I wish I had photos but will save for next time.Been here twice already, both times after storm damage .on my Ram truck. Each time the service and attention to detail was perfect from initial estimate to completion.Herman is a perfectionist and actually loves what he does, so he oversees all the work and it gets done right.On top of that I never felt any gouging on prices. Each visit was more than reasonable.If you need body work done, I highly recommend the shop for the work to be done.I will definitely revisit when I need work done on any of my vehicles.

If I could rate State Auto body 6 stars I would. I foolishly sideswiped a tree overhanging my driveway in my new KIA EV6 causing a nasty right rear dent. Herman gave me a very competitive repair bid and the job was completed flawlessly and on time in one week. I couldn t tell there had been any damage whatsoever and the paint blended perfectly. Too add to the job the car was returned detailed and immaculate. I would refer anyone with body work to this great gem of a shop!

My neighbor hit my 2020 Camry while it was parked on the street and moved it 10 ft. Since I have used State Auto Body before, I took it there the next day even thought they are 167 miles away. Herman and the crew does excellent work and goes above and beyond. My car has 64k miles and they did an excellent job. The back looks better than when I got it new. Their paint job is excellent. No rattles or sounds and the gaps are all even. I highly recommend.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Someone hit and run my Toyota Corolla. More than 10 years ago I was referred to State Auto Body by my son Charles Graham. It wasn t the first time using this business. Herman Cunha, the owner, and Livia, as always very kind, professional, and honest. Life happens in a lot of places and this happened to me in a parking lot at Publix. Not enough damage to warrant a call to my way-too-high Insurance company but more than enough damage to make me unhappy with the state of my new-to-me used car. Thank goodness I have a cousin who had a similar experience and found then recommended to me State Auto Body. They took some photos, sent me the estimate, which was fair, took my car in on Monday and had it back by Wednesday. I was worried that something wouldn't match, like the color or the way the parts fit together but they delivered my car like it never even happened. So I am going to forget that it did. I never want to go there again, for obvious reasons, but I'm glad they are there. Fast, friendly and honest. You can't do better than that.Service: Body & Trim

HONEST!!!!!!! FAIR!!!! GREAT WORK!!!! SIMPLY THE BEST!!!A few yrs back, I was searching for an auto body shop. My neighbor told me about State Auto Body. It was what my neighbor told me that convinced me to try State Auto Body.She told me that she had an insurance claim to repair her car. When she took her car to State Auto Body, she told the owner, Herman, that cost wasn't an issue because the insurance would be paying for the work. Instead of charging an astronomical fee for the job (as most would), Herman quoted a very reasonable price. He said he charged the same reasonable rate for the work!! It doesn't matter whether the payer has "deep pockets" or not. Herman's reasonable rates apply equally to all!! This was what convinced me to 1st try State Auto Body.Since that time, I've been taking my car to Herman for any & all auto body work. His rates are always reasonable & fair. They painted my car because the painting was old, I couldn't believe, it was like leaving the dealership, wonderful job, with all the details. Herman is very very precision, and honest and clean. I got into a silly parking lot accident and my bumper needed to be replaced. State Auto Body completed the repair in 4 days and did an incredible job. I was referred to State Auto Body by two very satisfied friends; Prior to this repair, I stopped in to have what I thought was a cracked back window and paint damage. Herman took one look and determined that it was simply gum residue, and within a couple of minutes, I drove out with a freshly waxed car, no damage, and saving thousands of dollars.This time I brought my car to State Auto with some body damage. The paint and finish were flawless. This is a luxury car and any flaw in the finish would have been obvious. I am so happy with the results.When you walk in for your estimate you will notice how spotless everything is. This will let you know that your car will be handled with extreme care. This is the second time we ve come to State Auto Body and received above and beyond service from Herman. We had minor damage to our front bumper which he repaired beautifully. I say it was above and beyond because he also touched up some nicks on our hood and faded paint on our driver s side front door. And all well within the original estimate. My first reaction to the cost of the repair-far less than another company. When I received my car back, I was more than delighted with the work-felt like I had a new car. And today I went back for a minor repair. Herman took care of it while I waited! I want to highly recommend State Auto Body. Someone sideswiped my 2017 Mazda CX5, and took off, so I had to self-pay to repair it. Naively, I first went to the dealer for an estimate, and they literally wanted 3 times what I paid at State Auto Body and they wanted to keep it 7-10 business days. I also got another quote from a name-brand repair shop, and they were also very high.Hamill Tire recommended me to State Auto Body, and I'm so glad they did. Herman and Livia were so easy to work with, and kept me well informed about the work that had to be done. The body repair was excellent, and the paint job looks tremendous. And the final price was lower than their estimate! I am very pleased with their work, customer service and pricing.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

