I purchased a used kymco like 150abs and have serviced it here for the past 4 years, the service is always great and the quality is unmatched. I ride without worry that my scooter will break down or leave me stranded. There s times when I asked for certain repairs I thought I needed and they simply said it s not necessary so don t waste the $. That s honesty & integrity in my book. I highly recommend them for all of your needs.

Wow!! I had a horrible experience. I live in West Palm Beach, so I called before coming in, I told them what was going on with my Vespa and they told me "bring it in and we can scan it and see what's wrong with it" so I drove a whole hour to bring the Vespa only for them to tell me that I would have to drop it in for two days before they can scan it.And I told that Joe guy why couldn't he told me that on the phone. I would've saved myself from this long drive and this damn headache. But his whole demeanor was just rude and arrogant. I left feeling very frustrated.

I have never met a more honest, high integrity sales person than Ron. He should be commended for putting the customer first. It is reassuring to know you are in very good hands when you do business with Vespa Ft. Lauderdale Scooter. Thank you!

Excellent Vespa dealer that also sells some other brands as well. Ron is an absolute pleasure to deal with when taking delivery of your new ride. He has a good knowledge of the product and will find out any information you may not be able to find on your own. I do not live local but chose to buy from this dealer. I was treated extremely well by phone and just as well when picking up my new Vespa in person. I wish all Vespa dealers offered this level of service, knowledge, and attention. But then not all shops have someone like Ron handling the customer experience. Joe in service is also great.

Ron in sales is Great and Joe who runs the service is top notch, wouldn't hesitate to ever bring my vespas in or purchase another from them. One of the best dealership experiences I've ever had.

Ron and Simon were very helpful and easy to deal with. The Vespa I wanted was in stock and they had the accessories installed for me on time at a fantastic price. I will be going back there when ever I need service. My GTS Super Sport is so smooth and agile with great looks to match.

Let me share my experience with this shop. My scooter just died, dead, no start. I had it towed to Varsity. They were behind but told me that upfront. A mechanic got to it about a week later and the service Manger Joe called to say, that I needed a new fuel pump, not a small expense. But, I ride this scooter almost every day because I love it! The prior owner had it serviced there, I gave Joe the owner's name and he looked up the records and realized that the fuel pump had been replaced. So, without telling me about it, Joe went the extra mile and checked/trouble shot the problem. He found out that it was not the fuel pump but a $30 dollar relay that went bad. He called and made my day when he gave me the news. I was surprised and thankful that Joe went the extra mile and his honesty saved me $500 dollars! Businesses need more "Joes"!!!

Ron helped me in purchasing my 2023 Vespa GTS 300 and couldn't have made my experience any better, and I am loving the Vespa. I will definitely be returning soon!

I just purchased a Vespa from here. This place has the absolute best customer service, and they also worked out one heck of a deal for me which saved me a considerate amount of money. Ron was a total pleasure to work with. Amazing & honest person ! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the scooter market.

Ron, the salesman has one fault !!! He is honest.Most people don't like hearing the truth and people that are straight and to the point. If you want a dealership that gives you whats promised and a great price. This is your place. Huge selection, knowledgeable people, NO PRESSURE !!! Stop in, you wont regret it.

Wonderful experience! We spent a few hours here .. Looking at different models, talking and learning to drive our new scooter. He is so nice, very patient and an excellent teacher... Didn't think I'd be able to ride but he spent the time to help me learn. I can't say enough about how much fun we had. Even after we purchased our scooter we hung out to talk more .He's a great guy and the Scooters are awesome! Highly recommend buying from Vespa Fort Lauderdale!!!!

Wow, what an amazing experience. Ron is phenomenal. I have been wanting a GTS 300 for years and for the past few months have been calling to see what was in stock ( daydreaming) and getting ideas on pricing. I finally called and Ron told me he had exactly what I was looking for, and the price was unbelievable. I kept thinking while on my way to the dealership that it was too good to be true. However, Ron is a man of his word. Not only did he deliver 100% on what he sold, he took personal care of us, walked me through every detail, and made the entire experience quick and easy. It gives me hope in humanity knowing there are Ron's out there. Vespa is lucky to have such a man representing their products. I am a happy new owner of a 2019 gts 300 touring edition! Thank you Ron!!!!

They had a Genuine Buddy 170 listed on Cycle Trader, but when I called they didn't actually have any. The guy that answered the phone in sales asked for my information, but when I told him I refuse to do business with someone that posts Bait and Switch ads, he hung up on me.Not a reputable business IMO.EDIT:Wow. Takes time to reply to a bad review and doesn't even apologize for hanging up on me.Aside from a lack of an apology, their reply changes nothing. I KNOW supply chains are slow right now. It's the whole reason that I'm online looking for a 2021 Buddy 170i in the first place!. If I want to wait for one from the factory, I'll order it from my local dealer.The point is you listed this scooter on Cycle Trader, an online motorcycle marketplace, knowing full well that you did not have one in stock, but also that you have no idea when you will get any in. You claim this is not Bait and Switch, but it is definitely deceptive advertising. Cycle Trader is a place to buy and sell motorcycles. It is NOT meant to be free advertising for your business.EDIT #2: I lodged a complaint with Cycle Trader. They're following up on it.

