I would give 1 trillion negative stars if I could. I had an ac core replaced at this location. When I picked up my 2015 GMC Terrain the front inside interior was damaged beyond belief. The Pep Boys employee that did the work basically trashed the front interior while removing the seats and dash to replace the ac core. The damage was in the thousands and some parts can't be replaced or repaired. It's been a nightmare dealing with the claim with Pep Boys and not one time has anyone with Pep Boys reached out to me for an apology!!! Pep Boys has taken care of some damages and provided me with a rental car at their expense but not without a fight. I am seeing legal and will reach out to the local media to expose the kind of work this location provides and how they dealt with my issue. In my opinion this is vandalism at its worst by a Pep Boys employee and will see if legal thinks criminal charges should be brought against the employee and Manager. Personally I will never use Pep Boys again for anything and will let everyone I know and meet what happened to me. Thank God I videoed and took pictures of my vehicle before dropping it off at Pep Boys the day they took possession of my vehicle.Update. 2/28/24. I have been try to reach out to Rhonda with Pep Boys for the last 10 days trying to get everything resolved and of course they are totally ignoring all my emails. I even copied 2 others at Pep Boys and still no response! No surprise since this is how I have been treated from the start. Guess it s time to let legal and the media handle it if I can t get a response soon!

I have been here for over 4 hours and counting. I just have a nail in my tire... I will never in my life come here ever a again. The workers are nice but the wait for this is outrageous. Just want to share my current experience with this place.

Great job, on time. Why dnt put computer to reset low pressure tires after new ones installed? No always sensors like tech said. You must reset with the computer. It won't take time to do it, it's call excell service.

The work team provides good customer service. I don't have a bad experience. The sales team and the mechanics all provide good customer service. Aldo is a good leader.

Got new tires here recently and the service was fantastic. When I ordered the tires, Aldo helped me and took the time to run through tires prices and warranty options available. Will be back again when the time for new tires arises.

Took over 3 hours to change out one tire, rotate and balance and alignment. Not to mention it took over a week to just get the tire. I called daily and was always placed on hold for long periods of time. There is no communication between staff and customers.

Juan and team listened to my concerns, allowed me to take a test drive with the mechanic assigned to my job so that we could discuss the concerning noise I needed addressed. Technician was helpful. Repairs addressed the issue. Solid communication throughout the process.

I went into the Fort Lauderdale location on sunrise Boulevard, and was treated rudely by the manager when I explained to him that I had signed the contract without prejudice. Him having no idea what, without prejudice entails, Begins to argue with me and explain to Me that $435 for two tires is not exorbitant. Before I paid for the tires, I asked if there was a Warranty Came with the tires. His replay was yes ! I will never go back to Pep Boys again. They do not honor their warranties.

About 2 months ago I got my battery replaced here and honestly the experience was FABULOUS, the guys were able to help me out, broke the numbers down for me, I got my replacement and I moved on., but what happened about 4 days ago made me never want go back to this establishment ever again.I got my engine light on my Nissan versa 2021 which as a young woman was a pretty scary moment so since I had a good experience before here I decided to go back there and see if they could help me out.Upon my arrival, no one was at the counter, everyone was in the back so I waited until someone came in, (honestly terrible idea for the employees to leave their phone and wallet on top of those counter unsupervised so anybody to grab but anyways) after maybe 10 minutes someone finally comes inside, Mr. Kevin, that only expressed annoyance by my presence, I introduced myself explained to him my situation even showed him a picture of the error I was getting and asked for some guidance. I knew all they needed to do was to connect a computer to my car see the error and go from there but I assume Mr Kevin was far too busy and too annoyed with me coming in 2 hours before closing to do such thing. Mind you, I do not mind paying for a service, whatever price that may be but since I was such a bother to Mr Kevin after I explained to him my problem that in the rudest tone the worst way possible basically told me to go kick rocks because he had no time for me. All I asked him to do was to connect his computer to my car to see the error so I would know how to proceed but seems like those 5 minutes not only were very hard for him to do but also would COST YOU $170! I told Mr kevin that the way he spoke to me was very disrespectful that I am a paying customer, and I may not know crap about cars but that in no way shape or form allowed him to speak to me in such disrespectful way, he started talking over me and I told him that I knew of other place that could do the soft pull of the error, which is all I wanted, for free but instead I chose to come to PEP BOYS from previous experience, so he basically continued disrespecting me and I walked away from the situation because I was not going to let a man talk to me in such way.In conclusion, go at your own risk and if you see Mr Kevin be sure to not bother him.

If I could give this a negative review and speak to a regional manager I would. I take my car in for a routine oil change and it comes back making this atrocious noise. I take it back the next day and they have the audacity to tell me it s because my car has a lot of miles on it? I ve had this car for over 10 years and taken exceptionally well of it so no sir it s not because it has a lot of miles on it. I understand the oil change wouldn t have caused the noise but because that was the only common denominator in regards to me hearing this noise after and not before the oil change in 10 years of having the car I suggest you try and help me fix it. Very unhelpful and if I knew who to speak with in regards to upper management I would. 0 stars and will never go back here and would not recommend anyone go here with car trouble unless you want more problems that they ll in turn blame on the miles of your car. SCAM.

