Had some issues with the timing on my 2017 Sonic and a small coolent leak. Got both issues resolved just to find out that my cooling fan wasn't working making my engine run a bit hotter than it needed making my cooling system to literally fall apart when everything was pressurizing. Wasn't expecting the price but helped out with a discount for my business which was extremely appreciated and would definitely recommend their services. Not only did they fix what I wanted fixed they found a more serious issue and let me know about it so I could have it fixed as well. Well worth the price tag in the long run. Lastly, Nick was very helpful understanding and overall awesome.

I moved to Mary Esther almost a month ago now, Nick has been the best mechanic I have had since buying my car he fixed an issue that I have been having for several months in just a day! And found me the best deal he could as well which is always appreciated. I would recommend this place to anybody! I don t know the name of anybody else there but they are all such nice people and I am so happy that I found them!

These guys are legit. The work they do is fast and efficient. My vehicle was looked over thoroughly and they brought to my attention things that other mechanic shops have missed and for that, I am grateful. This shop is now my go to and the prices can't be beat. Excellent people that take care of their customers. Upfront and honest about repairs and kept me updated the entire process. Would highly recommend

Nick and Joe both worked with me to ensure my 2014 Town and Country was as ready as possible for a cross country trip. Their communication both online and in person was very prompt and courteous. They were able to have it ready the next day by noon. I applaud them for their "no wrench" courtesy diagnostic written estimate and report, with photos showing worn and/or rusted parts.I definitely recommend them for your auto repairs! Thanks guys.

Wish I could give ten! The customer service is outstanding. They do a thorough inspection of the car to make sure you re not gonna be nickel and dimed. And they don t rip you off on oil changes! Truly the best shop in town! Thanks to Abby and Joe for your hard work!

These guys and gals are absolutely amazing!! I normally take my car to Subaru as I liked the idea of a dealership working on my car, but money is tight right now and I received a coupon for Motor Man in the mail and decided to give them a shot, and I was not disappointed! The energy these people give off is genuine and so welcoming, I even accidentally spilled my coffee in the lobby and they were so kind and reassured it wasn t a problem. I also spoke directly with the gentleman that worked on my car and he walked me through all the steps of service and made recommendations without pressuring me or guilting me into purchasing said additional services right then and there (fingers crossed law enforcement doesn t notice my fog light out). I will always go to them for my cars needs and I definitely owe them a Carmel toffee cheesecake! Thank you all for being such nice people and taking good care of my car, I m looking forward to my next oil change!

They were awesome! Honest and open about what they needed to do to my jeep. Price was good, and as to be expected. They even hooked me up because they had to do some minor work that they didn t talk to me about first. Thank you again Nick and the rest of the crew.

My 19 year old daughter moved to Florida from Green Bay WI. We both drove our vehicles 1200 miles. When we arrived her shock and mount on her BMW were SHOT! I had to get this addressed before I headed back home. I looked at the google reviews and was nervous, but called Motor Man. Nick said bring it in and they'd take a look. As soon as I walked in my daughter and I were greeted and felt instantly comfortable ( Nick also has a Manny Montana vibe from Good Girls going on, so that was cool too). Not only was Nick able to have the mechanic look at it, but he found a used part, gave her an oil change, fixed her check engine light issue, and had her back on the road in 2 days! We just put $2500 into this car before we left (damn bmw's), and Nick made it easy for us to get in and out and for a very reasonable price. I asked Nick to take care of my baby while she's here and he said I have his word. I could (and did) just cry knowing that my daughter has reliable guys to take care of her in her new state! CLASS ACT MOTOR MAN AUTO- CLASS ACT!!

Got a check engine light on my truck so I took it to motor man. They had my problem diagnosed within the hour. They explained the issue with my transmission and the time and money it would take to fix. They were able to get me in the next day and get my truck running better than before. Nick and the guys here are great. Highly recommend.

Called because I thought my brakes needed work and got same day service (within the hour)! I felt like they took great attentive care and were considerate of my time. They walked me through my vehicle and showed me things in the shop. This will be my new car place! Thanks for taking great care of me!!!

