I had hit a shredded tire on the highway and later a fumes hose broke open. I called and asked if I could get my car looked at and he said they were fully booked but to come by and he d take a look between other appmts. I got there right when they opened on a Friday morning, they looked, said it was an easy fix - done in 15 minutes. They didn t even charge me because of how little time it took to fix the issue! Such sweet guys. My family has been going to L&L for the last 25 years and I couldn t keep recommending a better place!! When in doubt - go see Gary and Keith!

These guys are the real deal. Gary and his team are so honest and smart and give excellent customer service. Today I took my SUV in an hour past closing for a shaking steering wheel. They troubleshooted it in the spot. They re booked and busy but I promise you they are worth the wait. Always great, guaranteed service! I've known Gary for years now. He cares that my vehicle is good to go. He is trustworthy and knows motors. I have never felt taken advantage of as a female like I have at other mechanic shops. Thank you, Gary at L & L!January 6, 2023... Gary has done it again! He's the best in the region and my hero January 30, 2024 Gary and Keith are my mechanics! Do me right every time, which, as an older female, I really really appreciate! No trust issues and second-guessing at Gary L & L!!!

These guys are the best in town . They guys know there stuff and wont rip you off . I went to a different auto shop and they charged me 1200 to fix my car and when I got it back it was worse than before. So lesson learned dont go anywhere else but to L&L FOR ALL YOUR AUTO NEEDS. Truly a blessing .

My rear window was smashed on late model Nissan. A friend recommended Gary...even though he doesn't do windows. He got on the phone + scored me a replacement via B2B or buddy network from a wrecker out of town. Had it replace + better than before within a week. Yay! Thank you for going above + beyond.

My son's car was literally spewing gas out of the motor and Gary came in and saved the day! He squeezed us in last minute and did an amazing job at a great price. Thank God he explained the urgency and took care of us....the result could have been horrible.

Really nice guys! They were able to fit me in first thing in the morning, and drove me to and from my apartment so I didn't have to wait at the shop. Great service, will definitely use them again.

Have known Mr Gary for a long time. Hard working honest fellow who deserves a retirement in the Caribbean. Has taken great care of my family and all our vehicles for a long time now. Good prices and great work highly recommend

Gary was a extremely helpful and caring when my wife and i went to have him look into problems we were having with our KIA Rio. they gave us rides back home and even after two full days of working at it, his prices could not be beat!! my bill was zero and he ran many tests to rule out most issues and the car runs much better and we now know that the parts are going to be more expensive than the car is worth. we will recommend him to anyone for he was so honest and helpful. very courteous staff and polite. i will have him look at anything we need help with for now on. i am 53 and this is the most reliable and dependable mechanic shop i have ever been to. Thank you again for all your time and work.

I recommend these guys to everyone. They are the best! If they can't fix it they help you find someone who can. This is an honest shop and fair. They have even helped me with small stuff that others charge for but they didn't. I love these guys. A lot of places will take advantage of an older single woman like me. Most places think a woman like me doesn't know anything about cars. I know more than people expect and Gary's shop has never treated as if I were stupid. Always respectful.

One of my drivers was delivering a customers car to this shop today and had a small issue with his truck. Everyone here went above and beyond to help him get the issue resolved. Businesses helping businesses, great customer service, honesty and all around a great automotive shop!

Found Gary and the L&L team in Ft. Walton by chance after a few phone calls to other places. Explained what I needed and couldn't have asked for better experience all around. Very fair pricing and a wealth of knowledge and skills. Thanks again. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly and and upfront with the price and what needs to be done. They call you first before doing any work, in case you decide to take your vehicle some where else. I won't take my truck anywhere else. They have my business always.

So if you have an issue with the owner or staff come on by and say it to their face. James Baker Come see me regarding your grandmothers car and where i charged her twice. never meet you or seen this vehicle as a matter of fact climb out of the basement and come see about this issue that is totally made up

I was in the process of buying a used vehicle from side of the road dealerships and I knew I had to get the vehicles looked over by a mechanic before buying. After calling multiple mechanics, Gary answered the phone within the first ring and told me to head on down with the vehicle. Within 5 mins he was able to identify a bad oil leak and problems with the transmission. He then recommended me to a used car dealership (beach city motors) and told me to head over there and if I found anything to bring it to him. Found a vehicle from them and immediately took it to his shop. Him and another mechanic both stopped what they were doing to help me. Not only did they do the general look over, but they also took it for a test drive, and hooked it up to an electronic code reader before he gave me the final thumbs up. I can say he took so much stress off the day and I m beyond confident in my purchase today due to not only his experience in the field but by his heart. I can also say I will be bringing my new vehicle only to him for general maintenance and up keep. Beyond happy to have found a good mechanic with an amazing heart!!

Gary was amazing and told us what was wrong with the car and even told us it was not worth fixing. I have never been to a mechanic that tells us not to spend unnecessary money. He said he could fix it if we wanted him to, but it doesn't affect the car running and it costs a few hundred to fix. The honesty was refreshing.
