Quality was pretty good, guys in the back were helpful and did good work. Hard to get calls back and updates when work was taking longer than promised. Issue now is 4 months after the work got done one shock is falling off because the hardware came out and I have no way to get ahold of them because they sold their building and are temporarily closed .

I had a leveling kit installed for my 35 s and Wilson s auto installed it quickly and for a great price. I also had my tires rotated and balanced which was also done quickly and with a great price. The owner personally messaged me to make sure I was happy and with that kind of customer care, I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks!

Had a lift installed. The strain on my driveshaft caused it to break going down the highway. Wilson auto sports said they weren t responsible for the damages. Cost me an additional $1,500 to upgrade my dive shaft to a heavy duty one.

The guys in the back that will eventually work on your vehicle are great,Only issues you ll have is with the front end personnel, they refuse to follow up on issues, and you ll probably end up handholding them through basic service procedures to solve your problems that they create.Not a bad place to get work done, but have low expectations and a lot of patience.

The guys here are amazing! After 5 visits to the dealerships to find a problem on a new custom truck, yes multiple dealerships, these guys found the problem within a few hours. I highly recommend them for anything custom!

John and his crew are great! Very friendly and welcoming! They helped me with my 2020 Duramax! I had ordered several sets of tires with others trying to get it to ride good. John and his crew installed my lift, rock lights and side steps and some new wheels and tires! It rides amazing and looks Good too! Great people! I would definitely recommend them!

We are extremely happy with the customer service and quality work done by Wilson. When we decided to do a lift, wheels, and tires on our Dodge Ram, we started talking with another business down the road. Many time over being lied to and treated with very poor customer service by this other company were just enough. We decided to talk with Wilson and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. They got the truck scheduled in right away and did an excellent job and provided us all of the customer service that was lacking down the road. Thank you very much! We ll be back and we ll send plenty of work your way!

Very impressed with pricing and service on install of a lift kit I purchased elsewhere for new 4runner. I loved that Wilson Autosports included alignment in price quote and actually scheduled me to come back after 500 miles for lug retorque. No other custom shop has offered that follow up service to me on many different customized vehicles over the last 20 years!

John and team took great care of myself and my 4Runner! Brought it in for a lift install and tire swap and they got me right in and got the job done professionally and clean! Looks great and rides awesome. Great group of guys (and gal) to work with. I'll be back for any future needs.

Went into Wilson Auto after another shop down the street couldn t be bothered to help me. These guys took time out of their busy schedule to fix my fender wells from rubbing my oversized tires. When I asked what I owed, they told me no charge! I never leave reviews. But after being treated so poorly and then so great between two businesses offering the same services, I had to let the people of Ft Walton know where to take their vehicles.

My husband took our 3500 Dodge Ram Dually on a mud riding adventure in red Ga clay mud. It was pretty bad. Took it in for a detail job and Wilson s went above and beyond. It looked BRAND NEW. We also had our windows tinted and it came out fabulous. The customer service was amazing from the receptionist to the detailed/tint. I would definitely recommend this place!!!!! Buyer Beware... Rip Off Artist ... worst tint job and re-tinting ever. Can t help think bc I don t wear boots, sing Dixie, drive a big truck or fly stars/bars the reason I received such poor quality product and service. Don t recommend for any who believe in we the people . This is my saga 8/18/20-1/25/21 four trips 1 initial 8hrs 2 complete re-dos all day and 1 back window that was cut on the 3rd visit and WM auto sports failed horrendously. Found out during this journey didn t get Suntek product (that s a lie on their site they are not authorized dealers) as verified by light meter and VLT test. Not only was one window cut noticeably (WM did replace) there are others nicks, cuts on the windows, a cracked window rack as well nicks in my defrost cord SMH. The manager BSd and placated the issues with comments I quote, we can t keep fixing our work but I ll give you a discount on some other work DAH Y would I come back for any work when you can t fix this. Other comments , it s not that bad, I wouldn t tint a 5 year old car go figure ...didn t offer to make me whole or a partial refund. Charged CXP price fo supposedly carbon got neither . Bright spot in this saga was I found a authorized Suntek tint shop Accurate Tint A1 service quality know how to treat Vets and people of color. WM auto sports should stick to truck lifts and leave the tinting to the professionals.

This place is Awesome!! They can customize anything and everything. They can also sell you a vehicle and arrange the financing. They are a one stop shop to get a bad to the bone ride.

Communication is terrible. Takes day if not weeks for a simple answer and I m a 28 year old man, calling me bud continuously isn t professional at all. I rather drive an hour then deal with this anymore.
