DON'T BRING your car in. This is the second time I do business with these people and the second time I had a terrible experience. They will overcharge you and overcharge you. I towed my vehicle to this location because of distance and it was the worst mistake ever. My car had an issue with the shift transmission cable , for replacing that cable they gave me an estimate of 1,700 USD a ROBERY. Juan the service advisor is good at stealing customer's money. I don't know a thing about cars so I thought these people were honest. After a long wait of 8 and a half hour. They finally gave me my vehicle back but this time they returned it to me with a dead alternator.I left the dealer shop confident enough that after paying such exuberant. amount of money and after excessively waiting for completion of task, that my car was going to be drivable again. Well, my car died as soon as I hit the road. ...they fixed the transmission but ruined my alternator. My car had no electrical issues when I checked it in.The service manager Andy Gutierrez washed his hands of the issue. Called me back around 11:00 pm ( he can be sued for doing such a call) to tell me he was very busy and couldn't get back to me until now He offered me to buy my vehicle for 1,300 USD . I could not believe what I was hearing. Such an unethical behavior of this manager , sneaking and writing down customer's phone number to called them back during non business hoursI called the Toyota of North Miami, looking for a second opinion and they gave me some pretty and very enlightening insight into the fixing of a shift transmission.cable, which they suspect the Toyota Of Lipton should be hold accountable for breaking my alternator.They also told me that I was overcharged far too much for the job.DON'T bring your car in . These people lack professional ethics

Hit or miss with this place, all I needed was a simple maintenance appointment. I showed up on time for my 11am appointment, the service employee was not at his desk. 40 minutes later I get a call from him, I'm assuming my car is ready for pickup. Instead, the service employee is barely now checking me in. I go to his desk, he's not there, needs to be paged.. Tells me it will be an hour but it's almost noon now, so factor in another hour for lunch break. No way I'm going to leave my car from 11 to at least 2pm for something that should have taken an hour or less. No apology, no shame. Guy was just messing around, never at his desk to keep things moving.

Called head and set appointment and let them know what was wrong with my vehicle. Was on time for my appointment and explained again what was wrong and what I needed done. They called me 2 hrs after I dropped it off. They told me my truck was ready. And I was thinking there's no way they did. My complete break job and checked my trailer. Break output control in my truck to get these fixed for my safety.I was told the reason I was having break troubles. Because my break components were after market which I explained to them when I first got there and told them that if they needed to be replaced with OE. M parts, then it needed to be done to make the truck safe. When I asked about my brake controller? They told me they had looked at it, but it couldn't do nothing with it. Then, once I expressed my concerns about my brakes again, they said OK, we'll get you an estimate. I call you tomorrow. Although they were adamant about fixing my 2 recalls. Front sensor and fuel pump which I was fine with more importantly, my brakes and my brake controller are for safety and I need Those fixed still have not got a call or an estimate for either. Truly disappointed.

Seems like the place is about to go out of business. No WiFi, no coffee, $150 to check something. $80 for an oil change. I ve seen bad service in official dealerships, but this one is doing the best to make that terrible impression on the first visit! Wow! Needless to say, I don t recommend and won t come back. The Toyota brand should be a bit more careful.

My experience is always great with Alex my advisor he treats people like family I never worry when I go there and see him. I only missed him one time that I can remember and the advisor that I got was full of attitude and act as if I was bothering him because I wasn't his regular client I felt some type a way especially with my two kids he didn't even offer me a seat not to mention a ride home . Then again not everyone knows how good customer service but if you want the best experience deal with Mr Alex he's a great man with and awesome personality thanks Alex I no I say that many times but just know I truly appreciate your kindness.

Came in this morning to talk with Bob and once again this guy has the most disgusting attitude. He has zero people Skills and all he wants is your money and to charge you for something you don t need. Stated he fixed my car with changing 1 coil and 4 spark plugs. Then a week later lights came on stated i had to pay $140 again to see what s wrong when he said he could wave the fee if the light came on so quickly. Came back a month later bc i was in a trip and then disregarded that he could wave the $140 fee and instead it was the bad coils. I saw Alex and it was just a misfire Toyota couldn t figure out why they said just run a higher gas octane 93 and that should fix the problem. Alex was amazing and a stand up guy has great people skills. Also Alex was able to wave the $140 fee that Bob wanted to charge me. YOU'RE WRONG AGAIN BOB!

