Stumbled on this kingdom just when I needed fresh tires. Parked and once I walked in I was greeted by Issac, he was able to not only answer all my questions, but truly go above and beyond to make sure I left with a whole set of new tires and an amazing deal! Service was quick but not too quick. Recommend this store location to anyone looking for tires at a great price!

Poor service!Disappointed with Cristian, the could not care less manager, and his crew. Showed up with a nail in the tire, was told 30 mins to 1 hr max to fix it, returned 90 mins later to find the car was not even started. Gently asked what was going on, told it was going to be the next one on, returned 20 mins later to see other cars had been taken on and mine was still where I left it. Asked the keys back and Cristian could not care less (borderline pleased to see a disappointed customer leaving!). A simple apology would have been enough for me (and I would have not written this review!) Arm yourself with patience if you want to use this shop.UPDATE. Store Manager promptly reached out to apologize and make it right. I could not answer (traveling) but happy to give them 4 star for the effort.

Excellent service! Been here twice and both times the employees were very helpful and kind.Isaac clearly explained everything and helped install tires that were the best bang for my buck. It felt like everyone was there to help pick the best options for the car within my budget. Highly recommend this store.

I had a what I believed was only a screw in my tire. When I pulled up Isaac was the one to attend me. He was very professional and cordial. The gentlemen at this location are very professional and efficient. Turns out that my tire needed to be replaced and they showed it to me right away. They gave me many options and were very clear with pricing and models. I will be coming here everytime for tires.

Wonderful experience at this location. Shout out to Christian and Issac who agreed to taking my car at the end of a long day near closing time. The guys ended up working after hours, yet did so while assuring me it was their pleasure to help. I don't find that level of service too often, but when I do I like spreading the news. Great prices and service. 5 star from me, thanks guys.

Staff is very friendly and outgoing at this location . Came in for an oil change Saturday got in done quick and fast , came back for a tire replacement and alignment Tuesday because tire wasn t in stock Saturday and I was in and out quick as well . Prices are always fair and they try not to overcharge and/or match prices . Also nothing is ever pressured on you like most places , where they try and tell you it s not safe , I wouldn t feel comfortable giving your car back like that etc . But talk to Ben , he s the one who ll take care of you .

I came in to get my tire patched after a nail embedded it and Isaac was extremely helpful with answering my questions. The staff were also extremely efficient and I did not have to wait long

First time doing an oil change at this place. I was pleasantly surprised by the price I had to pay for the oil change and most likely I would give them a good review for that. Unfortunately, my reviews are not only price based. Their customer service has some major work to do. Two front desk guys literally didn't allow me to leave until I leave them a good review. They were super aggressive to where I almost couldn't pay until I leave one. Good thing the reviews are subjects to change. This could be a place for me to come back,but definitely NOT coming back after such an aggressive approach. Literally two men were aggressively pushing for me to leave review before I pay or leave. Only cause me to stress out and I am on my last weeks of pregnancy! Terrible!!!

Ben & Isaac were amazing to work with. I was a waiter on a very busy Saturday morning. All I needed was one tire replaced due to road debris. They kept me updated when my vehicle was next in line and let me know when I had 10 minutes left to wait. I ll be back next week, because as a mechanics daughter I know to replace at least 2 tires every time. Thank you!

I have been coming to this location for years for oil changes and services needed for my vehicle. Today, I met with Alec, an assistant manager, and his professionalism is truly one of a kind. He is genuinely interested in helping the customer and is incredibly down to earth. It makes me want to continue coming to this location, because I know any issues will be resolved with attention to detail matched with an extremely kind personality. More businesses need people like Alec and the staff here. Grateful to have this wonderful shop in my corner! Big thank you to you, Alec, as well! :)

Got my Tesla model s plaid alignment and wheel balance done. Had vibration on my steering wheel and it's all fixed. These guys are sharp pretty cool and chill. Because of them I'm gonna hurt some more people feelings with my 0-60 in 2 seconds Model S.

I've been using this Tire Kingdom for many years. The staff is always pleasant and very truthful about expected timeframes for whatever service you are getting done. I've even seen them give discounts when the wait exceeds the quoted time.

This location has top notch service! I've now come in on two separate occasions several months apart to get two different tires patched up (South Florida roads are full of nails and screws apparently ), and both times they've taken me right in. I was in and out in less than an hour both times, and they did such a great job patching up my tires that neither one of them has lost 1 PSI since they fixed it!! I highly recommend this location!!

Brandon gave me good insider discounts for a new radiator after my car broke down at the airport. My radiator was leaking and I needed a new anti-freeze flush, then they discovered my brake pads were worn and needed replacement. They got all the work done quickly even after discovering more work to be done and I did not have to pay extra for the parts, just market price on the labor. I don t mind doing that because it is for the mechanics, but don t like when shops gouge you on the parts. Therefore I appreciate the insider treatment since I have done a lot of business with this location over the years.

Ben went above and beyond to help me get my two flat tires situated and even let me know that my front right tire needed to get replaced as well since it had a lump on it. He even gave me a discounted rate on all three tires and on the alignment required since I changed all tires in a short timespan. I only had enough to replace my two flat tires the first time I stopped by but he told me I could come another time and he would honor the discount he was giving me for the third tire and the alignment. Truly an immaculate experience I had. I will definitely be a regular at this Tire Kingdom. Thanks again!

I got a flat tire on a Sunday and was happy to see they were open on Sunday. Christian and Devin were the employees helping me out and they were both very kind. They showed me why I had to have the tired replaces vrs patched. Nice employees.

Alec was very helpful. I had a puncture I my tire. They were very busy but were able to make time to get my car repaired. I have been going to this location for a long time. Everyone I have ever dealt with have been great.
