UPDATE..CLASSIC COLLISION DID A GREAT JOB! YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL WHERE THE DENT IS AND THE MAJORITY OF THE PAINT FROM THE SIDE SWIPE IS GONE. IT WAS A LONG PROCESS BUT WORTH IT.So far so good. I've got a dent in my front right quarter panel and paint scrapes from a separate accident. I didn't want to file 2 separate claims so I just filed for the dent on the quarter panel. When I took it in to have the guy at Classic Collision take a look at it and estimate that the i insurance had given him, Warren said "don t worry about the paint, I ll just buff it out and not charge you anything!" The only reason I didn t give it five stars is because it s taking me forever to get in there. It s taking a full month to get my car into the shop. You have to go in and get them to look at the estimate from the insurance company and then wait two weeks and then go back and they will do the work and in my particular case it s going to take about a week. So I ll keep you updated. fingers crossed.

After calling around to find a body shop to take care of my car. Theresa & Warren at classic collision took my car in and turned it back brand new. I was so impressive with the great hospitality Teresa shown. She is informative, knowledgeable and very patience. She helped eased my anxiety through this process. Warren thank you to you and your team for the incredible, quick finished. I was in my car within 1 month and a half. Thank you again!

Everyone at Classic Collision did a PHENOMENAL job on my vehicle repairs from start to finish! Great quality work! It only took 2 weeks! Can t even tell I was in an accident! I was very impressed on the day I dropped it off too! Everyone was lined up and ready to get to work on my car as soon as I dropped it off. Theresa and Natasha were very helpful with the whole process as well and going over all the paperwork with me and my husband! Thank you guys so much!! Best experience I ever had with a vehicle repair! Customer service and support was stellar! Teresa and Amanda are the Best! The up to date text of the progress and stage of my repairs were very informative and appreciated. The repairs done are flawless. I had a minor scratches on my rare end bumper from the recent traffic light accident. Classic Collision did an amazing job on removing them and making my car pretty again. All the stuff I had a pleasure to deal with was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.

The team at Classic Collision is top notch! My car was involved in an accident, and I used Classic Collision based on customer reviews/insurance company referral - and I'm incredibly glad I did. The team was flexible, communicative at every step, timely in the repairs, and did excellent work!It truly is as if the accident never happened - cosmetically and mechanically. The car handles as it did before, and you can't tell where the damage was.I cannot speak highly enough about the team that works here - they are kind and empathetic, knowing that many of their customers are visiting after the misfortune of an accident. I'm grateful all-around for choosing this shop to do my repair. If I ever need body work/repairs again, I'll be coming back to Classic Collision.

Fenders Collision did a great job taking care of removing rust spots on my F-150. They paid particular attention to detail on removing the rust, taping and repainting the roof. Removing that rust and smoothing out the roof was done professional and I would recommend them to anyone that requires body work on your vehicle. The staff was excellent in keeping me updated on the progress while it was in their care. Professional shop. Thank you Fenders Collision.

Just got my 4 runner back they done a amazing job on my vehicle in the past I always found something wrong with other paint and body shops work not this one wow !!! my 4 runner looks like new they even washed and cleaned out the inside they went way over what they were being payed to do i highly recommend these people. they take pride in what they do.

After having a small parking incident, I took my 2016 Plum Crazy Purple Charger Hellcat to Fenders hoping they could restore my baby to her former glory. I spoke with Laura Moseley and she promised they could restore the damaged front fascia and hard to match original paint to like new. Laura went above and beyond to make sure my Hellcat was repaired perfectly. Thank you so much Fenders and Laura for the outstanding repair work!

They did an excellent job on my car. It was difficult to leave my damaged car in Florida and head home in a rental. I read the other reviews and decided not to worry about my car. It was completely restored after the accident. They even cleaned it! They also went above and beyond what I expected as to customer service. I highly recommend this body shop. My car looks like new.

Great place to take your car to be fixed. The people that work there are so helpful and friendly.After a small accident I needed some body repairs. I needed a shop to go to, so I googled all the local shops and after calling many I called Fenders. They took my car and took care and repaired what I needed. Took our Tahoe to this business after notising damage to the rear quarter panel. Laura looked at the vehicle and was supposed to give us a quote. We have left emails, voice messages with no response. We were told that she had an emergency one day. Then she needed pictures, because she could not remember the damage. Then emailed and sent pictures again. We told them we were leaving town this was before Christmas. We wanted to drop the vehicle off and pay for the parts to be ordered before we leave for our next trip and hoping the repair would be complete when returned as discussed with her. We were told before Christmas she was working on this. Called January 4, told she was busy and would need to leave another message. No response. Called back and told them we will not be bringing our vehicle to them if they cannot even respond and give a quote. The girl on the phone said that is fine. Complete lack of customer service.we leave for our next trip. Still no response. Called 2 days ago asked to speak with Laura again. Still no response or quote. Told person answering the phone this

