Jeff is an awesome person ! He is so knowledgeable, very wise, and very professional too. We came in for a tire patch, Jeff is so knowledgeable and he took his time. We didn t feel like we were just another number or another client. I will definitely continue to come to OK Tire and Service . I love the vibe his business has. Thank you Jeff your amazing !!

This locally-owned tire auto shop is undoubtedly trustworthy and excels in its work. While they might be quite busy, causing a longer wait time for car repairs, Jeff's expertise and dedication to doing a great job is unquestionable. They ensure your vehicle receives top-notch service and care. If you're willing to wait a bit for quality workmanship and a reliable fix, this shop is worth it. Highly recommended for their honesty and excellent service.

Jeff was super helpful and nice and repaired my tire on short notice! As a background, my tire pressure kept showing up as low so I took my car to Honda for a repair. Honda quoted me $495 to replace the tire and said that the damage was too bad to repair. Jeff at OK Tire was able to patch my tire with no issues for $32! I would recommend OK Tire and Serivce to anyone looking car help!

Jeff the owner, was extremely kind and courteous through the whole process. I purchased some tires online and they removed my old ones and installed my new ones with no issues. I was initially going to be early at 830 but due to a logistics issue, my last tire shipped separately. I was several hours late and they accommodated me! Car rides smooth and tracks well. Bravo to the crew at OK tires!

When other local tire shops wouldn t even take me, OK Tires did. On a holiday, just a couple hours before they closed. They were packed too. I ve sent two of my personal trucks here and the mount, balance, communication and all is just world class. Jeff knows this business and I would consider him and his crew masters. I ve dropped them off with brand new wheels and tires - and everything just comes out perfect. No scratches, flaws, shakes or anything.

Thank you so much for nail removal and tire fix! One place told me it was unrepairable and tried to sell me a new tire, called another place and they said I have to leave my car there all day. Mr Jeff took my truck in right then and there and I was done in 15 mins! Highly recommended and will be back if needed!! Thanks again!

I can t say enough positive things about Jeff and the business he runs. As a young woman, going to anyone for car troubles is intimidating. From the moment I walked into his shop he s always been honest, genuine, and personable. I recommend Jeff to anyone and everyone!

Found a car I wanted to buy, but I wanted to get it inspected before making a decision. I had to get it done as fast as possible, so I called a few places around town. I called this place about 20 minutes before they opened, and they actually picked up. I figured I had to make an appointment ahead of time, but the owner said I could just have the car dropped off by ten in the morning. He ended up working on the car past closing, and only found one problem, with the tires somehow being rotated incorrectly. Not a big problem, but something that definitely needed to be fixed. The best part is that he didn't charge me for the service. I was definitely willing to, so I feel grateful. Definitely check this guy out if you have any auto problems.

Very professional even with 5 cars in lot. Greeted me immediately and asked how he could help. Had a tire repair to fix. Was in and out about 30 minutes. Bathrooms clean. Waiting room nicely air conditioned. Snacks on hand and priced competitively

5 years from my last review of Jeff and OK Tires. Since then, multiple tire purchases, dozens of tire balances and rotations, alignments, oil and filter changes, and brake and steering repairs. Jeff, and his son Mike, always exceed expectations. Superior, professional, and honest service with exceptional quality. This has resulted in a very large and strong customer base so depending on what needs to be done, your repair may take some time. Don't let this discourage you because most work is complete within a day or two depending on the type of repair and parts availability. The wait is worth the quality of the repair. Jeff personally answers or returns every call. Give Jeff and Mike the opportunity, they will exceed your expectations.

Fast and friendly! I caught a screw in my tire and came here because of the good reviews. I came here on a Saturday morning and was in and out super quick. I had prepared myself to be sitting in the lobby for a long time (usual for auto places around here) but I think I was there 15-20 minutes and it hardly cost me a thing! Jeff was great! Thank you!

I would give 10 stars if could! If you re looking for a professional that a place to go! Very decent place! Jeff did a great job on my tires! Affordable and honest! Will come again for sure! Update: got a nail in my brand new tire :(., stupid me went for a tire plug to motor man place, their plug lasted a few hours, so had to go to OK tire and Jeff patched my tire, and he did good job! Learned how to not to use random auto repair shops in a hard way! ! Now always Ok Tire! Thank you Jeff! You are doing a very good job

Extremely Courteous and Honest Dealings. Newly relocated to the area and heard a rhythmic tick from a passenger tire. No loss of pressure or maneuverability yet it was just ticking away found this shop on Google Maps real quick like; Jeff, snatched off the tire turns out to be a large sand rock. Welcome to Beach Life. smh lol no charge for the lesson. I highly recommend this shop; based off of honesty and fair dealings, alone. Note: They also offer Alignments.

Been taking my car here for a couple years tires calipers and a few other things . Mr.Jeff has always been very polite and professional. Great customer service I had to drop off car last minute before when I ran into a problem. He got me in pretty quickly always informed me on issues if anything came up on parts if he had to order from different places And he s honest about his work not just a quick buck I recommend his services to anyone needing mechanic work done!!

Hands down best tire shop in the local area. These guys were the only ones in FWB to be able to get me the tires I wanted and installed in the same day. Everyone else could not guarantee tires even for the next day. These guys got it done and not to mention had better prices (By at least $100) and provided awesome customer service compared to the other guys. Just like the other retailers, he offers lifetime balance and rotation included in price. Definitely check them out before going to these other big box stores. Good prices, honest/reliable service...

I've been there twice and Jeff came out and greeted me both times with a friendly welcome. He took my information, and although I thought they were booked up he said he would have it done that day and he didn't disappoint. I even witnessed him advising a lady on a problem she brought in to have fixed and Jeff's crew checked the car out without finding a problem and then didn't even charge her, he sent her on her way with information on what to look for and when to bring it back. So if you need someone to trust for tires, wheels, brakes or alignments go see Jeff. The work they did for me was well below what I thought the cost would be, they even gave me a break on confirming something I thought was the problem and verified it wasn't a problem without charge. I'm not saying they do that all the time, but for me the charge was much lower then I expected and their service was outstanding, they have gained my future business. I will certainly tell my family and friends to go to OK Tires for the professional and honest services they provide...great business!

I DROVE A FRIEND TRUCK THERE TO HAVE WORK DONE ON IT,FROM LISTEN TO THE OWNER OF THE SHOP! HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DIRECT ABOUT WITH HIS SERVICE ,IF NEEDED ANY REPAIRS ON MY VEHICLE I WOULD TAKE IT TO HIM.MR.CHARLES

Needed an immediate repair and Jeff took the time to quickly patch my tire. He didn't try to update anything and gave me exactly what I needed. Great location, comfortable setting made me feel at home. Again great staff and great prices most of all great people! Thanks again for your assistance!

Jeff was quick to help when I arrived in a panic about a possible leak at the end of the day. He had it patched and ready to go before I could get a ride back, so he kept my vehicle safe overnight. Thanks for saving the day, Jeff!

OK Tires was recommended to me by my trusted mechanic, Chad at Mcleod's Auto Repair. Jeff was honest about the issue, had a fair price for the service (alignment), and didn't try to upsell me. Good referral, great service, and I will definitely be returning!
