One word, trustworthy. If you re looking for a mechanic team who will be honest with you, look no further.We regularly bring all three of our vehicles here for oil changes and have also used this team for some other mechanical repairs. Their prices are fair market and they offer a candid, honest perspective. To prove this point, although we brought one of our vehicles to them for a specific repair they ended up referring me to another shop who could complete the repair at a lower cost. They could ve just ordered the parts and made the repairs but opted to refer us elsewhere for this one. For me, this builds customer loyalty because I know they re not going to just blow smoke at me and take my money. Thanks guys!

Ladies finally a place that won t take advantage of you. They listen they help they are fast. These guys are a locally owned business not a chain. They really care about their customers, and are super helpful. They take the time to show me or explain things and never price gouge me. These are honest, knowledgeable,hard working mechanics. Prices are fair and they work quick to get you in and out. 100% recommend.

I was so pleasantly surprised this morning when I went to Phoenix to have my oil changed. Not only did the tech top off my fluids and check my oil, he was so honest to tell me that my car did not need another oil change for another 3,000 miles. He offered to change it I wanted him to, but I declined. He said my oil still looks really good. I offered to pay him for the time and fluids, but he said there was no charge! I thanked him repeatedly for his honesty! This is why I continue to patronize Phoenix; they do great work and are honest! I will continue to encourage others to go there as well! I am sorry that I did not get the gentleman's name, but you know who you are! Thank you again!!!

Amazing job. I dropped my car off at 6am before they opened I called them when they opened, they kept me informed the entire time and had my car finished by 3:30, they went above and beyond and fixed my front fender without charge. Thank you so much I will always come to Phoenix for all my auto repair

Where do I even begin? This shop is built on the sweat and tears of a private owner- it isn t a chain. The owner, Joe, takes pride in what he does and is slowly changing the auto repair game in Okaloosa County in such a positive way. His team works effectively, and everyone is respectful without any nonsense or candy coating. Whenever I find myself even remotely close (as far as Atlanta) I try to find my way south to have Joe and his team give my car some love. This isn t only the best shop in the Pensacola Fort Walton Beach area- I m willing to say it s the best shop in the entire Florida Panhandle. These guys are ALL BUSINESS!! Each one of the service technicians are professional and knowledgeable.I went in for a simple oil change and they checked EVERYTHING for a couple more bucks!Will definitely go here again!

I would have to say I thought they were a family based business local business, but for what they price stuff out, and the markup on their parts is Ridiculous nobody should have to pay $440 for an oil change. And fuel filter. They marked up a fuel filter a $140 more than what it actually cost that's ridiculous. And I didn't even get the good kind.

The owner himself came to my house changed the ignition out on my car! This is not the only work that he has done for me he also fixed my cooling system and my air conditioning system All at reasonable prices and very timely. This is by far the best automotive repair shop in Fort Walton Beach and probably the best automotive repair I ve ever been to. This review is a long time coming after having an oil change today I reflected on the experience I had at this shop. It s only right that I make this post (which I never do). A couple years ago my girlfriend lives in the apartments down the street. We decided to move to Jacksonville. After everything was packed and we were leaving my car started acting up as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot. Since the shop was right there I pulled in. Turned out the a bracket in the engine bay had broken. I believe it was to the tensioner pulley, which happened to be a common issue with this year and model Honda Pilot. No big deal it delayed us a day. When I went to go pick up my car. As soon as I left my power steering was making a god awful noise. They looked under the hood and even drove the car around the block themselves. Claimed to have no idea and that it must have came in like that or that the power steering just failed by coincidence. So I took it to a reputable shop that does oil changes and power steering flushes. CoMe to find out someone at this shop put MOTOR OIL in my power steering fluid reservoir. The mechanics looked dumbfounded as they vacuumed it out. Anyways I called and of course they denied any wrong doing and did nothing about it. All I know is before going into that shop that oil was not in there. Judging by another post where they added fluids that were not asked for it beyond obvious, if it was already. This delayed my move by two weeks, waiting for parts and costing me a lot of money. On top of that they over charged for a cheap part and easy repair that I found out later on also. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop. Absolute nightmare. If they would have done the right thing and just fessed up, I wouldn t have cared. People make mistakes I get it, but own up to it. This was along time ago and it still eats at me. I felt compelled to finally write this review. So I never have to think about it again.

