We have been taking our BMW's, and Range Rover to Skylar for years now. He is highly trained and skilled. He is personable, respectful, fair; communicates quickly and clearly; gives professional options. I alwaysfeel like my car is a great place; a clean place; and getting highly skilled,and professional work. I appreciate all the work that Skylar and his teamof professionals have done. His business, professionalism, skills are 10 out of 10 for us. Thank you.

Skylar has been great from the initial consultation to ensuring that every repair done is of the highest quality and done right the first time. His work dynamic is methodical and systematic. I wish I had brought my car to him sooner instead of previously having work done elsewhere.

I brought in my recently purchased 1999 M3 to this shop and couldn't be more pleased. The shop is meticulous and the techs are obviously both passionate and knowledgeable. Taking my car there always feels like attending a mini car show, with everything from race-prepped classics to new six-figure cars getting worked on. Rates are fair and Skylar always let me know exactly what was going on (no surprises), with parts prices as good as anything you'll find online.Though it's a bit of a trek for me to take my car up to the northeast side of Gainesville, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Highly highly highly recommended!! My adulation comes from first hand experience with this place. Skylar is one of the best credentialed, honest, kind, cost conscious, and knowledge BMW techs in the North Central Florida region. Skylar is more of a brother to me now! I've been using him since the early days when he first opened up in late 2009 / Early 2010. He has worked on mine, my family's, and my friends' BMWs, Porsches, Range Rovers and other luxury imports. He's competent, sincere, and above all will not try to upsell or BS you. Trust me, take your car there and you will never be chagrined. These guys are the real deal. I have had many experiences having my car serviced most of them ending in frustration, disappointment and huge expense. Today I took my BMW to Bavarian Auto Gruppe and left feeling extremely happy. I thought I needed a costly repair but they took a look at my car and said it was fine. They earned my trust I will take my car back here every time. Thanks for such great customer service.

These guys know what they are doing!! Skylar and his guys will be the only people who touch my car from here on out. They are faster, cheaper, and a lot friendlier than any other shop I have been to. I would give more than five stars if I could.

I took my car here because I was told this was the best place to take your car to for any needs so i did so just for my car 2 sit there for 3 months and nothing was done to it but added fluid keep in my i was never contacted in these 3 months the only way we had any conversation I would just have to pop up at the place so today I go and get my car he tells me I need a battery as well so I got one and he said the car was good to go.i drive the car not even 5 miles just to break down and have to get towed to another place I called him back to back for 5 minutes he did not answer the phone soon as I got to his shop he's just sitting there I tell him the problems not fixed in basic words he cant fixed it or dont know what's wrong 3 months down the drain of my car sitting there I wouldnt reccomend this place to no one ...it could of been I was black too driving a bmw that most white or black people wouldn't drive too I just know it was a waist of 350