I bought my wife a new 2020 Toyota Corolla LE. Three weeks after the purchase my wife backed in to a small tree at a friend's house. Even though it was a small tree, it caused quite a bit of damage to the trunk lid, rear bumper, trim and metal bracing behind the bumper. I originally was going with another body shop, but after a good friend told me about Fenders Collision USA, I decided to change to their repair shop. They were courteous and very professional, but even more important was the quality work performed. I had a brand new car and I wanted my car to be repaired to the same level as it was prior to the damage the tree caused to the car. They repaired and finished the car on the same date as originally promised to me. The repair was outstanding and I was very happy that they returned my car to me same as new. I would not be as concerned with an older car, but with a brand new car, I was very concerned that the repairs would not be to manufactures level. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was repaired and finished perfectly. For many years I worked with vehicle and equipment repair in the USAF, so I know the difference between average and excellent work. I am very happy I listened to my friend and changed the repair work to Fenders Collision USA. If you require superior work to be performed on your car just bring it to Fenders. Fantastic work guys! The people there are great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. None of them, however, had an answer for the price. I had 2 screws removed from my door. Sure, they were in there pretty good, but it wasn't even something I would refer to as body work . I was told there would probably be about 30 minutes of work. It did end up taking about 45~1 hour. I was charged for 2.5 hours of labor. They told me it was divided by number of workers, and I asked if they needed 5 guys to remove 2 screws. No one had an answer. They settled on it being the way the system worked and they had no say in it. I looked a few times, and there was 1 guy doing it the entire time. They ll get the job done, but they will rob you.Service: Body & Trim

So sad to have to fix my car after hitting a post, but the people at Fenders were fabulous. So professional, friendly, helpful & fun. My husband picked me up in his 94 Jeep Wrangler & the passenger door would not open. Fenders witnessed our distress & came to our rescue. At least 5 employees came out & were determined to fix the door & they did. I was so grateful & they wouldn't even let us pay them. Can't say enough about Fenders. If your vehicle needs body work, Fenders is the best!!

Excellent service. I had a very pleasant, professional experience working with Fenders Collision. They took care of everything quickly and with great customer service. They kept me updated as my truck was being worked on and the end result was clean . They even detailed my truck for me after the repairs were made! Fenders is a very well run auto body shop with friendly, professional staff. I highly recommend fenders

I would highly recommend them to anybody. They are truly professional and they do awesome work. There was damage to the rear end and they fixed everything to perfection. The detailing they performed on my car, which is 16 years old, made it look almost brand new. I would like to thank everyone involved in getting my care back to me in such excellent shape and also in a timely manner.

Great people and a neat place. They fixed our Toyota Highlander after frontal collision. Everything from wiring, through parts replacement and even a paint job was close to its original factory level. You wouldn't even know if the vehicle was involved in accident by looking at it. That's how clean it looks. Overall we're very pleased with their work quality, communication and customer service. I highly recommend their services.

Excellent service and unparalleled professionalism. I have never been to an auto body shop that weren't after your pockets but absolutely have a genuine concern for your car issues. At Fenders they displayed just that, extremely friendly and knowledgeable, I was able to get an appointment the next day, I dropped off my AUDI A6 and the part to be installed didn't fit after several hours of labor. After they called me and made me aware they explained with great details "the why" and I understood the situation.I went to go pick up my car and they washed it and installed the parts that did fit but the main one didn't and after over 3 hours of labor, I'm at the cash register and the lady in the front desk "which is very charismatic and courteous" told me that the manager does not want to charge me because the main part did not fit. I was astound and overwhelmed with the huge generosity and compassion they gave me.After reading some other reviews I see that at Fenders, they are extremely helpful at all situations and truly want to help out the customers. On top of all that the lobby looks and feels extremely welcoming with complimentary coffee and soft drinks instead of having a vending machine like all the other shops. I will highly recommend and encourage anybody to take their cars to Fenders.

I have used Fenders Collision for all types of vehicle needs for over 5 years. Laura, and the staff, are eager to assist with questions as well as repairs. Laura has a range of knowledge on many vehicles.The paint match-ups are most important, in my opinion, and they have exceeded my expectations.They jobs expectancy is as accurate as they can get it and as short a time as possible.Professional is the top adjective for this business!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

Fenders Collision is top notch! My car looks fantastic! They did a great job on the repair and the paint job looks great. They show professionalism and employ expertise at every step of a repair from consultation to mechanical repair and cosmetic restoration. The owner Bill is very knowledgeable on the insurance side of things and was able to help us navigate through all the steps. I highly recommend Fenders Collision if you are in need of a car repair.

I have used Fenders multiple times. The customer service is by far, The Best!!!I have had the pleasure of dealing with an employee from each department. Each one was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. I have never been in such a clean and organized auto repair shop.The company stands behind their work and always takes the time to keep you up to date every step of the repair.I will always take my vehicles to this company for my repairs!!!!

Bill and his people at Fenders Collision are top notch. Is great to see true customer service in action. The work done to my Dodge Charger was top notch to say the very least. Every bit of the repair was thoroughly explained and carried out to the T. I especially appreciated the progress pictures of the repair. Great Touch! They made sure every detail was right....and if it wasn't they worked til it WAS right. I would recommend these guys for any body work needed for your vehicle without a shadow of a doubt.Thanks Bill, my car looks brand new again.
