted me with adding coolant to my car and gave me tips on what to look for in the future. Thank you for taking the time to explain things to me Walt. I greatly appreciated it.

I got an exceptional customer service from the manager Walt. He went above and beyond to help me with a situation that I had with a battery. He eventually had to direct me to another store but call the head and make sure everything was okay. I greatly appreciate the Fantastic customer service. Thank you so much

Knowledgeable and respectful staff at this location, but if you really need to know how something works, ask for Walt. Walt is the manager. His calm and cool demeanor and his mechanical expertise are what makes this location so special. We will always buy here and definitely will continue to recommend this location.

They diagnosed my vehicle check engine light. Their code said it was transmission solenoid module, I ended up having the vehicle towed to Dodge dealership and had to replace transmission. They don't rebuild transmission at dodge only replace. BEST MOVE EVER to just replace

I was having a bad morning, because my car was over heating and the engine was smoking. I went to pick up a part for my boyfriend that he already paid for and they wouldn't let me pick it up without the credit card he purchased it with or his ID. I get it, but at the time I was to overwhelmed. I started crying cause I drove way out of my way to help him out, even got up early to be there when they opened and my car was outside smoking and didn't know how we were going to get the part cause his car was down. Still crying, they asked me if I wanted them to call someone, I asked who? They said the cops, I couldn't believe it. I never even raised my voice or cussed at them. The manager was so heartless, I get it,he was trying to do his job and follow protocol but I wasn't going to go to jail over a $13 radiator hose so I left, I couldn't stop crying after that. I will never go to another AutoZone

I went to this AutoZone today so I can pick up a receipt for my job, and (part sale's manager (Anthony d) were extremely rude, i went to this location in the past and I notice that he would have a attitude towards other customers but this is the first time he got one with me, and it would be his last because I'M not shopping at AutoZone anymore. black people we have to open up our own business because these creatures are getting bold every sense Trump got in office, and I didn't receive that receipt because he said that he have other customers so I left, WAKE UP BLACK PEOPLE!
