Wow, what a good first impression! First I want to say the staff there looks genuinely happy to be there. From the front desk to the techs in the back, they all looked happy to be there.I went for a basic tire rotation and balance. The place was clean, check in was quick and my appointment time upheld. I was in and out in 30min!I'll definitely be back for service and I'd be more than happy to get my tires from them when that time comes! Thank you!

Third time getting services from this place and every time has been successful. Today I needed a rim to be replaced fast so I can get on the road to work. Without an appointment, they had me in and out within an hour. Hands down best service, best prices, always in stock parts. Will not find me going anywhere else.

When it comes to customer service I m very hard to impress because now and days people just give basic service. That was not the case for the team at discount tires Greenacres, Fl.I was in urgent need to buy new tires for my truck. I decided to splurge and get new rims as well. I knew what I wanted and started shopping on their website, but was scared to order the wrong things. That s when I decided to reach out to their shop.That s when Dustin came in. I told him what I was looking for as far as rims and tires and he was kind enough to take the time to go through options that meet my price range and was able to get them delivered the same day.The following morning I took my truck in and Logan and 2 of his team members were in the bay with my new tires and rims mounted and balanced ready to go. Logan waved me into the bay and they jacked that sucker and did what they had to do. It was like being in one of those NASCAR race pits.I have never felt so important. I get a lot of compliments and I always share how great my experience was.

The entire experience with Discount Tires was outstanding. Their website was easy to navigate, their prices are fair and the online buying/scheduling process eas very easy. I arrived at 9:10 for a 9 am appointment and was immediately greeted outside by a courteous and helpful team member. They quickly went over my order with me inside and told me they would get my car in soon. The wait was minimal and they had all 4 tires changed out in less than 30 minutes. The shop is clean, the staff are very friendly and the place seems like it runs very efficiently. I would highly recommend this tire shop if you need new tires.

Surprisingly pleasant experience. We will only get our tires done here from now on.We have been to other tire places, usually getting your tires replaced is as fun as waiting at the DMV.... HOWEVER, this was a different experience entirely. No upselling, honest, very friendly. Instead of waiting inside, we stopped into Target, which was suggested and is directly behind the tire place. We grabbed a coffee/shopped around, and our tires were done.

Their rep Logan provides excellent customer service. I have purchased tires for my wife's Toyota Matrix and for my Scion XA. They have the best prices and quality tires. We also go in routinely and have the tire pressure checked as a courtesy service.

Excellent customer service! There's a really great team over there. They had me in and out in about a half an hour. I will absolutely make this my first choice the next time I need tires.

Great tire shop they fixed the tire I had with a nail in it for free. They removed all the tires n checked them as well. Then tried to sell me a new set of wheels cause they said I had corrosion build up and that was causing the leak in my other tires. They won't clean the corroded wheels there but a local mom and pop shop will. I was able to make an appointment run around then come back to get service. Good shop to work on car tires.

Fun group of guys!!Had two front tires installed; removed two tires that were almost as bald as me !!!I suggest making an appointment. I did not and my wait time was longer but it's understandable. I'm not shocked that they were booked solid; great Service Team.If you need to wait, there is a variety of stores across the street; even a movie theater !!!! I went to Race Trac to get a coffee and walked around the mall-type area.Place to go for decent tires at a discount.

I was on my way to Costco to get my tire fixed when I saw Discount Tire. I called to see the cost of a patch and they told me it s free. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and I figured I would take a chance with them. I have been so pleased. They checked my tire to ensure the screw was in a location that could be fixed before I waited too long to get to Costco before they closed. They said it is able to be repaired and took my car back within 10 minutes. I highly recommend Discount Tire and I will be coming here for tires in the future. This has been one of the easiest and most pleasant car service experiences I ve had.

Best tire place! Customer service is great. I found the prices here are competitive online. The app was very easy to use. I was able to buy and set appt on the app. I was in and out in less than an hr.

Go here. The staff is amazing and extreamly hard working, especially Dustin. He is so helpful and honest that I will drive the 5 extra exits just to keep buying tires from him.DUSTIN SHOULD BE RUNNING CORPORATE

Outstanding service. The entire staff was efficient, polite, empathetic and professional as usual. Carlos at the front desk took care of my issue very quickly and was completely knowledgeable of what was needed. Thanks to him and the team. I won't go anywhere else for any of my tire needs.

My experience here today was nothing short of amazing! When I arrived the shop was meticulously clean and organized. I was greeted by Juan, one of the employees with a nice smile and a warm handshake. Jason, the manager was very respectful and informative with my tire purchase. The attentive staff had my vehicle done in no time and I was back on way down the road! On top of amazing service they also gave me the best price with awesome warranties. I will definitely be back again.PS - They're dog friendly as well, woof!