State Auto Body is the best! I have been bringing my vehicles to Herman for over 10 years now. He has done work on several cars that I've owned, ranging from crashes to paint damage to parking lot dings/scratches. My family has also been coming to his shop for many many years. I would not trust anyone else to do work on my vehicle. I have moved away from FL and now reside in NC. Recently, someone side swiped my Mercedes C300 Sport at a parking lot and left a big gash. We waited until we drove down to FL to visit family to have Herman fix the car. Herman did a fantastic job. The side or the car looks perfect, you cannot even tell that it was ever damaged. Herman even took the time to fix other dings on the car. The quality of his work is amazing. Above that, he is an honest, hard-working, stand-up guy who takes a great deal of pride in his business and work. I would recommend State Auto Body to anyone I know!

I recently damaged my rear bumper and was looking for a repair shop. I remember a friend a few years back went to State Auto body shop and had a great experience. I drove over and was greeted by Herman as soon as I pulled up. He gave me a fair quote and timeline for the repair. Herman is a honest professional no pressure type guy. When I dropped the car off and mentioned I was walking home he offered me a ride. He did a great job on my car and had it ready a day earlier then he promised. I would definitely recommend State and will use them again if needed!

It has been over 20 years since I have been using State Auto Body. I was recommended to Herman when I needed body work done on my car. When I picked up my vehicle; boy was I surprised! I could not even see that the car had been damaged. Not only does Herman take pride and have integrity in every job he does; he is fair and honest with every quote. Which is not common these days. You can always feel assured when you leave State Auto Body that you have been treated more than fairly. Trust is always a key factor when dealing with anything that involves cars. I have used Herman's shop repeatedly over the many years as well as recommend many clients who have been more than satisfied. He always goes the extra mile. It is amazing to see an individual who takes such pride and take such care in what he does. The shop is immaculate and organized. The employees are always very polite, cordial, and helpful. If you are looking for a body shop you will have stupendous results, trust, and have peace of mind - State Auto Body is my utmost recommendation. I have not enough positive things to say about State Auto Body and Herman the owner.

Hello to all reading this My car was in a wreck recently . A friend of mine recommended I get an estimate from State Auto Body. I was going to go to at least one more place but didn't after just meeting Herman the owner. I liked him immediately. The whole experience from dropping my car off to picking it up was the best you could ask for. Herman was very professional, kind and caring. I knew right away he loved what he does and really wants to make his customers happy. They even gave me a lift to the rental car place after I gave him my car to repair. I was so surprised when he said my car was ready after just 10 days! When I picked it up I was so HAPPY because it looked better then the day I bought it! Gods honest truth. His body shop guys went above and beyond on my car. They did and INCREDIBLE paint and repair on my car. I drove away one happy man. I highly suggest getting your car repaired here, you will not be disappointed. First Class job. It could not of been any better looking. Five stars for sure Paul M

This is a mom-and-pop family business, and you will be treated here as family. The wonderful people of State Auto Body will go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the job. Quality is simply superb: my friend who spent his life around cars couldn't even locate what part of the car was worked on. Original paint and parts have been used. The job was done in minimally possible time, as promised. And I didn't even mention the unbelievably fair pricing yet. Herman and his staff at State Auto Body, Inc. are amazing!!! I needed bumper repair, was referred to State Auto Body by Autobahn Performance, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I couldn't recommend this place more - Howard is amazing.One of my brothers brought in another brother's low-riding BMW in to repair its bumper cover which was violated by one of Florida's aggressively high parking bumper stops. He repaired it flawlessly while we waited and charged us almost nothing.I came to visit the owner and did exactly the same thing. Brought it to Herman who again repaired it while we waited. I told him we were going to sell the BMW and he pulled up his app and researched the value right there.I wish Herman worked near me, he's so great.And if you're interested in buying a 2013 BMW 335i with only 24k miles on it, call State Auto Body!

I can't speak highly enough of Herman and his company. They are friendly, good at what they do and are very reasonable on price. Someone hit my car and Herman worked with my insurance company to without me having to handle details. The car came out great. I have been back to Herman for a couple of different tweaks unrelated to the accident and each time, he has been great to work with.

I was introduced to State Auto Body by my wife and her family who has been going there for a very long time. Herman (the owner) did an outstanding job fixing our car that was involved in a parking lot hit & run. The color matching & repair was perfect, looks just like when we first purchased the car.
