Nice people that work here but not a great job. Armor all was halfway done on my dash I had to circle back around. I came home and had to wipe the inside of my car down bc the armor all was so splotchy. Even the tire shine was splotchy? Only one tire was done properly. I m not usually one to write a bad review but when I pulled in I wasn t expecting $80 for a drive thru car wash and spray wax. I paid the same amount for a hand wash, wax and interior by Traffic wash and they did an amazing job. I ll continue to use them instead

Although its a busy location the service is On Point. A little patience (extra 5-10 min only) will get you a great wash with very friendly service. We bring our personal and work cars here. UPDATE: 02/09/2024 Another day of EXCELLENT service here! Both Jose the Manager and Charlton the Detail Manager, provided a great experience and top notch services. My SUV was in baaad shape when I came in. Dirt and dog hair (Australian Shepherd) everywhere. It came back looking Brand New after a 40 min detail. I wish I had a before picture. We've been bringing our cars, trucks and work vans to both this location and the Plantation one for years. They've always provided amazing work and friendly service for great prices. . I have always enjoyed Sparkling Image car wash. But they have changed and it is now a drive through yourself, park where guided and then walk back to the office to pay. Their price is no cheaper, but I can get the same service cheaper at other places. They forgot about the customer experience.

I have been very happy with the service and friendly staff at this location for four years. Recently, the management has de used to reduce staff and eliminate the drivers needed to qualify as a full service car wash. Now, at full service prices, the intake system has changed. Not for the better. The line and amount of time waiting to get into the wash is ridiculous. There is no longer a full service option. You now have to drive your own car through the wash and the leave the car at the end to have the interior partially wiped down. I had to ask the attendant for a rag to wipe my own seats on my last three visits.I will driving out of my way to the location in Pompano Beach to get the full service I pay for with my monthly membership. Let's see it that location still knows the meaning of customer service.

Worth every penny including the tip. Fast, professional and easy!They went above and beyond for me, my car battery died while trying to pick up the car. They jumped me and I was able to go get it replaced right away. Thanks again!!

This is always my go to car wash. But I had an unfortunate incident where a neighbor put a sticker on my car driver side window. I used goo gone to try to get it off and it didn't take it all. SERGIO took his time and got it all off for me. I'm sooo thankful. Sergio was so kind and told me he was happy to help. Thank you Sergio and sparkling car wash!!!

I paid for a blowout service and detail. Usually this takes about 45 minutes, today, clearly they just took my money and gave me a regular wash and dry. After reclining the seats, in which they did NOT vacuum, I see this area wasn t even touched, so had to go back and have the seats vacuumed again. Today the car wasn t blown out, nor was the interior properly cleaned or detailed. I just left saying, lesson learned.I asked the young man in charge outside, why wasn t my car in the back where in the past it was blown out, he said, sometimes it s done in the front when the back has to close down. This will be the last time I bring my cars here for sure!! If you use this service, inspect your car before you leave. Go to another car wash if you want a proper blowout and detail.

I love coming here. They re super dog friendly. They provide treats for your fur friends. I ve been a member here for almost a year now. I think or longer. Everyone is so sweet. Also my car always looks fresh on the outside and inside. If you have any concerns they take care of right away.

I recently had my car washed, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the service! Not only did they do an excellent job cleaning my car inside and out, but Jose Becerra was also incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for top-notch service and a sparkling clean car!

We are here now waiting, for what seems forever. It s been several minutes and no one has touched our car after driving through your self serve? The water spots have dried on. The car had bugs on front and windshield. Couldn t ask anyone to pre scrub or treat prior to running through. We will address with whoever decides to work on the car?

This car wash is awesome. Friendly, respectful and always makes customers happy. A big shot out to the Manager Carlos and also to the rest of the management team. I do admit some employees at the entrance of the car wash should not work in that area. They definitely need customer service training. Overall I rate Sparkle Car Wash an A plus..

Spent $80 to get my car cleaned after a camping trip, told them about the bugs and the dog hair that needed to be cleaned. Attendant assured me that it would get it all clean. When I finally got my car, it still had bugs on the front and they broke one of my windshield wipers! The staff was very nice but the assistant manager just brushed it off saying nothing they could do about it! He gave me the regional managers number.

