Years ago the service department put a dent in my truck, so I've not been back. Now I need something done and prefer to use a closer location like ANG, so I called for an estimate. I've left two messages with service writers and one message for the service manager. No reply. You KNOW you're not going to get a call back when the receptionist TWICE said "Oh. You can leave a message but I'm not sure they'll call you back." I guess that poor service is an acceptable business model there.Edit: I did finally hear back from the service manager. Perhaps their system of handling phone customers should be reevaluated.

Took my corvette here 3 separate times for a thumping noise in the engine bay, which later developed into a p0300 random cylinder misfire code. First trip they replaced some belts and water pump. 2nd trip they told me bad gas. 3rd trip they installed 2 new injectors. The problem never went away. So, after wasting hours and hours taking my car to this dealer and not getting the car diagnosed properly I took it to a performance shop. Lo and behold, the engine valves and cam are damaged and there was metallic flake in the oil. End result: new block on a 2017 z06 with only 16k miles.Not sure if these guys were too lazy or too inexperienced to diagnose the car properly but I wasted a lot of time and effort trying to utilize this business. It seems to me that the techs should have found this on the first visit.Not sure who at GM needs to see this but this experience is the exemplification of employees not doing their job.

It's embarrassing how they leave customers hanging. I can only express my own experience but it used to be they update you at a timely manner. Every time I need to take my vehicle there, especially when my usual mechanic or different auto shop, recommends I take my vehicle to autonation I always have to leave my car this time it was kept for 3 days before even looked at and the agent who handles your car usually new and never updated you, you have to contact them remind them . Then they tell you nothing is wrong and when u take it home the same problem are they really checking

Chris Primbas, in the Service Department, always takes excellent care of me and efficiently fixes my car every time! He portrays the most crucial qualities in order to be a leader with a profoundly awesome work ethic. He actively listens to the customer while being knowledgeable about the services rendered, and proactive in always finding the customer the best deals. Chris always promptly responds to phone calls as well as intently finding solutions. Chris Primbas has definitely achieved automotive service excellence; and his great customer service speaks for itself!

I ve been a loyal costumer to Auto Nation Chevy since 2007. I love going there from the sales department to the service department My sales guy Al is the best he takes his time but gets it done on the other side Christos at service department if I need an it gets done too .finance dept also the best group to deal with I have no complaints keep up the great work , Than you.

After a terrible experience at another nearby Chevrolet dealer, Robb was able to restore my faith in this company. Honest and able to complete the work when he said they would. I would definitely recommend and return.

They workers were nice. However, they try to kill you with prices. They quoted me 1,800$ for plugs and wires and 4 hours for labor. Plus 245 for a diagnostic. Then told me that is just starting, there could be other issues. I went to auto zone and got plugs and wires for $160. Vehicle is fine. I do not recommend getting any work done here unless you don't mind over spending 10x.

I always receive Outstanding service with Gus Amain. I have taken my vehicles to him at Autonation for several years now. I ve never been disappointed in the service Gus has provided. They have a great sales department,no doubt on that..Went there yesterday for my first service and was not impressed one bit with that department.Not cheerful what's so ever.I got my vehicle back from a simple oil change and had dirty hand prints on the wheel and strong body odor in the car.When I got home popped open the hood again hand prints with oil residue.Washed the vehicle and noticed oil on the ground.Jack up the vehicle and noticed that their was oil from when it was drained still in the area.A little more care should have been put into the way it was returned.Tech should have cleaned up the underside and been a little more cleaner on the inside.Other than that the waiting area was clean and the waiting was not to bad.A welcome smile goes a long way at the check in area.

Terrible attention to detail. Wires run through my grill and bolts and screws not put back after service. Thought having car serviced at dealer kept warranties etc however they don t seem to care about putting things back where they belong. My air filter box is basically falling out right after being replaced with oil change service.

