If I could put zero , I would! I dread coming here - no consideration for your time. Every time I make an appointment , it s an all day event. Expect your routine oil change to take 4-5 hours minimum. I ve dropped my car off before work and still had to wait when I got off. One time they even left it running the entire time. Today s 5 hour oil change will be my last with them! My car is just getting looked at as I type this review. Unless you can go all day without your vehicle, avoid this place at all costs! Management is aware and don t care - didn t even offer to replace my gas they burned for no reason!

I was in Florida visiting and help my son purchase a vehicle. When we arrived everyone was happy helpful and respectful. Since i(female Hispanic) was doing the purchasing things started to change. Just they tried to change the numbers to more than they should have been and give misleading information. Luis the financial advisor said if I didn t like the rate/ terms I could go somewhere else, so I did. I text the teens and rates I wanted at a local bank. When I went back to pay for the vehicle with a cashiers check they made me wait almost 2 hours. In addition: instead of speaking directly to me about the warranty etc, Louis literally looked around me to my son. The young man in sales was helpful polite and kind, but if you re female and want to be treated respectfully when closing the deal don t go there.

Slowest mechanic shop ever. Appointments don't matter, plan on waiting 4 hours. There was 4 people working at their computers and it took 30 min to talk to someone just to pick up my keys. Got a free oil change since I bought my car here, wish I would have just paid somewhere else. Time is money

This is the worst service department I have ever had to deal with in my life. The vibration problem was never fixed I was charged 2,200$ for parts that were not even bad apparently and they broke my Air Conditioning while it was there and won t take any responsibility for this they just continue to lie and cover up their mistakes. If I was lying I wouldn t be posting this to the public , I hope everyone knows to never take there car there for service they have also had my car for 1&1/2 months to fix a simple vibration problem and it s had to go back 3 seperate times during this time all for the same reason. Worst car service center that ever existed don t make the same mistake I did bye going there !!

I visited this place because my CarPlay stopped working. The first technician turned to me and said I should get an USB cable cause the only way CarPlay works is with a cable. And I was like WHAT? ??? Since when? Really? Then he said you should go home get a cable and if doesn t work you come back for us to do a car diagnostic test. Again REALLY? Im here why you cannot run this diagnostic test? His answer was BECAUSE RIGHT NOW IM CHECKING YOUR CAR FOR FREE . Wow wow wow. !!!!!!! My car has 3 years warranty so yes I don t have to pay.Then before I left they took my car for a complimentary car wash. 2 minutes later they said my car was ready. They just spilled some water on my car. I have been to Honda dealers before but different locations and they really wash your car and vacuum it. Unfortunately I think this dealer is the only one in my area. It was not a nice experience.

Worst service of all time. Only reason I come to these people is because I got my car from here. They don't care about you at all. My car is not even done but I'm going to go pick it up and take it somewhere else. I will never go to Honda again

Sales: 0/5. I had to get the manager involved and needed to have a new salesman. The salesman i originally had made promises he couldn't keep to make the sale and prematurely dinged my credit (swore up and down I would be approved for something out of my range because of my income). Because I didn't want to have another ding from another agency, I ended up leaving with a car I didn't love as a result. To add insult to injury, he called me back months later and offered to buy my car outright and put me into a newer model; I made an appointment for two hours later, drove across town, showed up, and he had already sold that vehicle to someone else and didn't even call me. When I showed up, he was sitting down in a chair on the floor watching a soccer game and wouldn't look at me, and spoke to me in little bits and pieces because he was preoccupied with the game. No apology or attempt to fix the mistake, nothing. The manager, again, gave me to a new salesman (who was AMAZING)...BUT, YEAH. I don't think I would go there again.

Should be a zero. Be ready to wait around all day. Slow service even though we had an appointment and dropped the car off the night before. Don't expect to get in and out of here in anything less than an hour.

Completely unreliable. Don t bring your car to them if you want to get it back the same day or even the same week. And if they say they will call you back, don t believe it.

I am extremely disappointed with the Honda Service Center and feel compelled to share my experience to warn other potential customers. I tried reaching the service center by phone multiple times over a period of 2 hours, just before their closing time. Each time, my calls went unanswered, which left me feeling extremely frustrated and helpless.In addition to their lack of responsiveness, I was also awaiting a call from them regarding the completion of my car's service. Despite my initial request for an update and assurance from their team that they would call me back, I never received any communication. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable and has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience.It is crucial for a service center to prioritize customer service and ensure transparent communication. Unfortunately, my experience with the Honda Service Center has been far from satisfactory. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider other options if they wish to receive timely and reliable service.

3.5 hours for just an oil change?? What's even the point of making an appointmentIt's been 5 years since my last visit because they told me my 2-hour old air filters were dirty and needed to be replaced.Guess that's it for me

I have gone here several times for maintenance, each time worse than the last. Most recently, I came in for regularly scheduled maintenance and they failed to notice several obvious things (a wobble in a tire, really screwy alignment which they assured me was good, driver door issues, and more). Who insists their alignment is good when the steering wheel is off center by 30 degrees just to go straight? Like others here, I have also had the experience of basic services taking 4-5 hours. And they are often so rushed in check out that they don t explain the service read out to you. : (

Awful experience with their service department. I had an appointment at 8 am for oil change/tire rotation and general servicing for my car. Waited a TOTAL OF 4 HRS (8 am to 12 noon) to get my car back! It was stressful because I was about to miss my next appointment for such simple maintenance for my car, and I had to keep nudging them to hurry up because I will be late. Exactly one week later, my car tire pressure light went up. This is absolutely unacceptable and this indicates to me that they do not care about doing a proper job even for maintenance. They probably neglected to recheck tire pressure after they changed my tires. I came here one other time previously to have an oil change and in that occasion they also took a long time. I will never do business with them again.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

I have been loyal to this dealership for my Honda Civic service repairs for over 5 years. I m sitting here waiting for my car to get wiper insert replacements and a low tire pressure light checked .. and it s been 2 hours! With no update. I just spoke to another unhappy customer who has been waiting close to 2 hours for an oil change. This is absurd. I am seeking out a new auto repair place as we speak. Hoards of cars keep pulling in, and there s 30+ people waiting. Do not recommend, unless you plan to camp out all afternoon waiting for your car. Taking my business elsewhere.Service: Tires

If your time is valuable to you, go somewhere else. For a simple oil change, nothing more, I had to wait at the dealership for almost 2 hours. I had an appointment before 9:00. What is the point of scheduling a service? I won't be returning and I recommend others do the same.

Poor service. When they sold me the car I was told that I would have lifetime carwash. Such a booshit. They barely throw water in the car. Totally waste of time.

What's the purpose of making an appointment if you are not going to honor that time and get the customer in on time? Overall, oil change was done and completed in time to get to my other appointment.
