I just bought my Frontier Pro4x here. First I have to say that this vehicle is underrated compared to small pickups of other brands, the frontier feels superior, more comfortable and overall better truck than Tacoma. Second, the sales team treated me better than other stores, open with the price no hidden surprises, they made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. I am Happy with my purchase.

Great Customer Service. They were a bit pricy on the car that I wanted to purchase, but it was expected since the car is limited and rare. They were very professional and followed up. I did find a way better deal, but because they were professional, I gave them 5 stars.

I just bought my car from Lorenzo Ft Lauderdale. I had a pretty terrific experience.. I was know to walk out of dealerships before because I didn t like the jive talk I was given. But the Sales Manager named Alex and the Sales Rep named Ashley were just so hard working to get me the best deal on the car I love.They were patient and very good at listening to my needs and concerns.I highly recommend doing business with them if you are looking for the best price and great customer service.

Purchased a slightly used Frontier Pro-4x from the dealership. I highly recommend asking for Ashley if you are shopping at the dealership, as she helped me from start to finish. She was honest, pleasant to work with and made the process as easy as possible. Roy with finance was also great. Will recommend Lorenzo Nissan, Ft Lauderdale over and over again.

This dealership was not the most consumer friendly. While shopping for a car, they refused to negotiate the price, attempted to charge thousands above MSRP, and then offered a used vehicle for the same price because it had a "sport package." Luckily, I did my research and didn't fall for the tactics. Buyer be aware.

Really bad experience at first. Then Joel the sales manager was thoughtful enough to get me this fantastic young salesman named Kenton. He was amazing. My self being older he helped me with a lot of the tech stuff. First time having separate navigation screen and Apple Car Play and now I am in love with it. He returns messages so fast and lets me know I can return with any questions and he will help. He is such huge asset to this place which was average otherwise. Most of people working there seemed new and so was the finance guy who had NO idea what he was doing. They give excuses about how they don t have enough space. It took me hours to get paperwork and the deal done. Recommend if you can get a good salesman like Ken. Otherwise I would give it a pass..

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan from Ashley and the sales manager Alex a week ago and it was a great experience. They were accommodating, responsive, professional and let me shop at my own pace. Eventually landing on a car that I wasn't sure would fit my needs, but ended up fitting my budget. I am very happy overall with the process and would recommend them both! Thank you Ashley and Alex for a great experience!

False Advertisement.I went there because the add shows the car at $14,880.000.Final price with additional costs = $22,000.00 And had to talk to the manager for him to tell me somebody made a mistake.Lame..Please be aware.. a bad review is all I can do to protect other people.

Wonderful experience! Everyone was courteous and polite. My service advisor Junior was very knowledgeable with questions I had and helped me with the plan that was best for me. Great follow through. Service department does excellent work.

They fixed my car right the first time, the only thing I did not like is they had my car for 2 1/2 days, I had to call the dealer to ask what was the problem, can it be fixed before the weekend... I think the dealer should have called me to tell me what was the problem and when the vehicle would be ready for pickup.

Here is a five star review. Hopefully I never have to leave you another one. The customer service I have received from Nissan Mechanics is below average. Highly upset that every time I walk in for an oil change I am upsold on every thing. I bought my Nissan in 2015. It is paid in full. If I have to leave a review on every Nissan company I have been too without being paid for it then it feels like my job. I am not going to write a review at every Nissan I have ever been to. I have even had a mechanic forget to put an accurate sticker mileage for my next service. This happened at the Pompano location. Have a great life Nissan Lorenzo!

Salesperson Alex Corea-is the most honest and hardworking salesman I have ever dealt with. I had brought my car through this Dealership online. I did not have to go into the store and the car was purchased all online and then it shipped to my home in Alabama. The whole transaction was flawless.About 6 months after my purchase I noticed I no longer need one of the extra features which I had bought earlier. I reached out to Alex Corea, and he went above and beyond/to help me get my money back for this extra future.If I need to buy another car in the future, it will be here at Lorenzo Nissan with Alex Corea as the salesman. I enjoyed my interaction with him. I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy a car from this dealership.

Cant say enough about this dealership, i almost bought a 2022 Frontier from another dealer and the lack of professionalism drove me right off their lot.I inquired about the vehicle on Lorenzo Nissan's website and within 15 min i got a call from the Internet manager, very courteous and professional, I told him what i was looking for and he set up an appointment for me to talk to a sales rep.I got a call from Ashley and immediately knew my backstory and what i was looking for, asked me a series of questions and began working on the numbers.The numbers were good! better than the previous dealer, the interaction was amazing all was left was for me to go in, sing some papers and pickup my new vehicle.Because of my schedule i could only get there after they closed, not only were they waiting for me but everyone there including the manager and finance manager were courteous, professional and outgoing.I truly appreciate this team and special thanks to Ashley for working with me and helping me get into this amazing truck at a good price.Thank You Lorenzo Nissan Ft. BUYER BEWAREExtremely disappointed and lack of professionalism. We purchased our car in February of 2024 from Lorenzo Nissan in Ft. Lauderdale.Scam Advertising: We saw an Ad on the internet for the car we wanted, an Alfa Romeo Stevio. When we came into the dealership, they refused to sell the car for advertised price unless we traded in a car. Then, we wanted to purchase the car cash. They absolutely refused to sell the car at the advertised price unless we financed the car. We ended up purchasing the car and paying high dealerships fees.Deceit & Lies: Two keys were promised and shown to us at time of purchase. This was again verified by their finance officer at time of signing contract. We were given two keys. One week later, we tried the second key and to our dismay, the key did not open the car. It did not work.Terrible Customer Service: My husband proceeded to call the dealership and explained the second key did not work. Lorenzo Nissan claimed to not know anything about this, but would contact other car buyers in case they had given our key to another buyer. Do they have stack of keys and give them out without checking if they actually work? After hearing nothing from them, we called and they offered to give us $250.00 towards the cost of programming the key, which costs upwards of $550.00.We have called so many times and have been shuffled around to one person and another. We spoke to the manager, to the financing manager and asked that they please, in fairness to what we were told at time of purchased, that they please correct the issue with the second key. An assistant manager actually laughed at my husband and said they are not committed to give us a second key that works. After at least five phone calls, nothing has been resolved.We do not recommend Lorenzo Nissan. They engage in false advertising and their lack of professionalism has been infuriating. They are not trustworthy, and in our 30 year experience of purchasing cars, this has truly been the worst experience so far.