If I could assign negative stars, I would. My experience with this service center has been consistently disappointing, and my recent visit was the final straw. Despite having purchased my Chevy here and having a warranty, I've decided to never give them another chance.I dropped off my vehicle at 9:30 AM with Christian Garcia to address an error I received from OnStar regarding my battery. Unfortunately, there was a lack of communication throughout the day. At 1 PM, with no updates, I emailed Christian but received no response until I called the Service Center at 3 PM. Christian then confirmed it was a battery issue but didn't provide a quote until 5 PM.Having given Christian permission to proceed with the battery change, I expected a timeframe for completion. However, when I didn't receive any updates and the phones went unanswered, I had to personally visit the service center before closing. I arrived at 6:35 PM (they close at 7 PM), only to find out that Christian had already left for the day, and my car hadn't been looked at by any mechanic.Given this experience, I retrieved my vehicle and have decided not to return to the Greenacres Service Center. The lack of communication and delayed service has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

Was checked in for my appointment on time and was very efficient process. Chris in Lane 4 was easy to work with and explained everything prior to taking my vehicle. No surprises during my visit.

it was good the service was super but we had problems with our auto proction warranty they wouldnt cover anything even though the book showed it should of . also even though we didnt buy our car from chev and it was a chev we thought you guys would of taken off something, on the bill we were alittle accept about that . otherwise it was good

We never like to down grade our neighbors business because at the end of a day they are needed as much as they need us. We do realize that in this era we are having to deal with the new up coming generation that it's in real need of reality check. Never the less we need to put them down because once up on a time we were also at that era of maturity and in transition of being a responsible human being.Yes we had a little of a ruff time in our business however dealership took ownership of what took place and they went the extra mile to repair their mistakes I got to say this Mr.Robert it's a fair person and extra patient as well very consider human being if I say all of this it's because I may had been over reacted with my vehicle at the end of our days we are all humans and we must not let our materials take over the main thing our principal we must never ever allow material objects destroyed our relationship with our business.i came to realize that we are here for a short time why let a metal vehicle create war between our business and us humans.Thank you and I apologized if I allowed myself to fall in that route. I did learned from all of this.Thank you.

my service was very simple and performed correctly. Upon driving in there s no signage which tells you where to go so I drove in backwards. I had to fix that. communication from the greeter was nonexistent the service was performed correctly

Went in for an oil change, fuel filter change , tire rotation and a check engine light on my 2019 Silverado 2500diesel, very pleased with Robb and the entire service team. Check engine light was covered by warranty and Robb did a little research and found me new tires at a good price, so I ll be scheduling that soon

After having disastrous experiences at a competitor s dealership ( Shumaucher Northlake) , I took my vehicle to Auto Nation Chevrolet in Greenacres and Christoper was my service advisor, and he was more helpful and knowledgeable than any of the people I ve ever felt with at the above mentioned dealership!!

I had to go there to get a 2nd key made since they only provided me with 1 when I purchased the car in Dec. It took over 1 1/2 months to get the key which was really frustrating. Had nothing to do with the employees who were very nice.

Green acres Chevrolet AutoNation is an amazing dealership they always treat me like family no matter what friendly courteous they always go out of your way to take care of you my sales rep is Phil sealy I have purchased all my cars from him his trustworthy honest and a good person my service advisor is Gus he is amazing so knowledgeable takes his time and always make sure I'm taking care of no matter what he always takes care of me even if I have to wait every day the job always gets done everybody is so busy we understand that I drive 2100 MI to go pick up my kids in Georgia and I always got to make sure my car is ready to go and they do thank you again for being apart of our family I'm sure the dealerships are good and service advisors but I know what I know and they are amazing thank you again for everything Mr Gambino

2023 Corvette with 4480 Miles , This Dealership Failed to To Take Care of a Simple Transmission Filter Change , There Service Tech Pinched the Oring , for the Cap Causing a Leak that I Discovered after I Drove Home , I had to Tow the Veh Back to Prevent Any Feather Damage to the Transmission , I Know Own a New Veh that Can Develop Shifting Issues At Any Time , They Where Negligent and Incompetent .
