I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Subaru of Gainesville! Sean sales manager approached me via telephone call. I was then seen by salesman Ben. They were both super helpful, knowledgeable, and super patient. I would highly recommend Gainesville of Subaru!

I had the best experience car shopping at Subaru Gainesville! I ve wanted to buy a Subaru for years, and Allan was very knowledgeable and patient, helping me find the perfect fit. We test drove numerous cars until I decided on the Forester Wilderness. Subaru Gainesville definitely stands out compared to surrounding dealerships, and I would 100% recommend giving Allan a visit if you are interested in a Subaru!

I had an excellent sales experience with Bob Hendrickson when recently buying my 2024 Subaru Forester! The process was transparent and open, with all our questions easily answered.Bob was very detailed in explaining all the safety and luxury features of my new Forester. He paced his presentation at just the speed we needed to absorb the information. He even stayed late that evening to be available to talk to us again after finance finished with us.In addition, the dealer gave us more for my trade than our research had informed us we could expect. I highly recommend Bob Hendrickson and Subaru of Gainesville for your next Subaru!

Oh my goodness! I love this dealership! And my Outback is a dream. My salesman, Allan Rivas Jr was calm, patient and clear as we reviewed various models until I chose one. The offer of meeting with Jessie to understand the technology was appreciated and valued. Great people, lovely car!

Had 2 cars to check out but took test drive and loved the Outback (base pkg)... very comfortable and quiet. Did not go to the other dealer BTW.Bryce was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The visit was seamless and I'm going to love driving my Subaru.

I say this and I mean it, Diego is a powerhouse, kind, a great conversationalist, and above all a great listener. Subaru of Gainesville. And it s not just salesperson the manager Sean has a great head for leading and is a genuine guy. You have a great team here and they all deserve raises! I was shopping for a new car to replace my Jeep that had 200,000 miles. I usually avoid dealerships but really wanted to explore my options. I ended up at Subaru. My experience was absolutely amazing. I worked with GREG COX, and ALLAN RIVAS. These guys are amazing. They know all about the features and specifics of the cars. They know where to take you on the test drives to experience the performance and handling of the vehicles. They can explain ALL the features, and if you have been in a Subaru, you know there are a lot. It was a great experience, I felt like I was treated like a VIP. I also have to shout out to JESSIE ROWE who is the "Love-Encore Delivery Specialist." I encourage anyone who buys a new Subaru to take advantage of having Jessie explain all of the technology at your finger tips.I would highly recommend stopping in and checking out the vehicles at Gainesville Subaru. It will be a great experience due to the excellent staff there.

I am the proud owner of my very first Subaru thanks to Subaru of Gainesville and Allan! I went in expecting a lengthy and tedious process, but I was proven wrong! Allan was so helpful and informative through every step! I left the dealership secure and with a brand new 2024 Subaru Forester that was within my budget! I will definitely be coming back all my future vehicles and to work with Allan!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our Outback Wilderness at Subaru of Gainesville. Anthony Landers was so knowledgeable, patient and very professional. They were able to find us the exact vehicle we were looking for. Love the no-haggle pricing policy. Lobby was very comfortable with yummy hot drinks and snacks. We HIGHLY recommend!

Let's start with Allen Rivas, the best sellsman in the dealership game hands down. We wanted a car 100 miles away and he got that car we wanted same day! He made sure it was the right car for us and gave us assurance in the vehicle we selected. After the test drive it was nothing but ease through the rest of the process. With Allen and Gainesville Subaru doing whatever it took to give us the best car buying experience we ever had, I have to say I'm not buying a car anywhere else from anyone else, thanks Allen and Gainesville Subaru!

Best car buying experience E*V*E*R!! Allan Rivas, Jr. is so cool, calm, easy going, friendly. The manager, Fred, was super nice, and just very pleasant to work with.NO HAGGLING on my trade value or the price of the new vehicle. Very fair prices, in fact better prices than Tampa or Ocala.I will definitely refer friends and family.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Subaru. After searching for over two years for the perfect vehicle, Allan helped us to find the right one. Although we didn t have our trade in with us, he offered to bring the new Subaru to our home over two hours away and pick up our trade. I was amazed!! My wife and I just bought a 2024 Subaru Forester from Subaru of Gainesville. We were assisted by Allen Rivas and he was great to work with. Allen had assisted our daughter with her purchase of a new Subaru last year and we were hoping to work with Allen. He is honest and really knows his Subaru products. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, you can t do better than Subaru. If you want to work with an honest, hard working, sales person there is none better than Allen Rivas. I had a great experience working with Allan Rivas to purchase my new vehicle. My previous vehicle was totaled in an accident and I was dealing with the stress of the insurance company. Allan made it easy for me to do business, pressure free and working around my availability. I am extremely happy with the vehicle, the overall process, and my experience. We bought a beautiful, 2023 Subaru Touring LT and we were very happy with the calm, professional time we spent with our sales person, Allen Rivas, Jr. Allen worked in the Service Dept prior to moving to sales so all questions were easily and confidently answered.There was no pressure from anyone to buy anything, a highly recommended way to buy a car! As someone who has owned many brands (including Mercedes for years) we chose Subaru for several reasons. First, they are one of the few that make cars ergonomically compatible for shorter people, secondly, they have an amazing safety record and most important to us, we read the excellent reviews Consumer Reports had written. We highly recommend Allen and Ed who does the final paperwork at Subaru of Gainesville.

