Vladimir (manager) was great. So many people go through the motions. Vladimir is very customer focused and obviously knows how to create guest retention. Great job!

My front tire was badly damaged and 2 other tire shops refused to repair, because the cord was visible and the piece of rubber was gone. I scheduled my visit at Tires Plus to install new tires because it is the nearest location to me. This location was busy at the moment, and the expectations were set properly: Vladimir informed me it would take a while. Later in the day I received a call from them, got my car back with the new tires on, properly balanced, TPMS calibration reset, spare was put in the trunk. Great service at reasonable rate, will come back again!

Whoever was answering the phone on 11/2/2023 at around 8:30AM is a detriment to your organization. I just called to ask about how long it would take to have my tires looked at if I were to be there in 10 mins. Every tire shop I ve called in the past can give an accurate time. The guy was a complete jerk. Avoid this place

Love them, these guys are great. They take care of all my tires needs since 2006, on all my vehicles That 5 past vehicles plus my newest one. Don't care if I get free oil changes at dealership as I have found service at dealership to use cheap products, even like, I never have to worry with Vlad and his team

I brought my car in for an oil change and got a call an hour later saying that my car had all sorts of dangerous issues. I agreed to have them fix it all for $1300. A couple of hours later, I pick up my car and notice that it s not driving like it was when I dropped it off AND there were additional warning lights showing on the dashboard.I went back in today and was told that it d be $300 to fix the ABS (wasn t a known issue until I had it serviced). I don t know anything about cars and the men working at the Ft Lauderdale location seemed to take advantage of that.I ve gotten new tires/ oil changes here, but I absolutely will never be back. Take your car to your nearest dealership and have it done right. I was a first time customer. I live in the area and needed a tire replaced due to an inconvenient situation. Vladimir (manager) was great. So many people go through the motions. Worst service I ve ever received! I initially came here due to the reviews and its high rating, but that was a huge mistake. The workers were rude for simply asking questions about what might be wrong with my car; so I had to end up leaving before they even touched my car.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Worst location ever!!! I had an appointment on 01/06/2023 (Friday 6:00pm) for a flat tire. When I got there they said the store closed 6pm because they don't have employees. They said to come next day. I was busy. So I created another appointment for 01/14/2023 7am Saturday. When I got there they said the flat tire technician was not there and they can not fix my car..also they said they never got my appointment. Terrible, terrible store. And in the both cases wasn't the same employee who gave me the information. Don't wast your time!!! This store, your appointment mean Nothing!!! Zero Stars!!! And I will never go there again!!! I am tires plus client for 12 years.. and always I got an amazing customer service.. tks.

My wife went in the other day ..how do you need rotors if not worn out you showed her a little rust and charged her over 1200 dollars for a brake job just another case of a mechanic pulling one on a woman ..word will get out you guys should stick your heads in the sand in shame u shade tree mechanics

My car broke down a few blocks away and I wasn t able to jump start it by myself so I walked to this location and asked for some help. A worker walked back to my car with me and was able to jump start it right away. Then he put in a new battery and I was in and out within the hour. They re very helpful, quick, and honest about pricing. If you need maintenance or have car issues, tires plus in Flagler Village FTL is a reputable place!Service: Battery

The service was good. I left my car and they repaired my tire. I ask dor my light to be changed and they did a partial job. I would visit again for the proximity of my job.

I got a flat tire with a big nail protruding that could be see from the outside. I arrived to the place 10 minutes before closing. They refused to help me at all and gave me a lot of attitude. I had to stay in their parking lot for 1.5h until AAA helped me at least to change the spare tire. Yeah, I sort of understand refusing service but their attitude was quite insulting. Do yourself a favor and avoid. There's plenty of tire shops within a few blocks.

The worst tire shop in Fort Lauderdale. They don't have staff, and to change tires you have to leave them for 3 hours, adding that they always tell you that the tire cannot be repaired, so they can sell you their tires.

Made an appointment for 9 o clock at 9:30 my car was still sitting there untouched. I ended up leaving. Not sure why they take appointments if they don t honor them.

