Last couple of visits have had hiccups. Made a past appointment to have 4 tires mounted and installed to find there was no record of my appointment even though we had the printout proving the appointment. Last visit the store manager was late opening. My appointment and store opening time was at 7:00am. Manager showed up at 7:06am and didn t get the store open until 7:17am. Additionally this store has old equipment for front end alignment s and can t do alignment s on a Dodge dually. Lastly there is insufficient manning for this store. Manager was working the desk and the shop floor. I only had two tires installed and it took 2 hours to do a job which should have taken less than an hour. Most likely will seek a different provider for my truck and auto needs in the future.

This Firestone Auto Care shop is the only place I've been that listens, understands and doesn't treat me like I don't know anything about cars. The pricing is good and the service is beyond great. This is my third visit and I will continue my car services at this shop.

I took my car in about 3 months ago for a checkup. Everything is fine, they said. Yesterday I had a flat. Put on the spare and it's barely got any air. A tire company that didn't check the flat? What else did they miss?

Excellent and detailed service. I didn't even spend that long of a time in store either. Their technicians are very VERRYYYY knowledgeable and dependable. Quite affordable too for the quality work done, I will be going back.

Needed to get a vintage car prepared for transport and Jay was extremely helpful. He patiently explained options and then worked with me to get tires prepared at a reasonable price in a tight timeframe. Shop did a great job and did it quickly. Highly recommended!Service: TiresService: Tires

On February 5 I got a new radiator and they didn t bother to check the soft v hose from my water pump that is in front of radiator and because of that my coolant still leaks. That to me is poor customer service care

Unable to service and diagnose basic vehicle. A bmw 5 series is too common of a vehicle too only be able to check a batter must have no diagnostic knowledge at all

Do NOT use this location. I was Firestone customer for 20 years and the customer service (decline me for my tire warranty even it's half mile to their warranty with all the tire rotation and service with them + additional charge of $20 to place my donut tire back to it place... I walked out and went to other provider.) for this location made me change that and I went to another automotive care service provider.

I went in to schedule an appointment to get tires put on my Honda. Gentlemen pulls up tires that they had in stock. I bought them and when I asked him 'what days are available?' he said 'we'll take you right now.'Getting my tires done same day was great. They took care of me. I had no experience with them prior. Just went to them out of convenience and I will very likely go back for future services.Service: Tires

I would not recommend Firestone off of Mary Esther cutoff. I ve heard bad things about this location but my husband went there anyway because he needed his tires replaced and it was the only place with a same day opening go figure. After spending almost $500 the same evening one of the brand new tires went completely flat. We called that evening and they gave us the run around about having to wait for the person who did the tires to come in to work. When we were able to get back up there the day after they were extremely argumentative and charged a fee to replace the flat tire. The technician who did the tires argued and tried to blame my husband. There s no reason why we should spend that kind of money on all four new tires and warranty on and then have the tire go flat as soon as we leave. We called as soon as we noticed and they still wanted to argue about it. I definitely regret spending my money here. The customer service needs a lot of work and the manager not backing the customer when we have proof of purchase, phone calls, paperwork, and photos is absurd. Usually I would respect an employer backing their employees, but if you are wrong you re wrong. There s no reason you should be argumentative with your customers in a situation like this. If you can t stand behind your work and product then you shouldn t be in business. They were trying to charge additional fees but what s the point of warranty if your tires go flat the same day and you are still going to be charged and treated poorly. Would give 0 stars if I could. The guy running the desk, Jay, was very rude and condescending when I expressed concerns over service price quote. Instead of being kind and understanding and explaining things, he immediately said I was wrong to assume the parts didn t cost that much, and then hung up on me! Me and my girlfriend decided to take her vehicle elsewhere (cough cough, playground auto) and lo and behold they can fix our problem without having to replace the part. Not only that but when my girlfriend went to get her keys she asked to pay the diagnostic fee in cash, and Jay grabbed the credit card device very aggressively and pressed cancel for her. THEN he emailed a quote for a bunch of other services we didn t come in for new tires and brake pads that came out to a whopping 3,000$. Will not ever go here again and I have been a few times.

Would be zero stars if I could. Had a 10 AM appointment to change four tires ended up waiting over six hours. Paid 150 for the labor to change the tires bought from their shop and then they broke a lug nut and told me that would be over $200 to fix. The managers response to this was it sucks to be you. Good customer service, honest work, and fair prices are three things the shop does not have. RUN RUN RUNService: Tires

If I could give this Firestone a zero star I would, we got a semi-synthetic oil change and a tire rotation and they charged us $140 for the services at checkout they told us everything look good but right after service we noticed a metal scrapping noise coming from the drivers side we took it to a local owned mechanic shop and it was the rear brakes was at the wear cap which Firestone should have caught it during the tire rotation but they didn't. My best advice is to do local owned business they will treat you fairly and they also don't charge you to look at the problem and Firestone wanted $99 just to look at the car first.Service: Oil change

I have never been disappointed in their ability to perform a service in a timely manner. I also appreciate that I am not going to have someone try to sell me extra services. They will let you know if they find something else but there has never been pressure on me to add it immediately. They plugged my tire instead of trying to sell me a new one. That alone speaks volumes to me of a service shop's integrity.

