My Volvo S60 2.5T was towed to this location for a serpentine belt, due to vandalism!!!Abe was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional speaking to me about exactly what to expect for pricing and time frame to receive my Car back.After my vehicle sat in my carport for several months being vandalism by intoxicated neighbors stealing my car and home for their housing and drug abuse & driving it ...in Weston, Davie, Plantation and Sunrise, Fort Lauderdale to my ex-husband home. Police told me I needed video... Why?? People's word doesn't mean anything to The Police Teams here.No telling how many disabled or regular people have been repeatedly robbed without being caught Thank goodness this extremely excellent car repair service is available to locals and tourists for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Area!Do not go to Meinike, Tire Kingdom or Valvoline for any reason! They are Crooks that physically attack their customers!I recommend Mercedes Service Center for your vehicle repairs!Thank you Abe and mechanics!!! God's prayers be with you!Constance V.

I had a rear brake issue in my AMG. The franchise couldn't get me in for at least 3 weeks, and neither could CarMax where I bought it. These guys got it in the same day, fixed it for far less than the dealership, and got me back on the road in the same day. Abe was efficient and courteous. No bells and whistles, just friendly, efficient service, and fair prices. I'll be back!

I was referred to this place from a friend of mine who was also tired of getting ripped off at the dealership. They were super friendly, honest, fair prices, didn't try to upsell me anything, and repaired my car quickly while I waited in their private waiting area which was clean :) I also asked them about a price for services A and B for my car and they are more reasonable than anywhere I've ever taken my Mercedes. Highly recommend!Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

I had a sensor issue with my Mercedes. The dealer wanted $ 2000. A friend recommended this auto shop. I spoke to Michale, assume he was the owner. He was very knowledgeable. When I got the proposal. It was $1450. And got my car back faster than the dealership. I dont normally take the time to review. But I was impressed.

I hired MSC to do a vehicle inspection and fix the convertible top on a CLK500 in October 2015. They gave the car a clean bill of health. The guy I spoke with on the phone even told me that the convertible top looked brand new. When I went to purchase the car (BEST PRICE DEALERS), the convertible top was folding outwards from the glass window. When I returned the car to California, my mechanic told me that I needed a new top because the "folding" was a sign of wear. In other words, the top was NOT near new, it was very worn. Oh well, live and learn.Service: Vehicle Inspection

OK, where do I start. I m not one to really go out on the net and leave reviews, but I had to express and comment about the great experience it was working with Mike and the rest of his team at Mercedes Service Center.Not only were they extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They showed a simple quality that made me a forever customer Integrity .Their honesty showed that they have strong moral and ethical principles, and it has created a piece of mind for me that has promoted a relationship of trust.Tie that with excellent service, and I am very grateful, and fully recommend Mercedes Service Center for service on any vehicle.

These guys are the most honest respectable repairman in the area. You do not need to have a Mercedes to have them work on your car. You will pay half even less than what you would pay at the actual repair shop. They are fast with their service and response back to you. They are also not pushy, they will let you know if something needs to be repaired either right now or in the future to keep an eye out for it. We now take all of our cars to this repair shop. The nice part is the friendly people also. The last thing you want to deal with is a broken down car and they really are always smiling and will try to make your day a little bit better. I'm on my third Mercedes. This is the only place I'll go for service. I trust that they'll do what needs to be done and they'll do it the way it needs to be done. These guys are simply the best. They are true german vehicle specialists. I have been taking my Audi there for the last 2 years after they came highly recommended by a friend of mine who drives a BMW.Honesty, knowledge, trust, superior service, superior customer service, integrity and affordable pricing are just a few of the things they offer.To say I love these guys is an understatement. I am grateful and thankful for their very existence.

They are reasonable, attentive and fast. If you have a Mercedes and are tired of high Dealer service fees and repairs this is the place to come to. Be sure and ask for Mike. They have taken care of two cars for our family and we have always felt like we were treated fairly and competently.CJ

3 times my car had been broken for the same thing it was there for a repair 15 minutes after I left this ship. Once, it happens. 2 is a coincidence. 3 times is a pattern. They even demanded that I pay them again for the the same things they repaired it. They are sloppy and unprofessional. There are better small businesses around to give your money to.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

My car had been over heating for weeks and I brought it to multiple shops which just couldn t get the job done properly. When I brought my car here I was assisted by Leo. He was very helpful, polite and very informative as well. He even managed to cheer me up while I was frustrated with the car situation. Very helpful young man and I really appreciate his help. Thanks Leo! My car is running like a champ again.

