Was told bring my car they do great work, first off I had compound residue all over back of my car, they sanded down to much area accident was in so now my car paint dull in that area, I don't smoke and one of the employees smoked in my car when they supposedly detailing my car nothing was clean, yes I know this post little late in but every time I look at my car I truly regret bringing it there, next time I'll use impressive auto body.worst part never called to see what I thought and how it looked, had to spend more money getting residue off my car. Wasn't worth my time

Pictures from before and after. Friendly staff and the job was done in 1 day! Front Bumper replaced and painted, hood fixed, back bumper repainted. I recomend them 100%.

I would recommend this shop for all your body repair or painting needs whether your vehicle is New or a classic. Protect your investment from unskilled workmanship that includes some automotive dealers. I was referred to Platinum Collision by a large automotive restoration company in the city. The reason for the referral is the restoration shop did not have the expertise to complete the repairs on my vehicle. I made an appointment with the owner of Platinum Collision, (Jimmy ) to discuss my repairs. His professional attitude and knowledge was impressive. I had repairs completed and was very pleased with the results. I myself have in the past been involved in the body repair business and do know that a shop is only as good as the manager and their employees. I got my car done there about a month ago. They reworked by car, where someone had previously messed it up. He promised me that he wouldn't go above a certain price for me and didn't, kept me updated every single day with pictures and had it done within 5 days despite it being a complicated problem to be fixed. Not only did they do an amazing job fixing my car (looks brand new) but they also were terrific people to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone!Service: Painting

We were referred here to see Jimmy for body work and specialty painting to our son's car. Jimmy was honest, transparent on the expectations, time and cost. Jimmy kept us updated on all progress not only with text/calls, but also with pictures. His office was clean, and his Office Manager Mariam was also a delight to speak with. I ve been weary about mechanics and body shops for quite some time. I took my sons car to PCI after a fender bender - his car was sideswiped. I didn t want to use insurance to repair the vehicle. Platinum was VERY fair. I shopped the repair cost and reviews at a hand full of body shops prior to making a commitment to PCI. They did a great job! They were clear in what was needed and handled the repairs in less than 4 days! Jimmy ( I think the owner) and his crew earned my respect.