Ron was absolutely amazing to work with! We live in Texas and are relocating to Key West...we negotiated a Vespa purchase via phone with Ron, he is having it delivered to Key West, and it was all very seamless and easy. Thank you, Ron, for such a great experience!!!

The service department is amazing! Joe, who is the service manger there, is one of the most knowledgeable people I ever met when it comes to scooters. Having been working there for about 17 years, he has dealt with every issue you can possibly have with your scooter. Joe will even check your tire pressure and oil level at no charge. He will explain what regular maintenance a scooter needs to prevent future problems which is not set out in the Vespa owner s manual and is based on his experience with scooters.

I didn t buy my used Vespa 2001 ET2 from them although they were the original dealer. I haven t used them for maintenance. But they were so very helpful when I tried to get the registered never titled paperwork done at the DMV. They even called the DMV and straightened everything out. What sincerely NICE people. I would give them 10 stars.

Service team is great! The Salesmen Ron is the most unprofessional "New York idiot" I've ever bought anything from. Soon as you give him the money and buy a scooter or scooters. He becomes rude and doesn't care what else you want. Took 2 weeks to get the scooter, and he said they would be ready the next day after the purchase. However he's from New York and constantly talks over you and tells you what you want and don't want, kept saying " they will be ready tomorrow" Next Day " oh they will be ready tomorrow I'm sorry" and just kept doing that each day until 2 weeks go by and I finally get it. Made no attempt to go out of his way and his customer service is absolutely crap. Unfortunately I have the get my scooter serviced there until the warranty is up. But I will never do future business there ever again, unless there is a new salesmen. And they send that idiot back to New York.

Bought a Vespa GTS 300 Super, a week ago, at the Ft. Lauderdale Vespa. Great service from Ron, excellent salesman! Liked Ron s Honesty and expertise on helping, my Wife and I, In choosing our Vespa. We are in love with our new Vespa, already have registered 165miles in one week!I highly recommend this store and Ron, the salesperson, for your purchase needs!

Though I did not end up buying my scooter from Ron, he was very friendly and knowledgeable with all of my many questions. I've had it serviced in their shop next door a number of times, and have had nothing but good experiences there too. Can be a little lax in someone always in the shop or to answer the phone, but not a huge issue. I highly recommend them.

I've been going here for all of my scooter/moped needs for years now and don't even think of going anywhere else. My bike's my main transportation and Joe in service along with the mechanic makes sure it's always in great running condition. Ron in the sales dept. is very helpful, not only in the bike's that they sell, but also in all of the accessories that I or anyone else may need.

Best place in town, I bought an Aprilia scooter 4 years ago there and never have problems, it is my only transportation so I have a lot of miles, these people always take care my baby with all services required. Weeks ago It didn t start for some reason so I took it next day to this place for quick check and later on was ready, they just fill some acid in the battery and that s it, the Service advisor and the Technician didn t charge me since was not a serious damage, if I was to another shop they will probably charge me a new battery.I really recommend this place to everyone!!!

After you buy something , it is finish, Ron will tell you anything, he is never there for you, it is never the good time or the good day, I think he is stupid, he will do anything to bother you. ( I don't understand). And on top of that I didn't have any problem with my bike, everything I had to do was regular thing and Ron made the things very very very complicated. Finally I think the problem is Ron and I heard the service department is great but I did't do business we them yet. Finally I think Ron is very lucky to be the only Vespa's dealer in FLL......

I am so glad I was referred here. I know I would of missed a few shifts at work if I hadn't been. The Love is there, the mechanics who actually worked on my bike were genuinely happy when they got it running right. That is no small feet, I have dropped it a million times, ran it for months with no oil avoided taking it for any kind of service because I thought it would be to expensive, come to find out they will work with you, and there prices are perfectly reasonable. It seemed I was going to be restricted to some getto scooter shop or have a "friend"work on it, fortunately that is not the case!!!!!

Bought a scooter here ..Genuine Brand, beautiful model, took it in for it's one year service update and did not receive good service. Then I was contacted by Joe, wonderful man, who asked me to bring it back and I did and he fixed everything on the scooter, apologized for the prior service and sent me on my way with a scooter that felt brand new again. I highly recommend this place for all your scooter needs and ask for Joe, and you know you'll get excellent service!!!!

This was the best scooter dealership I have ever been too! Ron, the sales rep was very professional and took care of all my needs, not only for my brand new scooter but all my questions. I recommend this place to all who appreciate a friendly and professional environment. Love this place!
