While they do my job I am giving myself the time to leave this review to say about excellent service and personal treatment. I dare to give a 10/10. And recommend. They have everything I need. Local forest hill and jog rd.

Here now and it s my first time. I came because I viewed 3 places and chose Valvoline on Forest Hill and Jog because of the overwhelming number of excellent reviews! I have to say I agree. John is my main contact and not only did he explain the entire process to me but he s updating me step by step on what they are doing and why. Oh and did I mention how personable and friendly John is? Highly recommend this place!! Great experience!!

I recently had an oil change on my car, and my experience was excellent as usual. They provide very professional service and also execute car services very fast. Their prices may be a bit higher than other companies but the additional dollars spent are well worth the experience you will get. Coupons can also be found online often to save money.

Ask for Que at this facility. Very professional knows what s he s doing. Looks out for his customer. Took care of mevery quickly both times. I bought two cars and without missing a beat I was in and out. Makes the experience smooth and easy

It took an hour and a half to be serviced and at every turn there was an up sale. They charged me an extra oil charge without explanation.Told me my battery was bad went next door to advance auto they tested my battery and it was good.Told me my wiper blades were bad. Same deal advance auto said they were good.

I ve been using this location for close to two years. I came in for a routine oil change and was pitched several different services, most of which I declined. After leaving the location my vehicle didn t last 30 miles before having a break down. I called customer support and was unable to receive further assistance. Safe to say I m never using or recommending their services again.

I had the best experience this morning getting my oil change for the first time. The guys from valvoline oil change were great. They greet me right away and the service was quick. Forest Hill and jog is the place to go .

Had the best experience today at Valvoline! I was kindly and professionally greeted by John. He introduced the other team members as well. Very impressive! John knowledgeable of the product and informed me of the Valvoline oil type best for my vehicle. Much appreciated! Isaac was courteous and professional with my oil change and maintenance checks. Thanks for the awesome customer service! Definitely quality and deserves the 5 star rating!

Cotto made the understandable wait completely worth it. Provided great customer service and great recommendations and went out of his way to make sure i got the best price possible. Couldn t recommend valvoline specifically cotto and his team more.

The customer service was great nice attitude very educated technicians. I needed new wiper blades and told the Manager Jeremiah. I paid for every and realized he charged me for the premium blades which were 29.99. He didn't not tell me he was charging me for these or present to me all the options of blades. Took it upon himself to charge me for the most expensive option. He was a nice person but he couldn't not give me a refund. Offer me 15 dollar off Next oil changem that nice but doesn't fix what happened. Why would I want blades that cost more than my oil change today. Very disappointing l. Said he make a call about it call me back with same news can't refund me my money

Like being in the movie, "Carwash", but without the fun or service. Long wait to get into the service bay. Then it seems as though the staff had no idea as to how to perform an efficient service. Over 45 minutes for a simple no issues oil change.Staff, tossing around drink containers, rags, and letting the vacuum oil change container overflow onto the floor.Then the long wait to complete my service.My visit to this service location was nothing like my first experience with this company. At another location (out of state) the service was perfect. This time not so much. And it was very expensive. Not a fan. Not coming back.

Literally waiting in line almost 3 hrs while other vehicles came & went. Mgr was very apologetic but this is unacceptable. I blame the owner for not having the lanes labeled for specific services. I just wanted their 15 min oil change

Love this place! I moved to Port Saint Lucie and still stop here for my oil change when I'm in town. John is so thorough, reliable and fast, you can trust him to take good care of your vehicle and not sell you on unnecessary services.

I was ignored by the staff, I walked in to the service area after 5 min, a crew member shouted at me to get back in my car and wait for instructions, I walked back and waited in my vehicle and after 10 min of waiting I started to leave and was told to drive in the drive in spot, Crew member looked like he was not happy to be there, and he said to his coworker he was too tired. They may need more proper customer service training, besides that, I'll come back for more.