Motor man is one of the best auto shops in the area. The staff is kind, understanding, and professional. Their prices are fair and they work efficiently to get your car fixed and returned. I would recommend them to everyone!

Everyone at this shop was nothing short of wonderful. I had to have my radiator replaced and I was able to get it in and diagnosed within the first 30 minutes I was there. The fix took longer than anticipated but they still stood by the rate that was first quoted to me. Nick was super friendly and they even offered a ride service to me to get me to where I needed to go. I ll be returning to motor man and will refer friends and family as well!

Outstanding customer service from Joe and his team at Motor Man. My repair ended up being more complicated that it seemed at first. Nick at the service desk was upfront and forthright with both the good news and bad. Joe went the extra mile to stand by his word and make sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. In the end, the final result exceeded expectations.

Went into motor man got my suspension replaced along with an oil change super fast service. After maintenance something came up with my car, the owner joe took care of the problem immediately. I would recommended motor man to anyone in the area, military discount too!

Was needing an oil change for my Honda Odyssey because we were going out of town. Called Joe over at Motor Man and he said to bring it right over. Before I even got in their business, Joe had come out to greet me. That stuff doesn't happen much, anymore. I checked in, was told I was welcome to a cup of coffee while I waited and they got right on it. Pleasant experience and I will be checking back for future service. John Johnson

I took my vehicle to step one automotive and they wanted $2700 to replace the front struts. I called motor man and they quoted me $1250. They got me in and out the next day and it turned out to be $1080 because an alignment was not required. They were very timely, professional, and reasonably priced. I d highly recommend them for your cars maintenance needs!

Took a vehicle there with a friend, it took them 5 hours for an oil change, and when we arrived to pickup the vehicle, we were hounded and harassed about how we needed new brakes. They had even removed the tire from the vehicle which isn't even needed for an oil change. We didn't ask for our brakes to be checked, maybe doing a simple oil change wouldn't take 5 hours if they would actually focus on the simple task at hand. What a joke.

My truck had an issue that was difficult to troubleshoot and I am glad the team did their due diligence on the figuring out the root cause of the issue and fixing it. I feel like they were fair with pricing and will come back for future services.

Had alternator replaced on 2011 VW Golf. Generally quick all in all, like 3 days from part ordered to me picking the car up. Price for labor was expensive (2 hrs at 150$ an hour). price for part could be cheaper if I haggled enough. They are nice people and even gave me a ride back home. But I suggest looking around the area and knowing your options. They also charge a processing fee**

Came in for oil change. They wanted show me something so they took us to look under our SUV. Suggest a new brake rotors and pads plus just found the muffler problem that causing so much noise so it got fixed right away. No noises!!! So happy about that. They showed transmission fluids and it still looks good. No need to replace fluids.GREAT SERVICE! Highly Recommend! Will tell my family and friends about this place!

I had been putting off having my coolant repairs, after range rover in Atlanta looked at it 3 times and all 3 times could not find the leak. Then it started overheating. I read other good reviews about Motorman repair, so took it to them. They found the problem and fixed it fast, same week I reached out to them. And I was pleasantly surprised when I paid, it was $1000 less than the original quote. Beth

Took my vehicle to Motor Man after the tow man suggested them. They were honest and quick. They replaced my radiator and back brakes during an afternoon. Kept me updated through entire process. Good honest people who won t take advantage of you!

Awesome job! Was recommended to go here when I found out my favorite shop RPM was shut down. Highly suggest anyone to make them your go to. Wasn't too happy about the big price difference for the repair I needed, but was explained to that the quality of the parts over the price is what's going to prevent me from coming back so soon! Very awesome staff and super friendly and helpful when it comes to showing you what went wrong on the car and how to prevent it next time. Will be coming back for anything car related!!!

Updated review November 2023: My brakes were noisy and shimmering when I would stop. The owner contacted me for normal maintenance and after explaining my issues he said I need to bring it in. The parts were under warranty! My car runs great again! Thank you for being a stand up business!
