My wife s car needed brakes on all four wheels. I usually go to Advance Auto parts. The service there was horrible and I had to walk out. Pep Boys only does tires now so I went to OReillys and the service was awesome. Alex helped me and I walked out with everything I needed. Didn t try to up sale or anything just good trustworthy service. Prices are very good and store is spotless. My new auto parts store

I have had amazing service both times I needed to buy a car battery. (2 different cars) not only great price, they remove your old battery and put in the new one for you @ no extra charge.

I admire people who aim for good. Regardless of the job or situation, I admire people who are driven to represent themselves in the best way possible and I always find that at this store. Maybe its coincidence or maybe the management has a superior hiring standard, i couldn't know but either way I always appreciate everyone who works in the Green acres store

John was so kind and helpful, he demonstrated professional assistance and amazing support during my RV engine requiring some extra fluid maintenance, and thanks to John's assistance and couching, I was successfully able to complete the required refills. I purchased a couple items at another O'Reilly's and returned them to this location which is convenient so I appreciate it.However, before asking me why I was returning the things to this O'Reilly's the lady asked why they sent me there. After I explained I called and was told I could return it to any of their locations.

Super nice people they sell Quality Parts very friendly and seem to have quite a bit of knowledge and a lot of these Auto Parts don't people think they do these guys at work behind the counter but they don't but here they do I'd send anybody to this store

I went in looking for new windshield wiper blades and had no idea where to begin. Carlos noticed and offered his assistance. He was able to help me find the perfect match and even helped me install them after the purchase. Great experience!

I went in to get wiper blades for my car and 2 different people greeted me rite away. The manager Alex was the one who helped me and he even installed the wipers for men I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone there was so respectful. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

1st time buyer! Ordered a part and much to my surprise didn't have to waste my time driving out to pay for it. Picked it up next day at 10:00 a.m., as promised. The other 2 competitors take your money time & money 1st. You definitely have this going in your favor. Thank you!

I could give them 0 star. Unprofessional and unkind rep at this store a woman answered the phone if she works in an auto parts store she needs to know cars information I was looking for a starter in my car. She didnt even try to help me looking for the part. she told me i dont know what type of car i had and to call back. I asked to help me or to communicate with another rep and she said nobody here can help you. Customer service was the worst, still i insisted and called another oreillys the one in Palm Springs and they gladly helped me and got my order going. How a bad customer service can mess up your day and ruin a store reputation. Please hire people with social skills people who are kind and like people if they dont they shouldnt be working there.

The manager is rude and screams blasphemy at his employees. I even heard him tell one of his female employees (at the time) that he doesn't want women on the counter. I recently went back there and he told me that all of the women requested to be transferred out... and he was glad. Why is this company okay with this repulsive behavior? Not to mention that the manager, Alex, I believe his name is, knows nothing about parts. I asked him about my Chevy 350 engine oil filter and the micron of the microguard brand and he looked at me like I had 5 eyeballs.

I had to make repairs to my 1992 Mercedes Benz could not find anything i came to this store and bobby at the counter was super professional found all my parts at a reasonable price and in a timely fashion. I wish all my shopping experiences are as good as this one. bobby went above and beyond and im grateful for his professionalism.

Amazing customer service! I went to multiple Auto part stores to get a brake fluid cap for my car and got immediate "No Sorry" but THESE GUYS at O'Reilly's did everything they can and went above and beyond to get us the part. Big Thanks to Jerry and Freddy for helping me out, Will definitely be making this my main shop!

I went in needing an alternator and a tensioner pulley. The employees welcomed me soon as I walked in. The man at the counter and I joked a bit, then right to work. He was very knowledgeable and even explained the differences in cost of the parts. Made my purchase and I'm back on the road.Thank you to all the staff.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RACISTMy husband went to buy something at this store and waiting in line He heard a lady named Natalie behind the counter speaking Spanish with a co-worker, and instead of asking my husband how I can help him even in English, she automatically told him that Spanish is for the other register. Then my husband called the MANAGER ALEX who was very rude and with a lot of attitude and kicked him out of the store, and told him that this is the United States and that everyone does What they want. If your English is not perfect, don't waste your time here, they will kick you out. UNEDUCATED AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORKING HERE!!!!!!!!check other comments to see that it is true.

Store is really nice and clean. Workers are very helpful and professional. Always prefer going here vs other parts store that are a little closer to me. Worth the slight travel.

Can t speak for the entire store obviously, but there is an awful human being who works there. A middle-aged Spanish guy with a big mole on the side of his forehead. Not sure why he s there because he definitely isn t customer service material, and is totally rude and unhelpful. Total disgrace!

Store is brand new and clean and the service was pretty friendly. I went to another location first looking for a part that was not in stock they told me I can get it here at Congress and Lake Worth. After driving 20 minutes which is not a big deal I get there and the part is not there but still showing in their system now I have to drive another 20 minutes to go get it at another store

This store is the best. Very neatly organized as well as great customer service. My battery died last Thursday and Jerry stepped it up. Came out to my car and everything. Definitely left a happy customer.

I was the only customer in this store, the salesman at the counter looked like he wasn't happy to be there. His lack of customer service showed in the few words he used in finding and ringing up the item I needed. A simple "is there anything else I can help you with?" would have made a difference. I probably won't stop there again.

I came in to get a headlight bulb replacement and Freddy was very helpful, even came out to my car a couple of times to give a few pointers and loaned me some tools. In between going in and out one time Freddy was in the back and busy at the time so I tried to ask Alex a question and he told me to just wait for the other guy cuz he didn't want to help me with a simple question I had about the proper way to remove the bulb. I would give 5 Stars for Freddy 1 star for Alex

Good parts, mostly good people, you can go in get your parts and pay quickly unlike Advanced Auto where you feel like you hit the lottery if they wait on you within an hour. Jerry is the assistant manager best parts person I've met since moving to Florida Jerry has since moved to the Military and Lake Worth location I will drive further to the Military and Lake Worth location specifically because of Jerry he knows his stuff and treats people well.if O'REILLY'S loses Jerry I will shop elsewhere

I want to give a huge shout out to Jerry and Freddy! My boyfriend and I were working on my car late at night and we ended up losing a part somewhere along the way. We started racing around town and even stopped by AutoZone first but they were not able to help us. But when we came to O'Reilly's these guys had exactly what we needed!!! Thank you so much. We were in a pinch. Definitely will recommend this store.

Had what I was looking for, but the parking layout is baffling! Circled backed numerous times to find a spot, just for it to be blocked off by traffic cones. Even when exiting, I still ran into some problems. Seriously should consider a redesign.