Well yes. I'm lazy about getting things that shouldn't be ignored done so, although I knew a couple of months ago that I should get tires, I kept putting it off.But then I had 2 flat tires in a single week.Called Discount Tires yesterday and spoke with David (nice, helpful guy). Made an appointment to get 4 tires (great price) this morning at 8. Got there at 8:03 and they were ready for me.Took me right away. Removed tires from car, popped the old, wornout tires off the rims, put the new tires on and balanced with the speed of a professional pit crew.Like I said - my appointment was at 8:00 and I was back to my house by 9:18.FANTASTIC!The only complaint that I have is that they don't provide breakfast or massages while you're waiting. Oh well. At least my cars in good shape now.Thanks guys and thanks Discount Tires.

Tires on Volvo xc90 50k miles -only 25k on cheap tires worn unevenly. Had been to dealer and saw a 3% charge for credit card purchases.Enter-online shopping at discount tire. They have everything including the Nittos I wanted since I knew they were great in rain. Applied for card-approved and saved another 5%. Their prices across the board were better on all tires.This allowed me a year to pay, hazard assurance that tire nails would be repaired no charge.Spoke with Dustin and Mark on the phone-compared all stats and they suggested Perrelli s for best performance. They spent time and cared. I had some other concerns regarding the vehicle that were also addressed.Once all was arranged on line- only there about an hour for all 4 tires. Don t know that I ve ever had 4 tires replaced this quickly.Have spent 2 days in pouring rain and the water tires performed better than expected.Wouldn t choose anyone else now!Thank you!!

I had a flat, they fixed it. The service was so good that I went back when I needed new tires. They charged a reasonable price and were quite fast. I am a permanent customer.

They stole the hello Kitty scrap book from my trunk when they pulled out the lug nut key. That was all I had from her. I called them, sat on hold for 5 mins and was hung up on. My photos are irreplaceable. Never again

They used to be very helpful meeting you at your car when you parked air fill check outside. However now they are so busy you can t even get tires rotated and balanced part of the tire package I purchased. They are always to busy or two hour wait when I walk in if they have time to talk to you which last time it was such a long wait to even make an appointment I left. Online appointments seem to only work to install tires as it won t link to make an appointment for rotation and balance. I am now over 10k miles on tires and will have to rotate my tires myself as follow up service is to difficult. Update October 10th I tried again to get tires rotated and walked in once again one guy helping a customer two employees talking to each other totally ignored me so left again. I used to have good experience with Discount Tire but I suggest going elsewhere.

Tires and wheels are tough to buy, which ones, what s the best deal and am I getting ripped off are the questions we ask. I go in cranky. But I actually had an amazing experience at discount tire in lake worth. Without going on forever, I ll summarize: my guy Benjamin made it fast, was knowledgeable and patient through the process and my questions. He was sincere and kind and made me feel welcome. Customer service is not dead thanks to Ben! I appreciate you man, you have my business.

Recently popped in for a tire sensor issue and Carlos took stellar care of me. Great young guy who took the time to explain mechanics with me, despite the store being populated. I appreciate the high level of customer servic and confidently recommend this tire shop to others.

Truly excellent service. I'm very hesitant to trust places with working on my car but the experience I had was fantastic. High attention to detail, quality workmanship, and friendly staff. Definitely found a shop I trust and I'll be coming back!

I ve been at many discount tires location since this place has been in business. This particular location has stuck out to me twice now over last year. Employees are not motivated as they are in many of the locations and even when not busy, parch repairs ranging from 1.5-2.5 hours. Been same problem the 2 times I ve been here. Need to quit playing like it s high school shop class and get to work ladies.

I have mixed feelings here. The price of the tires were good. The price on the TMPS sensors were good. But they wanted to sell me 4 brand new rims for $1,000 because one of my tires was leaking. I went to a different tire store and they cleaned the corrosion and sealed the space for $25. Discount tire said there was nothing I could do, in reality, there was nothing that THEY could do, but should have done.

Everyone was working hard to meet the customer's needs. The young man who checked my car was thorough and pite, explaining as he went. Prices were good aswell. Highly recommend Discount Tire!!.

When you have an experience like the 1 I had today at Discount Tire, it makes it easy to decide where to go for service next. They are the BEST!I drove in 1/2 hr before closing with a tire that had a slow leak. I was attended to promptly and my car was in the bay within 5 minutes. I had bought my Bridgestone tires there 2 years ago because of their service and best prices.Great Job!