I book appointment for a oil change online and went in the next day to find out it never was confirm and if I wait for my oil change it will be several hours and no appointments due to a staff shortage. So I went to Midas around the corner no wait in and out. So if you want a fast oil change no wait I highly recommend MIDAS

I recently (1 month) purchased two tires and road hazard on both of them. Now that I need my tire looked at there s NO APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING any more and they expect you to wait hours on end with no time frame of completion. Absolutely redundant and ridiculous.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had a great experience. Had to have a tire installed and an oil change. The were busy and told me 3 hours. I got some lunch and took an Uber home. About 3 hours later they called me and told me the car was done. No surprise charges when I was ready to pay. They did an excellent job, and didn't even move my seat! (It's the small things that matter). All the staff there were very nice and very helpful. They made a great impression and I will definitely be back! Thanks again,

Fantastic service and personnel.I have been using them for years Vlad one of the managers is above and beyond highly recommended!! And I recently had a great experience with Greg and Shawn the whole team makes this place awesome including mechanic Ram. They are honest and do a great job!! 5 stars all the way

Be advised there are scam artists working at this location.This business engages in wildly fraudulent practices, and lied about the services rendered unto my vehicle. I had to spend hours on the phone with both customer support and their legal department to resolve my issue of an employee holding my vehicle ransom for what was a routine tire change.Be wary of a manager named Vladimir who participated in the aforementioned activities. Be even more wary of an employee named Sean who pretends to be the manager when you ask to speak to one, and who attempted to add on unrelated multiple expenses prior to having examined the vehicle (thankfully Sean admitted to this over the phone line, which in turn allows for review by the regional manager).The sketchiest part was how team members and management at this location repeatedly wanted to resolve issues off the phone and out of earshot from other employees and off their recorded main phone line. Employees did everything in their power to have me only discuss my concerns with them privately, and away from earshot of other team members. This led to being told many different prices and issues, dependent on the individual I spoke with.My issue was only resolved once I was able to get corporate to conference call into this business (with me on the line), and directly tell them to stop ransoming my vehicle. My issue was resolved, I would like to escalate this further to ensure others are not also scammed, but I m not confident I ll receive follow up from the organization despite being promised I would (if I do, I will edit this review to reflect that).If the business responds to this with accusations of my specific case I have no problem further coordinating with their legal team and reviewing the recorded calls between me and representatives at this location.

They were extremely courteous and anxious to please on price. We had 4 tires delivered to them for mounting and alignment. They threw in front break pads for the same price. The car was ready 2 hours early and exactly as promised. I' don't know a lot about cars but I would use them again, readily.

Crooks! They did an $80 oil change and it barely lasted 3 weeks before running dry ...wrong last name on invoice, wrong mileage refuse to honor garantee. Not only that won't honor Car Advise for Fleet, won't honor appointments, keep cancelling them. Say it's all about running their business? Tell you to leave your car and no guaranty it will even be looked at. Nasty attitude from Mgr. Dishonest and crooked way to treat customers. Disgusting.

This place is excellent, Tom has help me out multiple times with my car. My new tire ripped as they were replacing the flat, then they replaced the whole tire with a new one on their own on their own dime. These people are amazing and when I eat multiple devices they help me any way they can. They are professional and reliable. Also busy so sometimes you have to leave the car there for a day if you need a lot of work done (but that's the same with any other busy service shop). I highly recommend these guys and the lash that works here is excellent as well.

I had such a great experience with the team at this location! I m always anxious to have anyone new touch my cars because South Florida is full of shady businesses. Honest people and great service goes a long way so I will definitely bring our cars here from now on.

I pulled in 15 minutes before closing with a flat tire. They were more than happy to help and plug the tire very quickly. The crew at Tires Plus were all super helpful and extremely nice. Will definitely go back for my car needs.

I have been going to Tires Plus for many years with the same vehicle and Vladimir is the primary reason why I keep going back. He makes the atmosphere very pleasant and inviting. He doesn't just push products and services on me. He educates and explains to me why the recommendation is important. Vlad truly goes out of his way to help the best that he can and I witness this with all of his customers. He is very passionate about his leadership role and I don't go to the Store if he is not there. Thank you Vlad for keeping my vehicle on the road! :)