We went this morning to look at Subarus to see if we would consider buying one.We met Anthony and before we knew it, we traded in our car for a new Subaru.He was very informative and not pushy at all. A couple of weeks ago, I had the dreaded experience of my "check engine" light coming on in my 2020 Forester with 24K miles on it while I was 450 miles from Gainesville to attend a family funeral in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I went to a Goodyear repair shop where they read the error code, which indicated it was a failure of the engine coolant thermostat that left if stuck in the open position. The told me that it was safe to drive back to Florida if I very carefully monitored the engine temperature, which I did without any mishap. I got the earliest appointment I could at Subaru of Gainesville with Sophia serving as my service advisor. She took good care of me and was very reassuring in spite of my worry about a potentially huge repair bill, for which others online had reported paying $1500 to replace the valve. It was a big job, but they got it done the same day. When I returned, I was very happy to learn that there was no charge to me even though my primary warranty had expired. It has performed flawlessly since the repair. That outcome will keep me driving Subarus and having them repaired, hopefully with Sophia's help, here in Gainesville.

My daughter's Subaru needed to be towed to Subaru of Gainesville a couple of weeks ago. We are not local to Gainesville and had to put out trust in the dealership without knowing anything about its service record. We had the great fortune to have Emily as our service advisor. I cannot say enough great things about her! She was so kind, helpful, prompt in responding and continued to keep us informed of the repairs. The first quote was high but after some research by Emily, a warranty was found that reduced the costs. The car part did not come in as expected so the car was kept longer than first reported but Emily was so nice about it all that we didn't care. While in the shop, it was determined that there was also a recall on the car which was taken care while the car was still there. My daughter was going to drive out of town and I asked if it could be completed by the time she left. Emily worked diligently to make sure the car was repaired and the recall resolved days before my daughter needed the car. Emily also offered a shuttle van to pick up my daughter if she needed a ride to the dealership. Loved working with Emily and am so happy that we had such a great experience, especially having to handle all these issues remotely. Emily definitely went above and beyond in providing fantastic customer service.

Working with Bob Hendrickson, I had the best car buying experience of my life. My friends, who have bought three Subarus with his help, gave me their highest recommendation for his outstanding professionalism, knowledge, respect, efficiency, and care during every step of the buying process. Bob treated me like a valued customer right away, and it was clear that his goal was 100% customer satisfaction, which he definitely achieved with me. I knew I wanted a Subaru because Consumer Reports rates Subaru so highly, but I never thought my buying experience could be so easy and pleasant until I met Bob. He's the best!

Just purchased a 2023 Subaru Assent from dealership. Benjamin Griffith was my salesperson. What a great guy. I could not recommend him high enough.He as super knowledgeable, helpful, and even delivered my car to my home over 40 miles away.Another real classy move by this dealership is the delivered the car with a full tank of fuel.5 stars only because I could not give ten.Great job guys.

Subaru of Gainesville made buying my first car a really great experience! I test drove at many other dealerships in the area and Subaru really outshined the others with their customer service and honesty. I felt like they kept everything very transparent throughout the whole sales process. I bought the Subaru Forester Limited and I could not recommend it enough. Allan was especially helpful and took the time to explain each and every feature of the car to me. He encouraged me to ask questions and was willing to help with anything I needed. He even gave me one of his personal Subaru baseball hats when the dealership was out of stock so that I could give one to my younger brother. Greg was also very kind and willing to help! 10/10 recommend buying a car from here!

I have used Subaru of Gainesville for a variety of services on my Crosstrek. I was pleasantly surprised with the service provided as they followed my requests to point. Everyone I met was so kind. The facilities are wonderful, plus there's a charging station for EV vehicles (though you must pay). When we did get a loaner it wasn't particularly clean (at least to my personal standards). There was a decent amount of pollen no one had vacuumed and the seats up front had a few food crumbs along with the flat surfaces being dusty. The '23 Ascent Onyx Limited (our loaner) was incredible nonetheless. I'd definitely recommend this Subaru branch for purchasing vehicles and getting them serviced.

Allan worked with me around what I was looking for in a vehicle. He went out of his way to show me so many options that the dealership had all over in every show room. If he doesn t get a raid soon I will be shocked!!! He did an amazing job and will be going back for any vehicle need as should you!