They were up front and honest. It is very difficult to find a good auto shop these days, Pep boys on flaggler and sunrise Blvd is one of the very few shops in South Florida that have good honest people working there.

Price was fine, but I was told 45 minutes for a battery change and it took them 3 hours. Every time I asked they said it would be done in 20-30 minutes.

Great experience as usual. I've used them frequently over the years for tire replacement, and tire issues in the past. They've taken great care of me and my car. If there's a problem, they're quick to fix it. The shop looks great now too after the overhaul. O'Neil is a stand up guy. Great pricing on installs for tires, better than anyone else local, and very fast!

3 hours to change a flat. Guys were too busy hiding around the corner and texting. Appt says 30 mts. I showed up early. I suggest you use someone else.

ORIGINAL Post, 5:35 p.m.: SLOW, SLOW, SLOW!! Over 3 HOURS to get a tire leak plugged, and it's not done yet!!We returned here to get a LEAK in ONE tire plugged, because they installed them and there was a Road Hazard Guarantee.1st REVISION:3.5 HOURS LATER(!!!) we discover they CONFUSED our WHITE 2022 Accord Hybrid Touring Sedan with 19 inch wheels for A BLACK 2014 Accord COUPE that needed FOUR NEW TIRES!!!OUR TIRES ARE 3 MONTHS OLD, BUT the Tech MIXED UP TWO HONDA ACCORD KEYS, so he UNMOUNTED ALL 4 OF OUR NEARLY-NEW TIRES, AND REPLACED THEM . . .WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S TIRES!So now we need to wait for him to unmount and remount 4 TIRES, again, and hopefully fix the original leak.Unfuckingbelievable.2nd REVISION, FOUR (4) HOURS after service was started:I am called to the service area and told one tire was plugged to repair a puncture, but a SECOND tire ALSO has a SCREW in it at the edge of the sidewall, so it probably can NOT be repaired. Tire is less than 3 months old! Mgr told me that if I wanted to replace it now, he would give me the tire 50% off, for my trouble.I really just wanted to get out of there, and I didn't know if I had a replacement warranty from Tire Rack, so I tried to be polite and asked him to just plug them both so I could leave. Went back inside and a few minutes later, it is done, and he tells me that he has replaced the damaged tire for free because of the mistake, trouble, extra wait, etc. He gave me the original tire in case I can get a refund or replacement from Tire Rack.Glad about how the Mgr made this right, so I revised my 1-star review to 3 stars.

Excellent Pep Boys Auto Parts and Service Center store. The Service Center staff are knowledgeable, polite and professional. The parts store staff are equally polite, knowledgeable and professional. The store contains a Lyft and Hertz Rental center. The store is in a good location, plenty of parking with easy access to the store.

i had a 3:30 appointment to change 2 tires and did not get my car until after 6 pm. i asked for updates several times while in the waiting room. appointments should be prioritized over walk ins and they should limit the amounts of appointments so people don't wait so long. unfortunately i won't be returning.

The car is 1,5 years old. BMW 2022, a warning came up to change the brake pads.I went to the guys and they counted both front and rear brake pads and disks in the end the sum of 2000$... it's very funny! In the end I went to the official service and they changed the front brake pads for $500. Be careful you will be cheated here!

Told 1 hour as an estimate for a tire change, 3 1/2 hours for a tire change instead. Also charged my card twice and gave me the wrong invoice for a different car. Store manager Aldo was a douchebag as well, would NEVER go back here.

I had a set of tires mounted and balanced here. I ordered the tires through TireRack and got a great deal on the install at this PepBoys. I showed up early and waited on the service. They have a nice waiting room but it is next to where they store the tires so I smells like new tires. Not a big deal for me but it might be for others, so instead of waiting get a ride. They did not try to sell other services to me, they got the job done and I was out.

My 2013 Nissan Sentra went in for a drive belt replacement and came out with a myriad of additional issues that have still not been resolved. My car was at pep boys for 14+ days total. Today they couldn t be bothered to even take a look at my vehicle. I wouldn t recommend this store to my worst enemy.

Brought my car in this morning for a tune up, specifically requested it with my oil change as I noted my car was running louder than normal - asked them to specifically look into it. Stated to please call me when it was finished. Called back 6 hours later wondering if it was done and they apparently just finished but never called. Went back to the location and to my surprise the only thing that was done was an oil change (not to mention they added a fuel cleaner that I was unaware of nor requested - apparently it was part of the package that I do not recall purchasing) and did not check anything else. Idk why I brought my car here if they were just going to ignore my requests and spend a FULL DAY doing a simple oil change. I guess I ll have to take it elsewhere to be properly serviced at the customers request. Won t be returning

Just had to get tires replace. I brought my own tires to change. They charged me $120 just to change the tires. No biggie. But to take over 2 hours to change tires and they didn't even do an alignment, that I don't like. I would choose a different place first before spending your whole day to do this simple task.

Stay away from the Kumho tires. I've replaced 9 tires in a two year period. Although they have pro rated me based on my tire tread warranty. It's still insane to go through that many tires. Over all staff is great but expect a 3hr plus waiting period for 4 tire installation with alignment.
