I can t say enough about my experience at Gatorland Toyota versus all of the buying experiences in the past. I normally loathe dealerships, but when I arrived, nobody swarmed me like bees. I was able to look and take my time, and someone was there when I needed them.Our sales rep - Dayton - is my favorite sales rep in the history of sales reps. The guy is personable and down-to-earth in a REAL and warm way. Even when negotiations heated up a bit, he was cool and collected, and just made us feel welcome. The price had to be right but I really wanted to buy a truck from this guy.Ended up buying a 2023 Tacoma TRD 4x4 and I m thrilled with it! But equally as thrilled with Dayton, Clarissa in Finance (she was so kind and fun), and everyone else.Will be buying exclusively at Gatorland going forward because experience means everything to my family.

I walked in and told Buck what I wanted, unfortunately there was a glitch in their system and two trucks I wanted was sold, They ended up getting me into a BRAND NEW truck for around the payment I was asking for. I couldnt have asked for better service and better people, honestly.

Earlier this week I bought my 6th Toyota (have been buying from Gatorland since 96), a Highlander, from Gatorland Toyota. Per usual they were very professional, polite, quick and efficient and made the buying process simple and easy. My salesperson, Russ, was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable answering any questions I had. The service department is also excellent and very knowledgeable and professional.I highly recommend!

Just recently purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Gatorland! I highly recommend this dealership! I had a great experience with everyone that assisted me with this purchase. Bryan, Erick (sales) and Michael (used car manager) were AWESOME in making sure that I found the SUV that I had hoped for and made sure that all my expectations were met before leaving the dealership. It is a nice looking place with what seems to be a good atmosphere. I was here to purchase a vehicle on 3/16 and the salesperson I was dealing with wasn't pushy or aggressive.4/5 because they are like all dealerships, though. They don't stock base models for us budget conscious individuals and don't disclose to you at first that the price on the sticker doesn't include every add-on they've included that you didn't ask for.That being said, I got a vehicle that will last way longer than what it costs, even in this horribly inflated market. And once again, feels like a decent place to buy a vehicle, just be careful and don't be in a hurry to take a vehicle today. Maybe see if they can order you one like you want, or see if they have a more appealing one already coming in later.The service department is great as far as I can tell. My parents have bought 3-4 vehicles here and had them serviced here. No problems, seems to be new parts/filters, etc. No tomfoolery, unless they slipped it by me.

The salesman and finance guys were great. I bought it knowing there was a small dent in the front and they would attempt to pull it out but can t. The main thing I was not happy with was the tires were dry rotted and five days after I drove off the lot I noticed chunks were coming out of them. I did take it and get new tires for $1100. I showed and spoke to the manager at Toyota and was told they did not make any money on the deal and it is as is and not certified. I knew I was going to have yo replace them but did not think it was in five days.

6 months ago I traveled from Georgia to browse the inventory of Camrys and RAV4s at Gatorland Toyota. We were fortunate to be working with Dabari. He knew so much about all of the inventory and the different features for different trims. Dabari was patient, informative, and ultimately showed me a vehicle that was everything I wanted (and more!) I honestly expected to not be able to come to an agreement on financing. To my surprise, everything came together and I left with the payment I wanted and financing terms that beat out my local credit union. I just left the dealership from my first 5000 mile service. They washed my car too! We will be back to buy a truck from Dabari. (Updated to correct misspellings).

Terrible dealership! Shouldn t even affiliated with Toyota, Buck the rep I have no idea how is a sales rep, was extremely rude and once I asked for the manager he hung on the phone. Make sure you get any deal in WRITING , they do a lot of bait and switch, price is one thing online and they say they giving you a discount but they get you with add-ons that are worthless and they won t allow you to take them off the deal no matter what. So don t waste your time with this dealership, take your business elsewhere, the whole trying to earn business definitely doesn t exist here.

Buck was the real deal. I had a few salesman at other dealerships lie and waste my time, but Buck delivered on everything he said he would. I told him if the price was a penny different I would walk out, and he kept his word and it was the exact amount I was quoted down to the penny. I would definitely recommend shopping at Gatorland Toyota, and ask for Buck! Thanks guys

I just picked up my 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid from Gatorland Toyota and Michael Sciotti was my salesman. He was very professional & patient throughout the entire process. He was also prompt in his responses to my enquiries/questions/concerns.In addition to Michael, Michael Barton from the Finance team was also very helpful. Michael and Gatorland Toyota the car purchase from North Carolina a breeze. Next time I'm in the market for another car, I'll definitely consider Gatorland Toyota.

My review is well overdue and I sincerely apologize for not sending it sooner. I purchased my 2021 Rav-4 Limited from Gatorland Toyota after seeing the listing on a third party site. I contacted the dealership looking to speak to someone about numbers and I happened to reach the desk of Anthony. This was a long distance purchase since I am located in Miami. After going over numbers, Anthony was swift with assisting me in locking in the beginning of my purchase and starting my first car buying experience. He was very thorough and provided clarity throughout my whole process. Anthony was sure to remain in communication with me throughout my full experience. I was then paired with Clarissa in finance and I just don't think I could've gotten through this deal without her keen attention to detail and her resilience through the process... Clarissa was absolutely amazing with making sure all of the financial processing including tag and title process went smoothly. I am 100% pleased with my experience with these 2 associates in particular. I really hope this review lands on the eyes of someone who will really acknowledge their efforts. After my purchase was complete I needed my vehicle transported to me and throughout the full ordeal both Clarissa and Anthony followed up until the very end. Not only was this my first car buying experience but with the car being over 300 miles away from me, I was only able to relax and trust the process because I was paired with the right people. The transparency and commitment they made to ensure I had an A1 experience was beyond my expectation. I am forever grateful and I absolutely love love love my vehicle! Thank you Gatorland Toyota for employing 2 of the best individuals I've encountered on my car buying experience. Anthony and Clarissa deserve to be acknowledge! You both were top notch!