Location was convenient to where I live so my fianc�e took vehicle over there to get oil change and tire rotation. When she told me price they charged for just semi synthetic oil I was shocked (around $140) but what really got me was they said the car was in perfect condition. I was on travel at the time and got back a couple days after at which time I noticed the car was making a noise which usually indicates brake pads are worn to point of replacement which I confirmed was the case for the rear pads.Service: Oil change

I usually don't leave reviews, but I trulyfelt the need to make one for thislocation. Firstly, there is a lack in propercustomer service; specifically with anemployee named Dan. I've always beenpatient and respectful despite myfrustration with the company, howeverDan would come off with an attitude and seemed lazy almost every visit. Secondly, I've had to make 5-6 visits for the same brake issue within the last 2-3 months. My brakes would make a loud terrible squealing sound, and so I replaced my brakes along with my rotors. Squealing still occurred but assumed it s because of my new brakes and rotors needing to break in, so I gave it a month. After a month of on going squealing, I went back, and every visit after that, I was always told they had either tested my brakes, they were fine, or they fixed them and should be fine. On my last visit they replaced them again and immediately the squealing stopped till a week later. I am now back to square one with the same squealing brake issue. Never again am I returning to this location. Not sure what they were doing, and I don t believe they actually tested my brakes or let alone performed a proper brake inspection. I recommend saving your time and money and avoid this place.

Very poor customer service. I m in Destin from Texas. I called to make an appointment for an alignment and stated I needed to wait for the vehicle. The person I spoke to was short and rude stating they can t make an appointment for anytime this week and I would have to drop my vehicle off and he would get to it when he could get to it. What??? Then he recommended I get my vehicles serviced at one of their competitors. Huh??? This guy needs lessons in customer service. I purchased the lifetime alignment at Firestone because of the great service I get in Texas. Why would I take my vehicle somewhere else? Firestone, you need to fix this customer service issue.

I went in for an alignment and turns out my tie rod ends were locked, they said I'd need new ones and I was prepared to pay the cost so told them to go ahead. Then the next day they called and said that they let it soak overnight and was able to break it free that morning. So it saved me hundreds of dollars I was prepared to pay when they could have easily taken advantage, so I will gladly come back to this firestone anytime because of their honesty

First and last time going to Firestone .This place is a scam $400 for re alignment and oil change and all I got was basically 400 dollar oil change my vehicle was returned to me and it was like they barely touched it. Would not recommend, will not go back. Fees too high for subpar service and be prepared to wait. Had a 10am appointment and didn t leave their shop until 4pm for new tires and an oil change. Waste of a day and way over priced, if damages occur during service that s your problem not theirs. Manager not helpful. Would get better service and care going to Walmart, which says a lot.

Sales guy told me they had the tires i requsted in stock so i travel the 35 mile to get there and then he says i told him a different size on the phone. I was staring atthe tire when i was talking with him. People have no accountability these days. Won't be buying from here ever. Thanks. No thanks

This is my go to for auto service. The staff is awesome, always greeted with a "can-do" attitude and no one one jerks you around about what's wrong, what needs done and what it will cost. They are even able to come up with out of the box solutions. When the tire I needed that fits my truck wasn't available, they came up with a solution that would fit but was not precisely the prescribed size. Couldn't be happier with how well they've taken care of my vehicles the last few years.

I dont usually leave reviews but I gave this store a second chance thinking it was a fluke the first time made an appointment at 8 am and had no phone call all morning I came by the store around 1:30pm because I still hadn't received a phone call and asked them if they would be getting to my car soon because i had an appointment scheduled and only after I showed up did he say that my car was the next one to be seen. I asked him about my appointment schedule and he said that doesn't matter. My car was there all day and they didn't call me for a quote only that it was ready to be picked up. I do not recommend this place.

Used to be my go to mechanic. I don't trust them anymore. I've paid for inspections and tire rotations, and got neither. Shortly after work having work done, I've had my alternator fail, as well as other parts that go out around this mileage. Which easily shows they never did an inspection, nor did they ever test my battery. Not once did they test it and it was bad. They have a very lazy attitude about questions and work being done. I regret taking my car here for the work I had done recently.I would take your money, car, and time elsewhere.

Decent Firestone.Have come here for two years now for regular maintenance and tires.I prefer this company over other places and the dealership because they usually have good mechanics and techs and you can save a pretty penny or two.Also the lifetime alignments for $150 you cannot beat.Like any car auto mechanic business you need to go in armed with basic knowledge about your car and know what you need.I have seem them take advantage of individuals by simply asking quick question to customers on the spot such as "hey your air filter is old do you want to replace it?" "Old" doesnt necessarily mean it needs to be replaced.Also as I write this review I had an appointment at 10am and it is now 2pm.They consistently overbook their appointments which sucks for customers who show up and don't want to come back like myself.People that call in when they know its busy are told that it isn't busy and they can fit them in. For what? Just be honest with the customer and not waste our time.Decent Firestone not the best.Work is good and prices are average.

I came in to get my tires rotated and balanced while I was out of town, only to have a noise start in the front end when I got home. I decided to take the tire off and work on it myself only to find that they over torqued the lug nuts so badly that I can not loosen them with a 4ft breaker bar. I only gave this location a star because google made it mandatory. I would never reccomend a location that can not do something as simple as torque bolts to the right spec.

Made a 10am appointment a couple days ahead of time to get 4 new tires. Showed up right on time, was going to just wait but waited for 4 hrs and they still hadn t even started working on my vehicle. What s the point of making an appointment if they aren t going to start in a timely manner? I was fine with waiting for the actual work to be done, but just ridiculous to wait that long to have work actually start.

Pretty horrible customer service - bought 4 new tires online that had to be special ordered to this store; no big deal. Got a call the next day from the store saying that the appointment I scheduled for the installation wouldn t give them enough time due to the extended delivery time. The order was placed 5 days before the installation appointment. They informed me that they would call when the tires came in - I called them 6 days later to ask if the tires had come in, to which they replied oh yeah, they re here but couldn t get me in til the next day. Dropped the car off at opening the next day, and didn t have the car back til 2:30. Didn't call, didn t have a clue about the order, tried to charge me again for the order I had already purchased online, and took an entire day to swap tires out.
