Insurance companies have confusing and challenging procedures and Emerald Coast Collision was skilled at handling that part of the process so I didn't get stuck in the middle. Despite the ridiculous attempts by the insurance company to cut corners and save themselves money, ECC represented my best interests for the repair. This made it take a lot longer, but I didn't mind waiting in favor of the shop being able to fix my truck the right way. The delays were the insurance company's fault. I'm glad I was patient with the shop because the repair was very professional. This has nothing to do with the repair, but they also returned my truck to me A LOT cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. Great front office staff and technicians!

If you are in the military (or have USAA in general) DO NOT GO HERE.My car was in a 2mph parking lot fender bender. The bumper was dented in, and so was the other drivers. They told me at drop off, that it would cost about $1500 to fix my 10 year old car. For context, the other guy went to a shop in Destin- and they priced him at $1200 for damages after this whole ordeal (an actual cost, not the estimate).Then, our story heats up, as USAA calls me a week later and says they re totaling my car. Why? because this shop estimated NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of damages.$9,000!This was my first car, that I had purchased with my dad. We spent days and weeks modifying this car. Then, this shop claims it would ve taken 80+ labor hours, a new roof, a new passenger door, and more, to REPLACE A REAR BUMPER.A rear bumper on a 10 year old Honda Accord.The ironic part? If they were about a few hundred dollars cheaper on their estimate , USAA would ve had it fixed, and not totaled out. Suspicious?All in all, I lost my childhood car and precious memories with my dad over a couple hundred dollars.

Emerald Coast Collision Repair did an excellent job at repairing my Subaru! They went above and beyond in making sure the damages were done right! Professional, courteous, and thorough. Hope to never need collision repairs in the future, but if I do Emerald Coast Collision Repair will be the only place I turn.

Everyone was super friendly, the repair process from start to finish was awesome, easy and super quick! They estimated a 2 week turnaround for the damage to my front end, and they had my car ready in a week and a half. Great quality work, and will be going there from now on for any additional work needed. Thank you! My baby looks brand new again!

Everyone was very helpful and explained the process of the repair after my accident very well. The work was done quickly and immaculately. Hopefully I ll never need their services again, but they would be my first choice if I do and the collision repair I will recommend to anyone who needs it

ECCR is simply awesome, very professional yet super customer oriented. My repair was completed on time, detailed before it was returned and the work was perfectly completed. Everyone there, from the estimators to office staff to mgt take their jobs very seriously as well as providing outstanding customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The front left headlight area of our 2023 Hyundai Elantra was crushed off by a trailer hitch in an accident. We didn't even have 2,000 miles on the car, and had only made 1 payment. Emerald Coast Collision Repair made our car like new again. We couldn't be happier with their work. Sascha would text updates, and was also was very responsive. The owner met my husband at pick up time, and made him feel at ease knowing about the repair details. This is a great company. We highly recommend.

The most impressive part about the experience what this company was that when I picked up the car, there were no little paper mats in the front seat, and we realized it was because they had vacuum the entire inside of the car and actually washed the outside of the car also. Extra little touch of class. Thank you! I will bring my car back there anytime!

Fantastic service from the phone call at first contact all the way to the finished product, my 2018 F-150 Platinum was repaired and looked like it came out of the factory again. I'm a vehicle inspector and I looked everything over with a fine tooth comb, actually a magnifying glass and a paint meter, and from panel alignment to headlight assembly grill bumper the various aerodynamic pieces that are in front of the vehicle and the shutter system all perfect. Gary was fantastic, a big welcome home to this Vietnam vet, Nick and Allen were also fantastic. All aluminum F-150 that I was worried about getting proper repairs was a wasted worry because everything looks fantastic.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I've been to this shop multiple times for minor fender-benders or my own personal touch-up work and it is the only place I trust with my car. Their communication with insurance companies is fantastic and the work is second to none. They guarantee their work and have zero qualms with fixing anything that isn't 100% up to your standards. I cannot recommend this place more.

I took my 2019 Nissan Frontier here for body repair after an accident. Work/communication between Emerald Coast Collision and my insurance was seamless. Jessi, my contact at the shop was professional, welcoming, and realistic. At no point was I given false hope about an early repair or unrealistic expectations. The company reached out to me before and more often than I planned to pull updates from them. My vehicle was completed before I expected it to be which was awesome and the repairs are great. Went to get an estimate for some damage I had on my vehicle. Everyone there was really nice and very helpful! They also gave me a pretty fair estimate to fix the damage and walked me through what they were going to do and replace and just really made it seem like they cared about it!I haven't went back to get it fixed yet, but when I do decide to get it fixed, I will definitely go back and have them do it.

My vehicle was repaired back in Oct 2022. I found little paint that needed to be touched up. They stood behind their work and fixed it in just one day. Motor accident sucks but if it happens again..definitely going back to them! Thanks!

Above and Beyond, just because they can.I had my car brought in for a new wheel and ECC worked on my car as quickly as they could. When I picked up my car not only had they fixed my original issue they took the time to wash my car, and I m pretty sure they cleaned every nook and cranny on the inside as well! Any further issues I come across, ECC will be at the top of my list to bring my car!

No, I did not use this business. Because they wanted me to give them $50 bucks, TO PUT ME ON THE SCHEDULE FOR AN ESTIMATE. So, how much is the estimate? Wait a minute, how much is the work? I'm already down $50 bucks to get on a schedule to talk to somebody!!!! This is not only a good way to loose my business now, it's a very good way to loose my business in the future too!!!! All I needed was a paint repair...

This place is as professional as it gets. Nice staff, cares about your time. Kept me updated along the entire way. My car was so new it took a little longer to get fixed but they were awesome with communication and I felt like the work was done with great attention to detail!

They had to be the ones to tell me that the car I thought I had purchased new from a dealership had encountered previous extensive repairs. Nick and Gary went above and beyond to ensure my car received the best repair possible and were very professional and accommodating. The owner should consider extending the business hours of operation.

I had a brand new ram 3500 repaired after smashing the passenger door on a pole backing a trailer in a tight area. I was sick as the truck had 2000 miles on it. Emerald coast literally restored the vehicle to showroom condition, a week again of schedule, and the truck looked brand new when I picked it up.