We purchased a 2024 Camry from Gatorland Toyota. The whole experience was amazing. Rob was the salesman and from the start there was no pressure. He was able to get us a great deal. Our finance manager was the best I ve ever dealt with. I will be a repeat customer at Gatorland Toyota for the rest of my life.

Very unprofessional and subpar service from Gatorland. For a simple oil change service I was in there from 10.45 to 1.30pm on 23 May, 2023. Such a delay is unacceptable and caused a significant inconvenience to my day. To add to that, while driving back home, I noticed an unusual noise resembling air gushing from somewhere in the vehicle. Also the car's acceleration/pick up did not feel as smooth as before. Upon investigation, I discovered that the clips on the engine air filter housing were not closed properly, as clearly shown in the attached image. This negligence was not only concerning the current state of my vehicle but also posed potential long-term damage.To address these concerns promptly, I contacted the dealership at 2:49 pm and was told that my advisor would call me back. Unfortunately, they never got back. I made another attempt to reach out after 4 pm, but no one picked up the phone. This lack of communication is deeply disappointing and has further eroded my trust in the service provided by Gatorland Toyota.I had to get the air filter housing properly closed by a local mechanic and this solved the noise and pickup issue mentioned.The accumulation of this mistake, and the subsequent lack of accountability has not only ruined my entire day but also cost me 75 bucks extra to get it fixed.

I was very nervous about buying a car. I had a set price that I wanted to pay per month and I didnt think it was possible for me to find a new car in my budget. I was so surpised when Eric and Danny worked with the manager Mike and actually made it all work for me. They were very patient with me and really listened to my needs. It's hard to find people who actually care.

I went in today for an oil change today and was approached by a sales representative. I told him I was waiting on my wife s car to get a service done and he asked what vehicle I had. I informed him I was in a lease and that I couldn t get out of it but he said there s a way for anything and had me come over to this desk. He called my originating dealer and got a pay off amount and told me that Gatorland Toyota would take care of that and get me into a new lease. We went and drove a vehicle and I decided I liked it and wanted to do it. We worked out the deal and I got the vehicle. 20 min after getting home I got a text from the sales rep saying I d need to come drop the vehicle off myself to Ford since it was a lease. I found this weird but went back to go do it myself. Come to find out the lease was never in the deal to be paid off and he put me into a second lease. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told I was the one who was asking too much and people make mistakes and should the dealership have to eat $8,000 to cover my lease and I said yes. The general sales manager got an attitude and even told me the sales rep told him I never planned to do a trade in. Which makes zero sense because why would he call a dealer in Ohio to get my pay off value and when I brought the truck back take my tags off of my current truck. The general manager then went on to say that it s not even in your deal write up and that I should of known this. Absolutely horrible customer service and dishonesty. I d never recommend this dealership to anyone. They offered me a tank of gas for having to drive back and forth 3x though .just wow. Never thought I d experience something like this in my life. Guess he thought he could take advantage of a military member and I d be an easy one to get one over with just to get a sale. Also we just bought a new 4-runner from this in July. Still treated like crap.

What kind of business doesn t offer free returns or prepaid shipping for returns in 2023, especially when your website advertises the wrong parts? This is NOT the windshield cowl extension for a 2015 Corolla, not even close. Not all your customers are within a 3 block radius of Gainesville. Thanks for nothing! Terrible experience

My boyfriend purchased a beautiful 2014 Chevrolet Sierra from here. 3 weeks in, the fuel injector went out. He took it in and no offer was made to help in having this fixed. We don t mind paying but feel that the dealership would offer to do something seeing as the first payment isn t even due yet. Took it to get fixed, auto shop could not believe the dealership did not offer to help in anyway. We understand when purchasing a used vehicle there will and can be issues, but not even a month after purchasing it? At least offer to cover parts or labor and let the customer pay the rest. Seems like something could have been arranged.

This is single handily the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I have purchased 13 cars and this is by far the worst. A few months ago I went to purchase a Mercedes from this dealership. I drove 12 hours thinking I found a great deal coming from Illinois. When purchasing the vehicle, the finance manager talked me into an extended warranty that was the worst thing I could ever do. I was told when purchasing the vehicle it would cover the cost of oil changes for my vehicle and also a few other things. The maximum amount allowed was $80 dollars for an oil change and mine is a little over $100. Completely misleading how it was explained. On top of that, the warranty was suppose to cover key fob replacements. First when reaching out to the extended warranty company, they told me I had to take it to Gatorland which is 12 hours away from me. When I called to cancel she told me I could take it to any Toyota but failed to mention that when explaining it. Now I m in the process of trying to get it canceled, she was supposed to follow up with me via email, and it s been 3 days. I ve attempted to call multiple times only to get sent to voicemail, leave a voicemail and never hear back. Trying to save the sale. I am still trying to get this done to this day. DO NOT RECOMMEND, be careful with the finance manager, they will do whatever is best for them, and not the customer. I will never be back.
