This was our first time using Autonation Collision after I was rear-ended. They did a great job and only took a week, even after finding more damage. I also appreciate John that works with Travelers keeping my husband and I updated. The car wash was a nice extra. Thank you for making my car look great again!

Excellent customer service and top notch work! I worked with Pam and she kept me informed of where they were with the repairs on my car. She was helpful and friendly and explained everything. The work on my car was beautiful. They found damage that was not obvious from the outside and made my car like new. My insurance sent me there but I will go back on my own dime if I ever need body work done.

Auto nation did a great job fixing my car that was hit by another driver. The claims rep was great and got my car in right away. The job was finished on time and the car looked brand new. Thank you Auto Nation. I would not hesitate to recommend you!

The work was great. The clean up is horrible. The don t even clean off the inside after they are done. I was offered to bring my car back for a free detail. When I picked up the same stuff was in the same spot. They even got it in my granddaughters cup holder for her car seat and didn t even clean it. Great staff. Super nice and friendly. They did a great job repairing my bumper after I had a hit and run on my car. Everyone was easy to get in touch with and communicated well with me on time frames and what was going on. Hopefully I don t need them again hahaha but if I do, I ll be back.

Very unsatisfying with the Collections Center .They took my car for repair on 08/03Finally today is 09/24 I receive my car .If you like wait forever to fixt your car that's body shop for you.In my experience I'm NOT RECOMMENDING THAT COMPANIES.I'm attach pictures of my car.Took 7 weeks to fixt.

My good neighbor accidentally side swiped me by accident & they contacted their insurance to fix the minor damage & after that, the insurance sent me here to Auto Nation & I can t stress this enough. They did an excellent job from the beginning of servicing me till the end!

She is professional with empathy for her clients. The shop manager was great and had the experience to diagnose the problem & fix the damage within a few hours. He went out of his way to see if it could be fixed without ordering all new parts. The staff was friendly and didn t make me feel like an idiot for being one of those woman whose dad always took care of car problems. The lady at the front desk knew her job well and was really nice even as she juggled a bunch of customers. I m so glad my neighbor referred me and I just referred my mom.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They broke my headlight system and told me they didn't do anything wrong. They charged the insurance for part/labor that they didn't touch.There's also excess paint by the rear door. After the owner's reply below I called them back. Spoke to mgr Ramona who told me it was not their fault.

I've always said that customer service shouldn't just be a department, it should be the entire company. And that's what I got when I took my daughter's vehicle to your body shop. Not only did they do a great job repairing the damage to the vehicle , but everyone involved, from the manager, techs, front desk and special kudos to the service advisor assigned to my job, Rafael Malvarez. He was highly proffesional, kept me informed of the progress and delays on the job do to some parts that where hard to get. In today's world it seems that incompetence and poor service is the norm, so it's highly gratifying when you get top notch customer service. Keep it up guys. Thank you

My truck sat at this body shop for 2 weeks before they decided they didn't want to work on it due to some aftermarket modifications I made to it like a front bumper, nerf bars, wheels and tires. Once I had it towed to another body shop the was completed in 2 1/2 weeks. AutoNation also told me I needed a new wheel but as it turns out, I didn't.

Over the last 30 or so years I have always taken my vehicles, regardless of make, to the AutoNation Center for body and paint work . Though the establishment name has changed several times through the years the quality of work has not. Personnel are responsive and friendly and the body shop personnel (and booth) have always turned out smooth, and clean with straight surfaces. When my insurance company advised me to take my crunched Nissan to AutoNation I couldn't have been more agreeable. I recommend their work to anyone regardless of vehicle make. My advisor kept me abreast of all developments.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible customer service. They had my vehicle for 2 months. They delivered my vehicle with numerous areas damaged while in their care. All of the trim around the windows are now tarnished due to something they used during the repairs. The rear bumper cover they had replaced was delivered with a large gouge in the paint, & my rear seat has a grease stain which was probably caused when they stored parts inside the vehicle. The shop manager & the estimator agreed to address these concerns, but never followed up with me and after numerous attempts to get my car in the shop i was ignored and calls nor emails were ever returned. One last thing, as if the previous wasn't enough. At the beginning of the repairs i had requested an out of pocket estimate to repair the front bumper cover. After numerous request i finally got the quote from the manager which i found excessive. i asked if there was anything she could do to lower it to $600 due to other financial responsibilities i had. i informed her that if she could not meet that request to refrain from doing the work. On the day i picked up I found out the work was performed without my authorization in the amount of $700+. Please beware, don't allow the big name Autonation fool you.

I am extremely pleased with my experience at AutoNation Collision Greenacres, nearby Lake Worth, West Palm Beach and Boynton Beach areas, Florida. From the moment of first contact by phone, to the meet and greet when I dropped off my vehicle, to my collision advisor, Richard, who professionally inspected and prepared my paperwork and supervised the repairs to my vehicle, and finally, to the pick up of my vehicle, allowing me to leave my Enterprise Rent-A-Car at their location, made this experience seamless and worry free. The actual collision repair was done to the highest standards, and I can t even tell that my vehicle was damaged at all. My compliments to the entire staff for a job well done! Great work, great communication, job was done right the first time. My vehicle took a few days longer than expected, but it was due to parts ordered not arriving on time which is not the body shops fault and I was called and notified about this ahead of time. The body work done was amazing I grew up hanging around a body shop one of my best friend's father owned a body shop, so I have a good understanding of good body work and a shop that cuts corners I got an informal education as a high school student from my friend's father on what he wouldn't accept from his employeesJust brought another vehicle here to have body work done on it a Ford F350 4 door dually and they are basically a Chevy dealership if that doesn't tell you how good they are I don't know what will

First time using this location but they have been absolutely helpful with everything! Mr. Andre Mohamed has great value to the company, he is very kind and informative with my car and all that he assisted me with. As well as the crew, Anibal Perez has impeccable paint work, I am very satisfied with the work, they both have provided such amazing and excellent service. Without a doubt, AutoNation Collision Center in Greenacres FL is the only place I would bring my car for body repairs. They are miracle workers! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. Adriel is the next person you meet, who takes a look at the car and spends time with you before turning it over to the shop for an estimate. They provide a quick and fair estimate. The work is incredible and is guaranteed. They care. The vehicle is cleaned and returned in excellent condition. My experience was excellent with ongoing great communication on status of my car and then finished the repairs 2 days early. When I came to pick up the car the paperwork was ready. The repairs were clearly explained to me and the car was clean and waiting. Thank you for a stress free experience.

I was rear ended and went through State Farm insurance for the repairs. Expected repair time was 6 days, but the work was done in about 24-48 hours. I picked up my car pretty much the next day after I dropped it off. My car was immaculate. No sign of damage. It looked and felt brand new ; and it was given back to me freshly cleaned. Overall the service was fast and of good quality.

My car was brought in June 5th the adjuster went there on June 12th! Was a handed a business card by Pete saying my vehicle wasn't there. All the time it was sitting there. A mickey mouse operation they have going on.

This is my second time using this AutoNation Greenacres Collison Center to repaint the hood of my unique Green Porsche Macan. The first time a shard of metal on the highway created a large scratch. The most recent was from rocks flying from a truck. Both instances they did a great job matching the color and making it look new. Great service and great workmanship. I hope I don't have to use them again, but would if I need to have painting or body work.Service: Painting