Prospective buyers be cautious of the low advertised bait and switch prices. They advertise Great Value pricing online, but then when you get ready to purchase throw the old "have to meet the non-disclosed DISCLOSURES at you" Use caution when dealing or trying to purchase from the used sales manager "Alex" whom repeatedly uses the phrase "I have to be honest with you over & over" Advertise $34,998.00 without Disclosures - Then I can only sell you the vehicle for that price if you 1st Finance with us & 2nd Trade In a 2014 Model or newer vehicle. SCAM!! Have a awesome inventory, but use unprofessional sales practices that give USED Dealers the bad reputation. Sell the vehicle for the advertised price or don't advertise it at all!

BUYER BEWARE!! IF YOU WANT TO PAY DOUBLE CAR PAYMENTS THIS IS YOUR DEALER!! We purchased a vehicle 28 days ago and dealership has yet to pay off my trade-in. Called them numerous times and left multiple messages requesting to speak to a manager but no one will return my call. Got our salesperson involved and he states that management is saying the payoff was made a week ago but my lender is saying otherwise. Yesterday I had the pleasure of making a payment on my old vehicle even though I no longer own it. If I didnt make the payment I would have had a 30 day on my credit. My lender also informed me that I am responsible for all payments moving forward until payoff is received. On a side note my lender says most payoffs are done via ACH so their story of paying the car off a week ago doesn't even sound legit. Nobody from this dealership seems to care!!

Bought an Altima at this store and they offered us 5 free oil change coupons which we took. We used one coupon and they change the oil for free. They offered to wash my car but I did not need it. When I went to use the second coupon they told me that the owner of the company decided that they were not taking the coupons for oil change. So I am stuck with 4 coupons that they reject. So don t be fooled by their lies

Visited Lorenzo Nissan this weekend after getting confirmation a vehicle i was interested in was indeed availableWe were a little hesitant as other Nissan Dealers we called would say yes they had the specific stock vehicle just to get you to visit them, so the experience with Lorenzo Nissan did not disappointWe were assigned Jean as the sales person and he was awesome. He pulled the requested car and was very diligent in answering all our questions, he did our homework and got a really good deal. He listened, got everyone and we were out with a new car in a very reasonable timeThe paperwork guys were also very niceHighly recommend Jean and Lorenzo Nissan

Issue with mechanic appointmentsWhy do places like these not operate properly? The incapable people at the top that don t know how to manage. not anyone else below.Scheduled an appointment for my recalls, went in to find out it was scheduled wrong and they were so backed up they couldn t get it done that day. Reschedule for the next day at 1:45. Went back. The guy proceeded to tell me recalls are only scheduled before 12 and it wouldn t be done by the end of the day. He told me scheduling issues happen a lot there. So naturally I asked to speak to whoever was in charge. I m assuming he brought me to the manager? Don t know exactly who.The man I spoke with had no regard for the fact that it was booked incorrectly or why I was talking to him. He just wanted to push the issue through and not hear what I had to say. He just kept shutting me up by rudely talking over me before I could even finish one sentence. I asked why would you have someone schedule passed 12 for recalls if they are to be schedule before 12. He shook his head rolled his eyes and interrupted me some more which I called him out for doing so because clearly he was unaware of his reaction/rude form of communication. he then proceeded to say that it s not their job to know when recalls should be scheduled for. I LOLED. This makes 0 sense to me. It s their job to schedule mechanic appointments, maintenance or recalls whatever it may be.Whose fault is all this? No one but this guys. Who couldn t care less about the smoothness of the operation going on around him, just caring about his coin he takes home at the end of the day. Maybe you wouldn t have to deal with customers like me asking to speak with whoever s in charge if you did your job properly and managed correctly sir. Ever thought about that? As a business owner myself I understand the order of operation in which it takes to have a business run smoothly. At the end of the day it s one one but the person on tops fault of things aren t being ran properly. but being a leader isn t for all. definitely not for this guy.**Side note - the guys in the red shirts/at check in of mechanics, and the women who answered the phone were all so so so great and friendly. Had great customer service with them. literally the only reason I gave this place any stars

I had the worst service experience EVER in their service department today. Gerald was rude and unprofessional and I will NEVER return to this place for service again. I brought my car in for regular service and to troubleshoot a tire with a slow leak and he tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the tire. They never checked!!! And Mr. Alvarez who was the manager was just as inappropriate and lacked customer service skills by disregarding my concerns and trying to get me to purchase tires after the fact. Zero stars in my book!!!!