Joe and crew have earned our trust ten times over. These guys are fantastic! When I took my 01 Saturn in to check everything out they informed me that the motor mounts needed to be replaced and that a few other issues were going on. I wasn t able to take care of the issues that day but they topped off my oil anyway! They gave me their time and they were so patient with me! Because of the demand for parts they weren t able to get a part for my transmission in quickly but that s not their fault at all! :) I was able to get a new vehicle and will always trust them with my car! I brought my car here twice this week.. first needing an oil change and a couple of things looked at.. Being a woman I m always cautious of being taken advantage of... NOT HERE!! Every single person that works here is so nice and so patient.. and HONEST! Which is huge for me.. They kept me updated on everything while they were working on everything.. and they do competitive pricing.. Not going to lie, hard to find a place that knows their stuff and doesn't just try to sell you things. They give great breakdowns and are very visual with presentation to explain their findings. I will definitely be a customer here as the level of customer service is beyond anything i have experienced elsewhere in the area, the level of knowledge is truly impressive and beyond comparison to anyone else in the area. Don't take my word for it, go through and give them a try for yourself and you will see the amazement as I have. Will spread the word best I can and recommend anyone go here if you want to be treated fairly and great service to your vehicle.

My check engine light came on repeatedly. Joe and his staff did diagnostics and assured me the problem was not severe. They fixed the sensor lights and all was well.I also used synthetic oil for years. Joe and Monica, in an effort to save me money because of the age of my car, recommended that I use regular oil during changes. The staff are great and Joe and Monica are hard-working people with good work ethics. They won t rip you off and they ll be up front and honest with you! I highly recommend Phoenix for your auto service needs. And it s a big plus to support a young couple not afraid to work hard in this day and age!Thanks Joe and Monica! I love this little shop. I will take all of my vehicles here. I recently had an oil change on both my Porsche cayenne and Volkswagen GTI. They also did the timing on my 2010 vw gti. They are fair priced and in my multiple visits they have always been friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended!! Needed to get an oil change and tires rotated. Was nicely greeted upon arrival and was immediately brought into the shop. Took absolutely no time to get the services done and they answered any questions I had. Professionalism, promptness and quality service is what you'll get by coming here!

I have used many of the oil change services around the city. This particular shop (especially the couple of gentlemen who have been in charge of the bays the days I have been there) are definitely "top shelf!" The prices are competitive, but the true care for customer and the little extras they do for you to show you they want your business etc. are something that has been lacking in the auto repair/service industry for the last two or three decades. These guys have earned themselves a loyal customer!

New management, these guys are legit. Joe Migliorino priced everything, gave me the best quote in town, and scheduled me to come in and get the work done. Front end suspension work, shocks, rotors, brakes... boom. Joe did the work, he showed me what was wrong with the parts he replaced by showing me the difference between the old and new part. He answered my stupid questions and got it done within the time I was told that he needed to complete the work. Joe was the man, he explained everything, he was direct, and he gave me options. I was so impressed that I brought my daughters truck in for a power steering issue, he diagnosed it and didn t charge me anything because it was just low on fluid. No up selling, scare tactics, or pressure. I was in the shop for hours and I was impressed with how honest, efficient, and courteous they were with every one. Do what you want with this review but I am a firm believer in giving credit where credit is due and thats rare these days. Veteran and family owned, this shop is a rare gem.

Found this business with great ratings, and it's small business owned. Everyone has been hit by pandemic, but maybe the smaller businesses have been hit harder. That's why I chose to go there- I was stunned when I pulled up. Within a few seconds I was being pulled in. Was asked if I was there for an oil change, yep, the team went right to work. They were hustling the whole time, moving with purpose. Brian and his team were calling out everything they were doing. Halfway thru, another teammate found a screw in my tire and I asked can we plug it, yep. He did a diagnostic with soapy water and found it had not punctured the tire and told me. Very pleased with the integrity, you don't see that everywhere. Overall, very professional, polite, and were there to take care of you and get you on your way. Highly recommend this small business and team.

By FAR the most positice experience I have had getting my oil changed... and I have lived in 4 states, 12 different cities. We recently moved here and I am so skeptical (especially being a young female) going anywhere new for my car. I read the reviews and stopped by on a whim after dropping my kids off at school since I had the day off. Not only did I get to stay in my car, the gentlemen who helped me were all incredibly professional. They changed my oil, filled my windshield fluid, changed my filter and the lights for my license plate all for $85. They also told me I'd be needing new braked soon and quoted me a reasonable price if I wanted to consider them. 2 thumbs up!!!

They are always polite and efficient! In more than one occasion they have dropped me off at work after leaving my vehicle for them to work on. Recently they came to my rescue after my husbands vehicle broke down and they offered to take his keys and tow it to their shop the next day! It was fixed by noon! Highly recommend this place!! They are no nonsense and reasonable prices!

My experience was very proffesional and friendly. I'm a single woman who didn't felt taken advantage of, the complete opposite actually. They worked with other auto part dealers in the area to make sure my parts and installation was completed on time and with perfection.