Super long story short this place by far beat my expectation! first great mechanic experience. they got my warranty to cover over $4000 in damages when Mercedes was telling me to pay smh i will take my cars here from now on...mike and the tech know what they're doing. thanks!

I brought my 1999 SL500 in for engine noise. This car is my baby, only has 30k miles on it. In the inspection they found another issue and if not taken care of it would have been a major issue down the road. I'm very picky on who is going to work on the SL500. I have to say I am very pleased with the work that was done and the preventative mesures taken so I have no worries down the road. Thanks Mercedes Service CenterService: Engine repair

I've been going to this location for about 3 years with two different vehicles, and it's the only place I've found that I enjoy taking my car to. Excellent customer service , friendly & professional atmosphere. . Great family people who don't try to con or upsell you. I've never been talked down to and have always gotten questions answered without any BS. The wait times they've given have always been on target. *****

Absolutely horrible mechanics I ve worked on Mercedes-Benz my entire life. I worked there for less than a week. Scam artists. Do not ever bring your car here unless you want to be lied to or way overcharged. They don t even have proper equipment

They are great! I never feel ripped off - their prices are reasonable and they have fantastic customer service. I wish I discovered this place sooner. Don t waste your time at the dealership repair shop - you ll want to go here!

Had a problem with the A/C in my Mercedes. Called him up, asked me to come by in 45 minutes and had me out 45 minutes after that. The place was busy but still fit ne in.

Had car troubles and saw this shop and pulled in. Was hoping they can work on my mustang even though it's a Mercedes service center. Not only did they fix my car, they were extremely nice and knowledgeable. Would go there again for any issues or car upgrades.

WE CHANGED WHAT WE COULD SEE Terrible I took my car to be inspected for another reason which they still did not fix. After waiting there a hour the reception guy comes back and calls me out showing me parts as if I went to mechanic class with him. Stating in order for me to check your car I have to fix the belt and pulli (how ever you spell that).What happens is the mechanic drives your car or just mine so only God knows if he went under there and did that just to get a sale (unbelievable?) well believe it s possible. So now out of a state of emergency I say fix it, only for the parts that they fixed to be running in correspondence with another part which they did not take the time or care to look for.Before he handed me my keys he says don t drive your Car like that TO LONG it will over heat which after changing the part I think they realized what would happen. After leaving their shop getting on the expressway which is walking distance to their location my car over heated. Imagine that lol I just left the mechanic and I have to pull over all the way from oakland to Sheridan st because the parts they changed caused my car to over heat. DISCLAIMER BEFORE TAKING MY CAR THERE EVEN WITH THE ISSUE I HAD MY CAR DID NOT OVER HEAT WHICH IS DIFFERENT FROM MY ORIGINAL ISSUE.So taking my car to a more careful mechanic which I should have done to begin with they inform me that they changed parts to a system leaving one part not repaired causing over heating. I called to ask and inform them on this issue literally the next day and he begins to put the blame on me classically I called you and showed you well we only changed the parts that we could see my guy drove the car and it did not over heat on him well if he only drove around the corner and not extensively or let the car run that s not much of a distance to check a car properly. My guess is they knew that was going to happen and wanted me to comebackSo seeing that he is clearly making their carelessness my fault and how hostile he began to get i simply said I don t want to argue and he hangs up even before I did lol so professional. Proceed at your own risk or out of desperation you may have luck

In addition to every one who rated this business with a one star everything is true...I had my car serviced here and I will never go back or recommend to anyone. I ll take my business elsewhere. My last experience I just say I had enough but my paragraphs about this place will be too long to write on here

Went to see Mike at Merecedes Service Centers today for the first time and I was very pleased! I highly recommend going here. They were very knowledgable and showed true interest in what was best for my car. Employees were very friendly and had great customer service. I will continue to use thier services and take thier advice!

I have a brand new 2017 Mercedes and u would think nothing could happen right? Well my front bumper got stuck to cement while backing out of a parking space and my bumper came apart. I rushed to dealer just hear them tell me some BS and try to charge me $500 just to look at it. Thank God for Mike he fixed my bumper in literally 2mins and the cost was all of nothing!! They have a new Lifetime customer screw the dealer!

Went for a check engine light before going back to Montreal with an orphan car. Got a call saying there was no problem, no charge. Real professional, Mercedes service center has a new lifetime customer

Great place. Took my vehicle and they diagnosed the problem and fixed some minor things. Will definitely recommend to others.
