The service was outstanding. Very fast and professional. I highly recommend using open road rv service.Mario Martinez was super knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the electrical problem and repaired it very fast and correct. He worked safely and efficiently. I feel much more confident now that I have open road service to back me up with future issues.

What a complete scam. $320 for $2 worth of coil cleaner. Never again. If you are an American please don t do this. Let them rip the Quebec folks a new one. Don t let them do this to you. Shame on you. Pics are from after he left when I told this guy my husband just got diagnosed with leukemia. Way to look out for a fellow American there, pal.

Ac compressor was not running. Called open road. I asked if the tech has parts for Dometic air conditioners. I was told yes they have parts on truck. Tech arrives looks directly at the problem puts cap back on it. (Thermo contact on compressor). Puts ac cover back on and knees the cover as he stood up breaking the cover(280$). Comes down tells me the compressor is shot I need a new unit 2600$. I contact Dometic they advised me to get 2nd opinion at an authorized dealer k&k. I advised open road I will get 2nd opinion so Dometic would cover under warranty. Take it to K&K tech went on roof 2 minutes later came down with the bad part. Went inside got the part 10 minutes total time unit was up and running for 100$ parts and labor. I called open road to get them to replace the cover the tech broke. Their response was they are honest people and told me I'm lying about the tech breaking the cover and the unit working. To sum up stay away from these "honest" scam artist. 270$ service call 320$ broken cover I'm out 590$ by calling them.

Complete scam! Paid $600 to replace $50 device, and despite admitting they provided defective part, these clowns demands another $287 to tell me that! Do not call them, going somewhere else will save you a lot of money and time!

Called 9.30 am as we had an electric problem and was told technician would be there sometime between 11am and 1pm but Mario came early and found the problem and fixed it and was gone by 10.45am. Awesome experience and would definitely use again and recommend. Thank you so much.

Contacted the office with details happy to pay the service fee if they had the part that melted. A simple small part they would not check to make sure this was on hand before a 250 dollar call out and saying most parts would be generic or ordered . Really simple if you don t have the part that was smoking there s no point in me paying for you to come out can you check with this part number . No sir you can t pay to have a come out and see if he has it then. 1out of 10 do not recommend.

Amazing experience again with Mario and Open Road RV!! Mario is very knowledgeable, tidy and helpful and every small and big repair has been addressed and repaired beyond what I expected.The way the office took my issues and called my warranty company and dealt with everything was very professional and made my life so easy ! Mario did an absolutely amazing job servicing my AC unit on my mobile dog grooming truck. It was very over due and he did a great job getting it cleaned out and running smoothly again. He was Very efficient and professional and gave me some tips at home to maintain it inbetween appointments which was much appreciated! Will definitely be using his services moving forward, Thanks again Mario!!

I highly recommend Mario Martinez from Open Road. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. I was able to get the tech out same day which was awesome too! He and Open Road are my 1st choice for any rv repair I need.

Requested service for a leak under a slide. Technician showed up on time. Visually inspected a few parts of the slide. Recommended I add slide toppers and reroute the gutters. Charged $250 for nothing. The following day we had more rain leak in, so I called back for another service call. Lady stated it was closed and nothing else cold be done. I was forced to call another service company, and they found a missing screw head on the slide and the leveling system was not Levelleling camper accurately, not allowing water to drain properly. Several rain storms, no water. Problem fixed! Don't use this company. Mario, the service technician also stated he never went to an an rv tech school as well, he learned on the road.

I asked for an ac "seal" to be replaced, it had recently had a new roof and the seal leaked.Open road sends a guy to do a "diagnosis" and charges for the visit without doing the job.Now they want to be paid, before they will order the gasket or do any of the work... so I paid for a service and got nothing but grief.

This business is a rip off!!! I booked in for an annual A/C inspection & servicing and was quoted $249. I thought ok - that s expensive but they must do a thorough job! The technician came and was very nice - he spent roughly 30 minutes total getting on the roof, testing the amp, brushed off the coils, then came inside and said that my unit was very clean and didn t really need anything. $250 was my bill for him not really doing anything. I feel completely ripped off. The technician was nice - very chatty but I am not impressed with Open Road RV repair prices and overall job! I will never call them again unless I m desperate to get something fixed and they are the only RV repair place around. Total rip off - $250 for 30 minute job in which he used a ladder, drill and a amp meter And a nylon brush. When I called the office to complain about the outrageous price I just paid they were apologetic that I wasn t happy but did Nothing about it. So here is my honest review - never book with these guys!!!!

A gentleman showed up on time and very knowledgeable. Figured out my issue right away and fixed it quickly and was on his way. Would recommend!!
