Good luck if they end up breaking something on your car. They will deny, not even look at the footage and refuse to do anything.My car started making a popping noise as soon as I left and I reported it immediately . They denied the claim a week later without even looking at the footage and when I reopened the claim after they didn t even look at the video. They took weeks to get back to me to finally tell me we can t prove we broke it . The broken piece is literally right next to the oil filter and the other Valvoline I went to confirmed what I said. It took over a month to get anything done and they are now refusing to even let me look at the footage so now my only option is to sue which is so silly that I have to do that for a few hundred dollar repair .The pictures are from the other Valvoline

Very professional workers here. I get my car done here every time (at least 10 times), and am always greeted as soon as I pull up. They are very respectful and friendly, I highly recommend this place. Only issue is the waiting time but it really depends what time you go.

Today I had a oil change at Vavlvoline for the first time, and I must say it was a great experience of all the oil change places I have been to the performance that this team put on at this store was amazing. The store manager Daniel was out in the lot directing traffic, organizing cars and the parking lot was pretty full and it wasn t that much space but he was able to make it work and did a phenomenal job and kept each customer updated on time and where they was at in each bay and once we got into the bay from beginning to end, he walked us through every step. His customer service skills was phenomenal. His leader ship was also phenomenal. His team definitely follows his lead and supports him and anytime, a member of his team was having an issue or struggling. He was right there to help him coach him and got them through. I would definitely be back and definitely let friends and family know I m just so amazed by the customer service that was provided and the leadership from the store manager Daniel I can definitely understand why that location was busy. Great service goes along way.

The service was good my tech was nice my only complaint would be the line seemed to move very slowly on this quote unquote 15 minute oil change not true.. however I don't mind waiting if it's going to get done right. I would have given five stars but they told me it would be a 20-minute wait and I was there like 45 minutes.

Came to Valvoline and got nothing but great service. All the guys here are great. I liked the good customer service and will be coming back again. We did only come in for an oil change and ended up with other services but the job got done. The manager Mike was very helpful and nice.

Was just there this morning and the entire team was awesome, quick, friendly, and shared the details in an easy way to understand. Mike, the manager checked in with me at the end. I'll be back for my regular services. Highly recommend!

I wouldn t take a bicycle here let alone a car. Went in for an oil change for $100 let them talk me into doing a radiator and transmission flush and left needing a new radiator the next day. Customer claims just puts you on conference call with the store manager who isn t going to admit to his store being at fault. Trash service all the way around ! We later found out my neighbor took their car here and 2 days later the engine blew. Your better off hiring a mechanic off the corner and paying him with a 12 pack of Steele reserve then going here !

*Entrance in back* I saw two people go in the exit while trying to turn on the side road to the back.They checked my tires wipers and changed my oil very quickly. Good job guys! I always go to valvoline but this was my first time at this location and the staff here were friendly and thorough. I highly recommend this location.

These guys are great. Very professional and kind. They really do there best to get you through in a timely matter. There s always a coupon in the ValuePak for at lease $15 off. It s a great deal.

I wouldn t come here unless you have a lot of free time on your hands. I showed up on a saturday and was there for almost 3 hours and watched 3 different cars that arrived after me finish and go on their way before my car was finished. I don t blame any of the guys working this place just needs better management someone in charge telling people what the hell they re supposed to do.

2 hours for oil change and radiator flush. Mgmt disappeared on his phones and everyone had to wait to get cashed out. Mgmt quick to sell on additional services but it holds everyone back from what should be a 15-30 mins service. Everyone else did their job and was on point

Went back for a small oil leak, from the last time I was here. Danielle was extremely professional and polite in explaining what the problem was, oil plug no longer working properly. She pointed me to the advance auto parts around the corner, who had the plug available. Came right back to the valvoline location and she expedited my service. The whole team at this location worked together to address my concern. I am a very satisfied customer who will return to this location for all my vehicles.

As an avid Valvoline customer, I have been to a fair share of locations in Northern Broward County(Lighthouse Point) as well as on the West Coast of Florida in Cape Coral, and in my opinion-this particular Valvoline on Commercial Boulevard is definitely the VERY BEST of all the Valvoline Instant Oil Change locations! The representatives here have a great communication system and I was very impressed upon my first visit, which is why I went back to this same location for my second visit for my vehicles FULL synthetic oil change! And, when it's time for my vehicles oil to be changed again---Valvoline on Commercial Boulevard---HERE I COME!

I had been putting off my oil change because it has always been time consuming and tedious dealing with upselling and long waits. I finally visited Valvoline on Commercial Blvd Fort Lauderdale. Danielle was professional and a pleasure to interact with. No upsells to fend off, just to the point and efficient. I got the full synthetic oil change just in case I couldnt get the next one in time. She told me about the condition of air filter, showed the dipstick with new oil, filled my tires, etc. The person doing the oil change below did a great job. I wondered why I put this off so long when it can be this easy. Its nice to go somewhere and not leave with another problem these days. Shoutout to Danielle and the crew, your work is appreciated!

The broke my oil pan skit at and didn t even tell me . And I asked them to make sure that s its placed back on properly and they lied and said that it was and it wasn t . And when I returned 4 days later to get them to fixed the problem the manager or the guy who was in charged stated to me that it wasn t that big of a deal I really didn t need a oil pan skit!! Like are you serious, didn t it come on my car for a reason and who are you to say that it s not a big deal. And that s happen a few times at this same location and that was in November and I ve taken my business to a different place ever since then. I would give zero stars but you have to leave at least one

This is my first choice for oil changes. I drive 45 minutes because they are always very courteous and go out of their way to help. They are trustworthy and it's worth the trip. Go there, you will be very happy. The prices are very competitive.

Awful incompetent service. I agreed to all the recommended extras including changing two air filters and my rear wiper blade. The guy who worked on my car broke the wiper holder in half and claimed it was a minor break (when really he couldn t figure out how to open the lever that released the blade) now I have to pay big bucks to replace the part

Love the professional approach from management on down. The constant communication between team members while consistently updating the customer on what process is being done too the ETA of when they would be done... SUPERIOR SERVICE. WORLD CLASS. I only take my car too this shop..

Great service. The guys were super polite and respectful. In and out in 20 minutes. Got an online coupon and saved half the cost. My new oil change place!
