I ll say by far the best automotive mechanic shop. Very respectful and knowledgeable and they will break it down in English for you, if you don t understand car talk. price are very reasonable I ll definitely recommend a lot of people to come here. !!!

This shop is 10/10. This has been my 2nd time bringing my Honda here and they always take care of my vehicle as it were their own Laz and his crew really are great. Real fast service, great customer service. They re knowledgeable about cars specifically Japanese cars. Will continue taking my car here. One of the few honest shops here in South FL

I have been to Vertical numerous times with various vehicles and Vertical has always been able to complete their services quickly! I work primarily with Reece - who is amazing, but Laz is awesome too! They are very transparent and their prices are fair. I highly recommend them! They are all-stars for sure!

A great HONEST auto body shop. These guys are the most genuinely helpful and nice group of guys I met. Coolest thing is, no unexpected fixes to your car. All is done online where you have to accept the extra job with the car! (Some may be needed some not) but still a very critical tool I feel like most autobody shops ignore just so they can snake you for more money. Kudos to this company!

My experience really wasn't good. First, I went because my car had a sound. They gave me a list of problems I had. I preferred to prioritize what was most important. To change the strap it was 800 dollars. The belt continued ringing. They gave me a gift to change the oil for free. When I went to change the oil, they told me that I had to change the Detroit axle , control arms urgently. They wanted to charge me 1,400 dollars. I decided not to do it. I felt cheated in this place. I saw the piece while it was being moved to the new location and it was not in as risky a state as I was told, to do that work and align the car it was only 400 dollars.

I'm positively impressed with professionalism and client orientation of this service station, as well as it cleanliness and tidiness in all aspects. The personnel is cheerful, friendly and supportive. The workshop is equipped with high quality tools and machinery hardware (car lifts, balancing stands, etc.). Very nice and comfy clients' waiting area, too. Found my technical station here, won't look for any other. Highly recommend to everyone.

I recently visited Vertical car shop to address a warning light on my dashboard, change my oil, and have my brakes checked. The shop managed to fix the dashboard issue and performed the brake change and oil service effectively. The cost for the repairs and maintenance was reasonable, especially compared to other chain stores I've considered in the past. They did a good job for the money spent. I would definitely consider using their services again, although I'm hoping there won't be a need for it.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing unparalleled customer service with vertical automotive !!!From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, Reece is extremely well spoken, patient and explained everything to me.The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process and they do a diagnostic with pictures of everything they found wrong with my vehicle and the price to fix it allNot only did they provide prompt and efficient service, but they also took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed for my vehicle and answered all of my questionsTheir transparency and honesty was truly refreshing, as I never felt pressured or misled into unnecessary repairs, and they gave me a really cool air freshener!They went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the work done on my car.I highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive repairs or maintenance. Laz and the team are truly professionals and experts in their field of work.I brought my car there last month and it had a list of things that needed to be done.At the time I couldn t do everything that was needed.They were extremely professional about everything, didn t push me to get anything fixed at the time.Long story short, I just completed everything that needed to be fixed and I am very happy how my car is now running.I most certainly will be referring them to everyone I know and will be a return client.Thank you again for all the hard work and making this process quick and efficient.

I went to Vertical Automotive shop for oil change, the reason I choose this place because of great reviews but still skeptical when I got there.Everyone was very attentive, they did a scan with photos to show me what need it attention, full transparency. I agree to one extra work and they show me the old piece after finish. My car never feel so good after a work done on it. Iam extremely happy and will continue to take my car to them. Also I talk to customer there in the waiting area and they said they would not take their car to another shop. I highly recommend this local business. Thank you very much!!

There are no words to describe how happy I am with the service I received at Vertical Automotive. Lazaro the service director was very informative and clear with the needs of my car. Do I know thorough inspection And discussing with me, what should be done and fare with the crisis of their services. The owner and staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Fixing my car to my satisfaction with fair pricing. The shop is clean and sharp.

After being so dissatisfied with Phil smith Kia I was referred to vertical automotive by my brother in law. From the get go they were upfront about what I needed to keep my 13 year old sport age in good running shape That s what everyone needs , an honest mechanic. Very pleased with what they ve done so far and their customer service is wonderful (unlike Phil smith Kia ) Reese especially!

Laz was very knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough in determining the repairs necessary for my 1993 Celica GT Convertible, which is very special to me. He kept me completely informed and the online acceptance of recommendations showing the cost of each item and the total of what is accepted was simple and easy to do. I highly recommend Vertical Automotive!

This review is written to endorse Vertical Automotive. This is the most honest repair shop that I've seen in a long time. I had a frozen (locked) engine and the insurance company failed me. Lazaro Pichardo, exclaimed " I have good news and I have bad news". I responded give me the bad news. " Your insurance company wants you to pay for me to dismantle your engine and they'll decide if they are liable. DAMN, I replied, then give me some news that I can use, what's the good news. " We were able to get your truck running without tearing it apart. NOW THE SHOCKER, MY BILL WAS $223.00. That's why I wrote this review because honesty isn't a virtue that every company exemplifies.

I won't take my old Acura TL anyplace else! They're terrific, honest, friendly, fair and helpful.On my recent visit, they prioritized their suggested repairs and only did what they considered essential for now. After dropping off your car, they message with a complete checklist of things that are okay, things that may become an issue over time, and what really shouldn't wait too long. The photos really explain their evaluation (and were reviewed in person when I picked up the car)I can spread the additional work over the next year without worrying any will become troublesome in the meantime.I trust Vertical Automotive (JAP) 100% intend to use them for the life of my car. 5-Star recommendation.WHATEVER you do, do NOT take to what I now call Rick Case Is Dead Acura, where you will be overcharged and probably gouged on work your car may not really need.

Laz and his team are wonderful! They were super quick to let me know what the issue with my car was and caught things the dealership missed. They provided photos of the problems with a very detailed estimate and called to further explain their recommendations. I will definitely be taking my car to them in the future!

Very pleasant experience with Lazaro and the crew. The atmosphere was family oriented and peaceful. One can see how they have gone the extra mile to make their customers feel at home, with refreshments, coffee, snacks, etc. Trust worthy and honest mechanics are extremely difficult to come by, so we were very blessed in this day and age to find them. Ran into Vertical Automotive to have an alienment. While they were underneath my car they found a few extra things wrong. They didn t ask me to take their word for the work that needed to be done, but showed me pictures. I gave them the okay and finished up in a few hours and my car runs a lot better. I thought a little pricey but overall I gave them a 10 !!! It had to be done and they did a great job and I couldn t be happier. Will go back again.

I have to say that my experience at this shop was excellent, i asked the gentlemen which i believe was the manager in the front office to check my tire pressure and my tires he went out there himself and checked it for me with a smile the whole time and wouldn t even except a tip.. I would return when i need service.
