Defective Used Tire and Poor ServiceI visited the store on November 3ed, and purchased a used tire for $65. The following day, my vehicle began to shake even at low speeds. Upon returning to the store four days later, the staff suggested the issue was due to alignment, despite the fact that the shaking did not occur with my spare tire.Further inspection at another tire shop revealed that the tire sold to me had a bubble, which is likely the cause of the shaking. When I confronted the worker in MD New & Used Tires about this safety concern, they refused a refund and instead offered a 25% discount on a new, more expensive tire, which did not offer any real financial relief compared to other stores.This experience has been disappointing and costly, not just in monetary terms but also in time and safety. Please be cautious if considering purchasing from this store, I don't recommend it.

SCAM ALERT! This place sold me a tire and from the moment I drove off the lights on my car started going off about tire pressure. Drove down the road and the tire exploded. This place is a mess. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

Stopped by because I had a tire that didn't want to stay full of air. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and they were able to find a screw in the tire AND plug it. Everything was done in about 5 minutes. Great people and this is now my goto tire place!

Been here twice for quick flat tire repairs. Nails in different tires. They plugged one up and it s been great. Second nail in a different tire recently but it was too big to plug so they did a patch. It s been great so far. They are super efficient. Got it done in less than 15 mins each time. Great mom and pop shop, super friendly. I don t know how there were so many reviews about them being rude. Be courteous and respectful to people and usually you get the same treatment back.

They are awesome! If you ever need a used tire or a plug, they will get you in immediately and are super fast. The prices are the best. They are open every day except Saturday. You even get a free piece of candy.

The old man is very rude, the young guy is also very rude. I know it says used tire but immediately after I purchased and left the tire started slow leaking. Went back the following day all they could was plug the tire and the guy that did the tire say I should stop being cheap and buy new tires I said to him excuse me you don t know my finances, obviously if I could afford the new tires I would buy the new tires. Anyway I would not recommend going here. Wish I could give zero stars

Go elsewhere anytime you think about buying tires, this place is the worst in the area. Customer service is very bad, product quality is horrible, and they are rude.

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would it doesn t even deserve one. I ve been here twice the first time I got a blowout not even two days later they told me the rubber was glued it back on when the tow truck driver came. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came again. By the next morning my tire was flat so I brought it back to them and the guy argued with me and told me that it must have been my fault and treated me very disrespectfully him and his wife. The two people waiting behind me witnessed this and also left. I hope this review helps somebody not go through the trouble I went through.

Good prices on used tires.My advise for them is to treat Customer with respect and not change prices on what they offer from one day to another (this is not honest). Keep working hard and smiling. Thank you.

Horrible place! Save your money!! Bought full set of used tires on Tuesday. Due to the current economic crisis and my business being closed since mid March, I could not afford a new set so I paid extra for a better set of used tires. Their used tires are priced based on the condition of the tire. I asked the mechanic to put on the 4 best tires he had. They proceeded to put a compromised tire on my car that had been previously patched on the edge of the tire wall. Within a week it s gone completely flat twice even after trying to patch it back up, which I also had to pay for elsewhere. I called to see what could be done and they weren t willing to do anything! Now I m out of money, and stuck with a flat tire. Horrible business, terrible customer service. Have a little compassion during a time like this when we all need to help one another. I wasn t asking for anything free just what I paid for. Very disappointing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

My car had been bouncing while I was driving. I figured it needed a wheel alignment so I brought my car to Tires Plus for an alignment. They told me they could not do the alignment and that my car really needed four new tires and they quoted me $820. I decided financially if would be better for me to get used tires so I took my car here to MD. I tell the man that I was told I need four tires because my tires were all "about to blow at any moment" according to tires plus. The mechanic at MD inspected all four of my tires and told me only one was causing this issue and that he could replace that one. I was impressed by his honesty and decided to have only that tire replaced. I spent less than $50 and my car is running very smoothly with no bouncing now. The lady that works in the office was very nice too. I'm glad I went here and had someone honest help me with my car. I'm very appreciative. Thank you!

I had a flat and called to get pricing. They had the best price for new and used tires. I was towed to the shop and they showed me the used tires they had that were in excellent condition and practically new. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Great customer service and great tires.

Stay aware from this place. Just had a brand new tire mounted there and it is not holding air. Never even got it mounted on my trailer and it was flat. Brand new tire. They now want to charge me additional money to check it and have all sorts of excuses why it s not holding air. Rim was fine, holding air perfectly, just needed to replace a worn tire. Now they say the rim may have had dirt on it when they mounted the new tire which they are not responsible for. Really??? If that s the case why wouldn t they wipe it off before mounting the new tire. Costs nothing and takes 10 seconds. Instead they want $15 to remove the tire and clean it. Then they say the rim may be bent. Really??? Wasn t bent before you mounted the new tire as the old tire didn t leak. Place is a rip off and I really don t think they know what they re doing. Just watch them try to mount tires. Takes them twice as long as other shops. Avoid them and go somewhere reputable. Owner absolutely refuses to take any responsibility. Just wants to charge more for fixing something they should have done correctly the first time.

They are polite, hard working men at this shop. They work fast but do good work. They sale really good used and new tires for a great price. I will becoming back here when ever i need tires.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I needed a quick tire change. I went here to change my tire, they dropped 1 of my chrome rims( from standing position, flat on to its face) the actual manager did it! He denied everything when I saw it happen right in front of my eyes, and in front of his cameras, we got the police involved, they really did nothing. But I did get $20 off so for that he admits he did drop my rim, but he didn't verbally say he did. No apologies from him or his wife I guess. Worst experience. Never going here again.

Very nice mom and pop tire place with a good selection of used tires. They're a God send if you get a flat tire on a Sunday and everywhere is either closed or overpriced. Just beware that is a mom and pop shop so they only have a couple employees so there can be a bit off a wait

Not very good tires. I never buy new. Most places sell pretty descent tires at almost the same prices. At this place the 45 dollar ones at other tire place are 60 here. And the ones they sell for 45 should not be sold for 5.

These guys helped me put a tire on my Lexus at the best price. Couldn t find the tire anywhere else besides Tire Kingdom which charged a good $40 more.Great company and service!

My tires have only ever been able to be found online. I was beyond thrilled when they not only had 1 in stock but 2 and for a very affordable $50. Professional and quick service.

The only reason I didn't give five stars there's always room for improvement, best place you can go to for tires, very nice, quick, and thorough on the work completed. Looking for affordable tires this is the place to go!!!

Poor customer service.i was talked to and treated like an "outsider". In other words, if you are not Jamaican or white, you WON'T be treated as a human. One of the men did not even say "good morning". The first words were, "you have a mask, then put it on". Never have I have been humiliated. If you don't want my business because of my culture, then say so from the beginning.

Steer clear from this place, folks. Not worth trying to save a few bucks. They sold me some tires and overinflated them well past car recommendations. A month afterwards my car is shaking after one tire wore off unevenly. I go back and all I ask for them is that if I pay for another tire can they guarantee the problem will go away or else I get my money back, and they wouldn't even stand behind their claim. They kept saying it will fix it or they'll keep rebalancing it. I asked, if it doesn't after I drive off, can you refund me, and they responded no, that means the problem is with your car and you go somewhere else. Unbelievable what they'd do to make a buck.

I have been buying used tires from this family business for about 2 years and this husband and wife are the sweetest ever his tires are like new and very reasonably priced I would recommend them to any one if you are looking for new or used def stop by and see them

If I could give it zero stars I would. I called to ask about services and the woman who answered was barely audible when she picked up the phone and after I asked if they plug tires from driving over a nail she said NO, and hung up the phone.
