I have every confidence that these guys do a professional job and their labor rates are less than the dealers. They are friendly and competent and make every effort to make sure the job is done right! I go out of my way to go there.

Richie took great care of my VW Beetle Turbo Convertible. My car drives like a dream. Richie was a pleasure to work with. Always with a huge smile on his face and very warm and caring. I will continue to do my car services in this family owned establishment. They know how to treat their client's.

I've been going to Cupelli automotive a few years now for service. They have the best customer service. Frank and Richie are amazing. Most times I leave vehicle for the day. This time I stayed and was in and out in no time for an oil change.

The owner, Frank treated me professionally and with respect.He explained their procedure, fees, upfront.They did what he said they were going to and it was very refreshing after having a very negative experience at the dealer.Cupelli, you got my vote!!

Excellent job, kept me informed the entire time they were working on the car. Pictures of future problems, what had to be fixed and what could wait, just lots of communication couldn't ask for more.This will be my go to place for all my cars. I dealt with Frank Cupelli, the owner from a-z starting with a phone call. Perfect professional service. I was especially impressed with the diagnosis using a big screen tv to illustrate the issues. Work was completed fast and the price came under estimate. I highly recommend Cupelli s.

Richie & his colleagues restored my MBZ to like new drivability! In fact, I was thinking for getting rid of the car until Cupelli changed out my motor and transmission mounts. I will definitely bring all of my cars there for service going forward!

Cupelli has been the best shop for my VW GTi. Frank and Richie both take great care of us and their work is always excellent! Car problems are always stressful and a hassle, but I always feel like I'm visiting family when I go to Cupelli. You won't find a more caring, honest, and hardworking group of people. I can't recommend them enough! Also, sorry for the late review guys -- I could have sworn I had done this years ago.

Was looking for a way to avoid the hassle and run around of the dealership. These guys were amazing. Got me in right away. Listened to me. Performed the necessary services and repairs, made suggestions, but remained professional and didn t push unnecessary services. Will definitely be my go-to mechanic for the life of my Mini.

Took my 2010 Audi there for a water pump, Richie told me my thermostat was bad after installing the pump, ok! Then he said he needed to change the pipes, all of them! Sounded like a crook after keeping the car for a week because his Audi guy wasn t in! Then I took my Mercedes because I heard a noise, he couldn t figure out the noise so said let s start with replacing the tires that I bought brand new 2 months ago! Sounded like a crook again! Never going back, a lot of fake reviews.

Wasn't sure where to take my 428i BMW. We found Cupelli in a long search and sure glad we did. My car handles much better and rides like a new car. This was a great find from the workmanship to customer service were impeccable. The car will only be serviced by Cupelli going forward.

Went to Cupelli for the first time today with my BMW. Frank was excellent. They sent me a text message with details of the full inspection and what needed to be done immediately and what is needed in the future. Details and pictures included. They completed a full brake service and replaced some cabin and engine filters for a reasonable price. Very high quality. I highly recommend.
