I have never seen better customer service in my life! They are friendly, honest and extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding me the best looking tire and wheel setup I could imagine. Stephen and Norman definitely helped me in my situation as I am from a different state and had an emergency! I ended up with a tire blowout and they had such great prices that I ended up changing all four tires! (Better to be safe than sorry) OMG I have never had someone help me as fast as they did! Customer service is beyond 5 stars!!

I was hesitant to have my Mercedes Benz serviced outside of the dealership, but couldn t be happier I came to Express Oil Change on Beal in Fort Walton Beach, FL. I was greeted by a friendly and professional gentleman named Justin who was the assistant manager. Justin was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process. With the convenience of drive in service I was able to stay in my vehicle and communicate with the technicians directly. The entire staff was a joy to interact with. The managers Stephen and Charles with their crew provided quality service at a fraction of what I would ve paid at the dealership. Thanks fellas for making an oil change an enjoyable experience and taking care of my vehicle. Express Oil will now be my go to for maintenance and upkeep. I m just sorry I didn t find them sooner.

I can t say enough good things about my experience today at Express-oil on Beal parkway.Stephen Buck was so kind and efficient. He explained everything that would be done to my car so that I could understand it and he only did what was necessary. I m so glad my friend recommended that I go to see him!

Stephen (Manager) and Norman the Tech were great people and even better employees. I will not go anywhere else to get an oil change. If your looking for professional and super courteous shop you must go here.

I have had my oil changes done here for the past 6 years before returning to Canada. Always excellent overall check of the car.This year i had to replace my generator. They all were very professional and job done in 3 hours, next i had my oil change done, again very fast and professional.The day we were leaving the fairing on lower front of the car came loose, i stopped and in a few minutes they secured it at no charge and got me on the road home.Thanks to all the employees at Express OilI appreciate all you do.Thanks, See you next year.Lloyd Ross

The manager was super helpful, attentive, and in a very short amount of time found out what was wrong with my car. Super patient and willing to really do anything to help. Very grateful for the team and the manager, Stephen!

Great service. Norman and his manager Steven were great. Steven had to do some yoga poses in order to change one of my air filters that was very hard to get to, but definitely needed to be changed. Norman had a wonderful attitude and made us laugh. I will be back again.

Stephen Buck, the store manager, helped service my car after it broke down. Although it was an easy fix, he took the time to explain things thoroughly and professionally to me. Extremely understanding as well. I have been a regular here and will continue to be. There isn t any other place like this!

Stopped in few days ago for an oil change. Zack was great! So helpful I had to stop and make sure to let his manager Mr Stephen know. We are so happy to have the shop around the corner with a house with 4 drivers that rely on good honest place for car needs

I ve been going here for a while now getting my oil changed I d say I m a regular, but the way my head works, I forget to get the oil changed in a timely fashion I digress. These gentlemen here work very hard and have great customer service! They don t judge me if I m a few thousand miles behind scheduled changes. They are a great group of people who work hard for the vehicles they service as well as the people who come with the vehicles. A little known secret about this place is the hidden gem of the place Karaoke! Yes! You saw that right! The guys like to join in on some fun of karaoke together. Justin in particular has one of his all time favorites he does well by the Spice Girls Wannabe as well as a classic of Brittney Spears Hit me Baby one more time . You have to visit them just to see the singing and dancing mechanics. It s quite a great time even if it is only ten to fifteen minutes tops being in there! Just ask for Justin as your favorite singer/dancer-mechanic as well as Stephen to join in! By the end of it all, your oil is changed, your car has been through a safety check AND you ve had a once in a lifetime performance from the mechanics! I recommend all to visit!!! I know I ll be back probably not on time though .

This place is GREAT Not only are they fast, but I didn t have to have an appointment to get service! Their prices are affordable and I was able to order all 4 New tires and get an oil change in 20 min!I will continue to come here for service on my van!

Wonderful service at a reasonable price. After being turned away at a 5 Minute Oil Change (also located here in Fort Walton Beach) and referred to Express Oil Change, I have now found a new place for my oil changes. 5 Minute Oil was concerned with changing the oil and gave me any number of reasons for their decision. They also suggested I get the system flushed and said that they couldn t provide such a service. Express Oil Change did the job, quickly and efficiently. No flushing of the system required.

Guys here do a fantastic job. Will let you supply certain materials. I know they will let you use your own filter but not sure about your own oil. They are pretty quick too. No oil on my hands and clothes is fine by me.

Been going to this location for some time for oil changes and they re on top of it each time! Charlie is an excellent tech and has quite the sense of humor as well along with the manager on duty during my visit. It s why they re my go to for getting my vehicle serviced.

Best service ever. The manager I wish I caught his name. He was so knowledgeable and funny - was able to find a faulty vacuum hose and fix it for me. I had felt a concerning sputtering when I would be stopped at red lights. My car is running so much better now. I m so appreciative of this place and their employees.

Stephen Buck is awesome. First experience there was going next-door to Toyota to try to get my factory tire pressure sensors programmed and then oil change line was backed out the door. I went there skeptical that they could do the tire sensors after trying myself for two hours they did a synthetic oil change did my tire pressure sensors and change two bulbs, and were spot on fantastic. He personally handled it and made sure it was done right I have been in the car business for 30 years. You are lucky to have somebody like that Running your store. Zackary Louis Ganey serviced my 1993 Honda civic ex 1.6l 4 cylinder D16z6 front wheel drive. He made sure that my 17mm drain plug was properly torqued to 30 ft/lb and made sure that my 4612 oil filter was warm, tight and dry!! THANK YOU AND PRAISE JESUS FOR ZACKARY LOUIS GANEY!!!

Stephen Buck from FWB store was polite, knowledgeable and clear.. He is a perfect example of how an employee should be. Explained to me my problem he actually took the time to look it up.