Was my 2nd time in and was not that happy with the 1st visit. Almost looked like it hadn t been vacuumed out. I should have said something, I didn t . Went back and bought the Monty package hoping my 1st visit was not typical. I was increasingly with. Sergio attention to detail. If I can request him when I come in I will be doing that. Great job Sergio.

I've been coming here for some time. The attention to detail is phenomenal and the staff is very friendly. I recently had an issue and the manager Jose addressed it and corrected it in a timely manner. I would recommend coming here for all of your wash and detail needs.

Detailing is not their thing, second time and last I m coming here. I asked the guy who gives me the receipt if they can do some detailing, and he said yes is okay. I was exited but they missed a lot, like ridiculous. And on top of that they put a liquid in one of my carpets and now it has a stain, it s like you paying for nothing

By far great customer service, the managers Victor and Fabiana will go the extra stuff in order to have a satisfied customer regardless of the situation!!!!Great service advisor explain everything in detail, very kind and helpful and outgoing crew... So if you're looking for a car wash today don't settle for the rest go to the best...El CarWash... Nob Hill in sunset strip next to 711....

Total imbeciles at this location. I've been a member for over a year without any major hiccups. Recently, an employee at this location placed my rubber mat on my gas pedal and informed me my car was ready to go. Due to all the noise, I didn't hear the engine revving to 4000 rpm due to the gas pedal nearly touching the floor because of the incorrect mat placement. This almost caused me to crash into another vehicle. After bringing it to management's attention, they blamed me for entering the car without a (manager) informing me it was ready to go. I was informed by a non-English-speaking employee that the car was ready. Be careful at this location ...

This place was quite the operation! They offer a ton of different services to get your car nice and clean. I was really impressed at how efficient their operations were. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I honestly thought it was going to take a lot longer than that since there were a lot of cars ahead of me.Plenty of room indoors and outdoors to wait for your car. I got the $35 package for exterior and interior cleaning. I would give it 5 stars but felt the interior could ve been more polished.Overall great experience!

The car wash experience here has definitely gone downhill in the past couple years. I do find that the location in Plantation provides much better service and a much better wash. At this location, the cleanliness of your car will depend on the operator or the detailer that you are assigned. There is no consistency.It's a roll of the dice.

I was at your car wash on Federal Hwy. I have 2020 Buick Encore, they loaded the car behind me too soon and it ran into the back of car and literally pushed it thru the car wash. I was watching the entire thing and started screaming to stop the machine. Finally a couple of guys came running and got my car out. I did not find any damage and the owner of the other car said it was ok. It was a terrible experience. Your workers need to pay more attention. The manager stated the car probably came off the tracks. No one was watching!! I have been upset all day I wonder how often this happens and customer are not aware. I have been in a lot of car washes and never had an experience like todayI

I was very upset that day; I had just lost my job. I pull up and asked if I could get a car wash for $20 bucks. He said, "Sure." Tears streaming done my face; he told to have faith...everything is going to be okay. When the wash wash finished, I pulled into the detail section and told the guy I can't tip because I just lost my job. He told the other guy to give good "wipe-down" anyway. I felt better.

Excellent service. I have been a customer for over 5 years. Saw immediate improvement in the speed of the car wash process when Jose joined as the manager. He listened to my concerns and made immediate changes. Fantastic response!

I received excellent care today at the Fort Lauderdale location. I am a frequent customer and it has been noticed how customer service has improved, especially vehicle delivery times. I met Jos� (Manager) and he answered a concern he had. I hope to return to his store soon.

It was a fast and easy experience. We got the exterior #2 I believe and the car is still beautifully clean and shiny.It also came with the 5 day opportunity to come back in case it rains. Very nice experience, only thing I d say could add to the experience are some cool lights in the wash tunnel lol

So, this is a pretty good car wash. They are usually very quick, provide friendly service, and they do a mostly good job with cleaning the car. We enjoy the unlimited wash package which is a good value if you was your car weekly. Even on weekends when it backs up, they do a good job of moving the line through quickly. It can be a little hit or miss with how well they clean the inside with the full service. Waiting area is clean and pleasant, and they offer a small selection of snacks and coffee.
