Wayne the manager was amazing!! His assistant Manager was also amazing. Wayne was training a new associate, and was very clear on explaining everything to him. Very patient took the time to show him everything which is something you do not see very often anymore. When I first approach the business, he greeted me with a smile. A bottle of water asked me what I was needing then handed me over to his assistant manager, who then explained all of the oil changes to me as the type of driving I do advised me that I needed which I will change. I needed how much oil my vehicle took, which is an extra court. He asked permission to open my doors to check my tire pressure to check. The cabin filter showed me the oil filter advised me to change it, but that my cabin filter would be good for another go round I change it next time I could not have asked for a more polite experience and a more professional experience. I would definitely and do plan on continuing to use the take five location on Eglin Parkway across from uptown station going forward for all of my oil changes and have also advised several friends to go there because of the professional service that I received from Wayne and his assistant manager. I highly advise you to give Wayne Recognition for his hard work and making a customer especially a female customer feel comfortable with their service. If all of your locations are as wonderful as this one, you guys are definitely doing Something right.

I was greeted with a bottle of water at my car. There was no wait. Both of the gentleman I interacted with were knowledgeable and polite, I didnt catch their names. The guy doing the change was quick and proficient. I love knowing I have a great place by my job to stop in at when needed. Thanks for making something that can be a hassle an easy process.

Great job! Manager Kevin kept the line moving efficiently and ensured a safe job was done in an expeditious manner. Great ambassador for your company. Wayne and Gavin were awesome! Very professional and got me in and out quickly. They topped off my fluids, checked my air pressure and installed new wiper blades for me. Very happy with the service I received for my 2017 Lexus.

The man who handled me, Zachary, was very kind, he ordered special wipers due to mine not fitting the last time, he told me not to use high power all the time and he was very sweet and improved my overall experience, I will 100% be going back. I loved his humor!

They are always kind and knowledgeable about everything and don t make me feel like an idiot for asking stupid ignorant questions about my car. They don t try to sell me the most expensive service, rather they recommend what I should use based on how much I travel. Plus, it s quick, convenient & they give you a cold bottle of water which is nice, especially in Florida

I brought my Mazda to get her oil changed and I had 3 young men start working on my car. They came speak to me and told me they had bad news. It had appeared to them that I had water or coolant leaking into my oil. So they recommended a full service shop. I followed as suggested and went to Pepboys. I left my car over night praying it wasn't as bad as the take 5 guys had thought. So I got a call at 9am the next day saying, " they had no idea what they were talking about, everything is fine. We can change your oil for you and there are no contaminates." So with all that being said it costed me DOUBLE the about I should have changed for a basic oil change. Thanks alot take 5.

Wayne and his crew were fun, nice, and thorough. It was my first time using a Take 5 as I had been used to Valvolines in other states so I was used to the concept.Prices were a little higher than I anticipated, and had experienced in the past, but since moving back to Florida, I m seeing that as a trend everywhere.Thanks for the great service Wayne, HUAH brother! And thanks to you too Mihn !!See you guys in a few months.

What a helpful bunch of guys. Could not have been nicer. Welcomed with a complimentary bottle of chilled water. They couldn't do enough for me, very honest with all their advice as well, as an aircraft engineer I understand requirements. Didn't try to over sell. Very happy, thank you!

Minh was a top of the line pit man. He was very thorough with explanations and got me the right oil for my vehicle. Wayne runs a good shop over there on Eglin pkwy.

After a not quite stellar experience at a separate Take 5 and leaving without any services I went to Take 5 on Eglin! I am beyond happy I did!From the first interaction with Gavin I could tell a difference! As he directed me in I was greeted by Minh and Talben, both with a smile. Minh explained the differences in their services and allowed me to choose the best option for me. While all three pleasantly spoke with me throughout the process their manager Wayne stepped out. He advised that in speaking with me the boys wanted him to know I did not have a good experience prior. Wayne came out and discussed everything with me, disappeared for a few moments and came back to let me know he had contacted the other Take 5 manager. It is not often that you get solid, immediate, and pleasant action in these situations. Wayne advised that him and his crew strive to make even the smallest service be a positive experience!Wayne, Gavin, Minh, and Talben are knowledgeable, kind, funny, and great at their jobs! As far as I m concerned, they all deserve a raise! Oil changes aren t usually the best part of my day, but today it was! Thanks guys!!

This was my first visit at any Take 5 Oil Change. I was immediately made uncomfortable hearing an employee named Jake yell out commands to an elderly customer to turn her car on/off. He startled both of us. If you're NOT a people person than don't have a job where you have to interact with people. Being rude isn't an option on this job. The manager & other employee were great & very welcoming.

Really awesome service here!! The guys were all kind and explained everything to me. Even cleaned me windshield and the manager gave my kiddo some fruit snacks when he overheard him say he was hungry lol. Will be going back here next time!

My oil change experience was superb! It was my 3rd oil change at that location! They went above and beyond with the details as they provided service and they changed out the Interior filter which to my knowledge hadn't been switched out before! Overall visit was excellent!!!!!

I thought it was time for an oil change. The guys checked my records and said I was early! So they. Showed me my oil was very clear. Then they topped it off and sent me on my way. I'm grateful for honest technicians who could've made a buck off my ignorance, but did the right thing instead! Thanks Take 5! See you in a couple thousand more miles!!

The Eglin Pkway location was great and real professional but your Beal St. location sucks big time. Needs new management.The five minute oil change in Fort Walton Beach, Florida , Beal Parkway is the worst. After sitting in line for one hour, finally getting to the pit, pop my hood, only to tell me that the economy is not available for $49.95 and that they do not have any oil. They did offer me an upgrade for the price up is $89.95. How convenient for them I told him to shut my hood and I was leaving. Now I m going to tell everybody that I know on all my social media platforms that 5 minute oil change is a lot longer than five minutes and they don t have any oil, after they make you sit for an hour. They did offer me a free bottle of water. Absolutely the worst. After being a repeat customer, I will not be back to this location.So then I proceeded to go to their newest location on Eglin Parkway. I asked did they have the Economy oil change when I pulled up and they said yes. So I got them to change my oil and I put in a new air filter plus I tipped the courteous staff $20 For such good honest service. And there was no waiting time.

They are the best! You get to wait in your car and they always offer you a cold bottle of water. They let you know everything that is going on during the entire transaction. Communication is superior with this company! They offer you additional services and give you recommendations based on what they observe while servicing your vehicle. I have been here many times and will continue to come back because the customer service is superior to anywhere else. This place is amazing!

High priced oil change, didn t check any other fluids, gave no service reminder sticker. Seemed truly to have no real clue of what to do. An hour and ten for an overpriced oil change, you have to be joking.

I have been taking my car to Take 5 for approximately three years and I have always had a good experience. However, when I took my vehicle on 8/31 my experience was PHENOMENAL thanks to PRESTON! He really had this positive attitude and vibe about him, communicating everything with me, and going above and beyond to make my experience a memorable one! At the end of my visit, he informed me he was the manager which made it easy for me because I wanted to talk to the M.O.D to tell them Preston was the big Lebowski, the whole shebang, the bees knees! I know these guys are burning alive out there, changing oil and fixing our cars, and to have such a positive attitude and to be overall helpful and just a good human gives me faith in humanity!THANKS PRESTON!

Everyone was very pleasant, even though it was 103 outside. A cold water bottle was offered upon my arrival and I was informed on everything they was doing to my car. Loved it. Will be back. Thanks Take 5 employees. You guys were AMAZING!!!
