Customer service at this location is top notch! The only reason suggestion for perfection is: maybe ask customers IF they like their car washed. I am particular about my vehicles being washed and when they wash it after each service, it doesn t get shammied (or dried) so there s water spots and I have to re-wash it. Other than that, this is the best dealership and service at a dealership that I have ever experienced!Services: Tire rotations, Auto detailing, Oil change

Took my car here for a recall issue and had a great experience.They took care of it all quickly, had a nice waiting area, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.Overall, made an unexpected issue really easy and stress free for me!

Recently I took my car to this service department to get the a/c checked out as it wasn't cooling the way it used to. Turned out to be a fuse. I have to say great work by the technician. The fact he narrowed down the problem to something as odd as a blown fuse caused by the cigarette charger was impressive! Electrical gremlins on any electrical device especially a car can be a nightmare, but this person figured it out quickly and solved it within a couple hours. Every time I've taken my vehicle here it has always been taken cared of very well and haven't had a problem with them. Now it's not all rosy so let me tell you some things to look out for. For one, I was not happy they didn't list the part replaced (and the part number) on the invoice, how do I know they just didn't pull the USB adapter and the problem went away? I don't and that makes it shady, but I got charged for it. Luckily, I've been going to them for a while, and I do trust them. Also, although they do claim they do some 100-point inspection, I doubt they do it or all of it cause my car has had low windshield washer fluid and they didn't top it off. So again, check your car after the work is completed and/or check it was done properly is my recommendation to anyone taking your car anywhere. Overall, I have no complaints, it was done in a timely manner, and it didn't kill my wallet which I'm grateful for. I would definitely recommend Lee Nissan if you have a Nissan and would feel more comfortable a dealer taking a look under your bonnet.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, A/C installation & repair

People was.very friendly prompt service got me in right at appointment time started work immediately. Explain thing to me well. Expensive but what's not in this time we live in. I'll travel the distance to get the job done properly. Thanks Lee Nissan!

These are some of the best dudes on the planet. Mark and Marty are real life heroes. If you need a safe car and something that won't let you sit along the road come see them. Best dealership I have ever been to.

All I can say is that the young man was very impressive I've been in sales all my life and Connor Jeffries when looking for a vehicle showed us a few and he told us that we would be back there 4 days later after 20 30 hours worth of shopping believe it or not we were back there and not only we first were looking at a used vehicle we wound up buying a brand new vehicle Testament to this young salesman who I thought at first was just somebody who was just trying to sell us a vehicle to get a check not the case very personable very honest and did the very best that he could do and now we are proud owners of a Nissan Rogue great job Connor Jeffries you are an asset to your company

Went for my first oil change/service check since buying a new Kicks 6 months ago. The tech was attentive, and put all my requests/specs into the work order. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, and instead of waiting for a blaring PA announcement that your vehicle is ready, the tech quietly finds you in their well appointed waiting area. The one constructive comment for now is that I think the car wash was a little lacking. Overall, a good experience.

I use Lee Nissan service for my car Samantha is awesome very detailed oriented and knowledgeable. And Zack the tech he is always pleasant and honest on the service provided as well keep up the good work! Always talk highly of this dealership thanks be back soon.

I went with my daughter as an observer, I suppose. It was her car. The staff was accommodating and we were able to eat at Olive Garden while they worked on her car & then picked us up.

We greeted immediately by Jose Cruz. This guy knows his stuff! He's very professional and has great sense of humor. All of our questions were answered without a problem and he made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would. Go see Jose, he'll set you up right!

Great people work here and they even vacuumed my car out!! I have one complaint ( that has nothing to do with the business). It seems as though anything that you bring in your vehicle for ever seems to be covered by the warranty. I bought every warranty available for me to get. I don't know if this is a dealership problem or a Nissan warranty coverage problem. I will be finding out. It has gotten a little expensive for something that I feel like I paid for at the time of purchase. My car had 9 miles on it when I purchased it.

I have a problem w/ Lee Nissan ,and hae received no call back or commique etc.The good.... found the used truck I was looking for 40k miles 2013 model.Treated well w/ the sales dept.I am a happy buyer.Now the BAD.....owned the truck for 3 weeks put 1000 miles on it.All is well.In Pensacola ...truck wil not start.30 miles from home,had to call Ins Co for a jump.Drove to my tire store and put a new battery in [180 dollars approx] They said it was the original battery.Research says 4 years typ for battery life.Called Nissan serv dept connected to Graham.....said to come in Sat and give him the receipt.Arrived on Sat ..no Graham,left it w/ a blond lady in service dept.Followed up in a few days....Graham did not receive the bill ??Explained who we delivered it to.Claims he will follow up and submit it?? Always slow , the complimentary car wash is a joke, never a good time. If your trying to waste 2+ hours of your day for a single tire change then this is your spot. An oil change is at least an hour.
