I called on 4/2/24 at 6:30 pm. A female answered the phone. I asked her if they had a battery for a 2018 Jeep Wrangler v6. She said they did and she told me it would be $259.00. I asked her if they would install it. She said that they would not and that it needs to be professionally installed. I called Auto Zone and O Reilly, both places said that they would take the old one out and put the new one in. It s a simple, basic battery set up. I guess they are just lazy at that store and don t care about making the store money.

Michael Kugel was extremely nice and came to my car to see what the codes were on my car. He told me exactly what they were. I went back in a second time 5 minutes later and he told me again (since I forgot what he said lol). Then I went in a third time after Googling the video of how to change the sensor and realized it wasn't that hard. He got the part for me and even gave me a few tips on how to do the job! This kind of help is hard to find ANYWHERE!!!!! Please give this guy a raise, bonus, or that the very least a GREAT BIG PAT ON THE BACK! He wouldn't even take a tip, wouldn't let me buy him some snacks there, or anything. All he wanted was a review. Thanks Michael for being an A+, first rate employee! I will be returning to THIS company, and THIS store for sure. Keep up the good work Advance Auto!

This review is for one of the employees and not the overall store. FLOR was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My truck broke down in their parking lot and Flor was able to help me diagnose the issue and replace two batteries that weighed a ton. Thank you so much for all your help.

JC really helped me out. He scanned my cars engine code so I could see why my warning lights turned on, for free. He then recommended me a personal local mechanic who can work on my car without the prices of an auto-body shop. Great & quick experience, he helped me right away. Definitely come here for any of your concerns. All of the employees were kind & knowledgeable.

Went there at 928pm tonight. They supposedly close at 10pm. Need a radiator hose... that is a desperate need. But the lazy 2 guys inside locked the door and were mopping the floor. Over 30 minutes before they close. Today, November 26. They should be fired. Terrible customer service. Begged them for the hose, all they did was yell "we are closed". Hard to hire good people anymore.

I bought new wiper blades and they installed them for free and showed me how to do it next time. Very nice.On a separate note, when did wiper blades turn into the whole assembly where a set of two is almost $40. I hate to age myself, but you used to be able to just buy the little rubber blade strips and slide and snap them into the existing metal assembly. Like $5. That was a lot easier and a lot less expensive.

Horrible experience. Bought a battery last night and installed it this afternoon and went straight here. Drove it back to the store for them to check my alternator (which was fine), during diagnosis their machine said the battery needed to be replaced. I waited 30 minutes for the diagnosis, but hey it was free, so whatever. So they said that the battery that was in my car less than 45 min needed to be replaced. So they exchanged the battery (after me mentioning that I shouldn t have to get in line again for this swap - there were 5 people in line and only 1 register open, after I already waited 30 minutes for assistance). However they didn t have a battery for my car in stock! An hour later, after they went to another location to get it I was finally able to leave this germ infestation. I got no updates while the manager hid in back. Not all staff wore masks and some wore them improperly (the battery guy and manager did wear it properly). I was stranded here waiting for far too long, and risked my safety with employees not protecting themselves or others. Awful. Won t be back here if I can help it.

If i could give this place a zero i would THAYNE B. broke my battery box the bottom of it which connects to several things forced replacement battery in then asked a man in the parking lot if he knew how to put a battery in MANAGER NO HELP AT ALL place has no certified mechanics STAY AWAY TOTALLY INCOMPETENT unless you want to leave with more damage to your car. Manager did nothing WAZ was his name and THAYNE B. is who put it in forced it in breaking bottom of battery box.

Went in to return headlights I bought 2 days prior, was told I couldn t return them because the packaging was open and when I asked the worker how am I supposed to know if they work or not until I use them she responded, that s why the packaging is clear so you can see. WHAT???? Never coming here again

Great service, I don't remember the gentleman's name that helped me, that really doesn't matter because I saw that all employees at this location was helpful to all customers without any attitudes, which is rare in an auto parts industry. Keep up the good work guys

We stopped to get freon to recharge the ac in our 300. The staff was very helpful and even advised the purchase of a different one w adapter to fit properly . Their eagerness to assist and inform was greatly appreciated !

If it hadn't been for the Asian man behind the counter who "tried" to answer my question (his answer was wrong), I would say they deserve 0 stars. The Hispanic woman I asked for help first, said "I'm helping someone else, I'm busy". When I looked at her shocked and offended (because she didn't look busy) she said "I'll be right back". I waited 15 minutes, No one came. Which is why I went to the man at the counter. After I returned to the Isle and read every product, I determined which one I was actually 'supposed to' use.I have never had overly positive experiences with Advanced Auto before. It was an emergency stop. Meaning, I was rather in a hurry. A stop that should have taken 5 minutes took almost 45 minutes. To buy what I later found out was way overpriced, sold to me by the same person who told me she would be " right back " and she never even offered an apology for not returning!?!?Advanced Auto Parts VIPs... Please hire people with automotive knowledge (like Auto Zone) & Hire people with CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I'm available to teach these skills!

Very happy with our service. Really nice, honest young man helped me and my wife get a new battery. He tested our old one. Helped us to use our coupon. New battery went in and car started right. So far very happy

Place is horrible. They can t do the very first step in customer service, which is communication. Numerous emails for availability on a simple wire harness. Back and forth of me sending vin number and my request, and replies asking for the vin. I ve never seen such a ridiculous amount of buffoons at one establishment.If it s this bad trying to get pricing and availability, I can only imagine the odds of receiving the item!!

I walked in the store and stood in line at the counter and the associate was helping someone else. He never acknowledged me and pretty much acted like I was invisible. Then he went in the back of the store to continue to help the guy and came back to front came around the counter walked pass me outside to the front of the store and came back in the store and still said nothing to me. Okay fine, so then a line started to form and I had to hurry up and stand in front of him before he helped the guy standing behind me first. However, I ask him to do a battery check for me. He tells me that he can't go outside because it's dark....I was just saw him walk outside to help the guy before me. Then, he tells me he is the only person working and he can't leave the front. I literally just heard him go to the back and talk to two other employees. Only reason he gets one star is because he helped the guy behind me by telling him to go to AutoZone for the battery check and he needed the same thing I did so I over heard him since he was talking over me to help the guy behind me.