Please NOTE!!!We were buying a NEW Prius Prime Limited...This is a sales center review.Once we negotiated a over sticker priced deal including our trade a large deposit was given to commit.SE Toyota took over 2 months to secure us the car in our 2nd choice color.We kept making return appointments to get paperwork completed and signed. It was like we would get there and they, the sales staff were oblivious to keeping their scheduled appointments. We were kept waiting hours.Also we waited hours just to get the paperwork to fill out and sign. Very frustrating.The car finally got delivered. Our sales representative was not in even after we made the pickup appointment. He forgot to tell us he would be out for his B'day. And then they spent hours trying to find the filled out paperwork.Ok, I won't be back or recommend them to anyone. Their lights were on but nobody was home.

When I arrive the check person greeted me with a smile asked if I had an appointment. Direct me the my Service Person made sure all my questions were answered also asked if I would need a ride or if I would like to wait. My stay was good everything was safe sanitized and disinfected. 5 of 5 stars, even when my car was finished everyone make sure it was to my satisfaction. Thank you and Lipton Toyota for great service, and employees.

WOW!!!! Mark and Mario were AMAZING. The whole sale went so smooth. I have been to over 15 dealerships and dealt with the rudest salesman in 2 weeks but I didn't get this with them. Thanks for everything Mark and Mario.( One advice to anyone that is buying a car " DON'T BUY A CAR IN MIAMI. They are the rudest salesmen.

I bought a vehicle in October. Overall, I am happy with the vehicle.. I just need to speak with my finance manager Rich who has not return my calls since November. He promised me something and when I called to verify information I am hearing different. Got to stay on top of those finance & sales guy. Like to tell you things and don't fulfill or follow through. Not nice. I will get to the bottom of it soon enough.

After service and giving you the car and keys they dont desinfect your car, not take a way the garbage they used to sit and step on. The door handle was greasy as well. Besides that I did not see how they service the car. They should habe a window for clients to se hHOW THEY SERVICE IT! (SUGGESTION)

So I'm very pleased with the used vehicle I got here, the car is solid for a 2016. But when we were negotiating prices and my monthly rate I was not informed of what exactly was going on. Just to cut a long story short, I was told the more I put down the less my monthly rate would be which we got my monthly rate down to what i wanted. What I wasnt told is that all the money I was putting down wouldnt reflect on my balance of the vehicle which I put down a good amount. I'm not saying any of the staff I delt with are lairs, but just really tricked me. Im writing this review 6 months after I purchased the car to inform the next inexperience buyer looking to purchase a used car. Have a great day and god bless

Had a torque converter replaced here. Got the car back with alignment off. Steering wheel off center and tracking left. When spoke with Advisor he automatically blamed me and said said alignment machine was not working. Poor service and customer service. Never going here again. 0 STARS

I had been looking sooo many places for my first car and had been to about 20+ dealerships, none of them were transparent about pricing and every single one tried to pull something slick. Then I found Lipton Toyota. From the very first contact with Mark to driving off the lot in my 2019 Jetta, the whole team was super helpful and 100% transparent! I absolutely loved my car buying experience here. They had me in an out in a matter of an hour and a half. Special thanks to Mario for working out a crazy great deal for me. If you re looking for a used car in GREAT condition, Lipton Toyota is definitely the place to go!

Today it s my first time here I had a appointment at 10:00 am it was a check up the car nothing so especial and im here still waiting on my car it s 1:17 pm s as oreado it was something so small for a long long wait the service it s not so satisfying for my self they took so much time on giving the costumes there cars. I make a appointment early because I had a job interview at 2:00 I m still here 1:20pm. Very disappointed.

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ARE LIARS AND SWINDLERS. My husband took his car to this dealership for an evaluation because we were having issue with the battery connection and the car would not start. They told us it would cost $2600 to fix it because it was a "special part" that needed to be fixed. We waited a week because it did not feel right to us and eventually decided to take the car to another mechanic. The new mechanic fixed it on the spot for $100!!!!! Lipton Toyota is a scam, they make up a fake diagnosis to get your money. I'm reporting them to the BBB do not go here.

Tried the old "bait and switch" with me. I found them dishonest and wasted hours of my time with false advertising and lies. I will never go back. Ended up buying from another dealer.
