They popped my tire, Said it was dry rotted is why it popped. That s a lie. As you can clearly see in the picture.In the end, kept the hardware to my BEAD LOCK rims.And didn t replace the tire I just purchased.If I could give yall a negative 10 I would pay to let the world know how poor your servers are.

This place is horrible !! Customer service at its worst , first of all my tire went flat , It wasn't even 12 hours . Went back to tire shop to address my concerns . The owner is very Rude !! He's telling the guy let him see the tire before he gives me another one . As if I did something to cause the tire to go flat . You sold me a bad used tire. !! Not to mention I brought three tires and got an alignment .. I will never visit his business again ! Never try a string Black women !! Finally changed it after years made a seen !!

Prices good, but I was there from 2:30 PM to 6 PM because somebody was stuck trying to fix a tire on my vehicle. The owner offered to give me a temporary tire valve in place of valve until I can get the screw out to fix it but it shouldn t have taken so long to come to that conclusion. I m neutral because I love the price and the guy that worked on the vehicle did the thing but cmon sped that up next time .. I ll come back.

Came in with a blown out tire, went over to them and they gave me a new tire. 500 miles later the tire goes flat, has a bubble in it, and they forgot to put the cap on the tire. Apparently it s a BRAND NEW TIRE BY THE WAY and already having these kind of issues with a brand new tire that only went for 500 miles and costed $150. Asked for a refund since they installed the tire poorly and they told me, just come to the store my workers are stupid we will get you a new one while I am stuck across Florida due to their poor installation of my tire like a taunt in some way I guess. Do not go to this place, even if you re desperate, just go home and go to a better place. These people will steal your money and run.

This place was recommended by a friend and I have used them 3 times on 2 different vehicles, they are the cheapest in town, you can get 2 tires for the price of 1. The tires have lasted us a while. Depending on the time, the wait can be a little long, but we've had a time where it was quick.

DO NOT GO HERE . trust me . you, your car, and your wallet will suffer . These guys put my brake pads on the wrong way and destroyed my brand new pads and my rotors . not to mention extremely dangerous . also sold me a complety dry rotted tire with a nail in it AND put MY RIM on SOMEONE ELSES CAR so my. TPMS system is all messed up and not working forever now . i had to pay for new rotors and brake pads and get them installed and 150$ for a new tore pressure monitor and to get it synced to the car all because of bringing my car here and paying them for the job . AND HERES THE BEST PART . they told me to pretty much go screw myself and asked me if i had proof of there own shotty work. oh and i almost forgot about the first time i went here . i needed a tire they TOOK MY MONEY AND CHARGED MY CARD then they told me they didnt have the tire i needed . THEN TOLD ME I COULDNT GET MY MONEY BACK . that i had to come back the next day when there shipment comes in. iv mentioned this place to multiple mechanics over the past few months and every single one of them in this county knows of this place as a complete joke .

The most unpleasant place to get your tire done,what ever they sell you is bad,I feel bad for these illegal Haitians they have working twelves hours for eight dollars an hour,this midle east guys speak to them like they are less than human.Ive never seen so much raciste in one place.

I called this place before I drove there and they assured me they had my size tire. I get there.. they take off my tire and then spend 40 minutes looking for my tire "they supposedly had". They didn't have my tire, had to put back on the old one. I don't recommend this place for used tires . Very unorganized. To get in their parking lot is a mission in itself. There's a better tire place on Broward blvd and 31st west of KFC

Went in for a tire patch on my Jeep Wrangler and the guy didn't screw the lugs back on. He just put them there and i was unaware of it until i drove down the highway. Tire could have came off and seriously injured someone, if not killed them... everything had to be replaced by their mechanic who also demanded a tip

I have been there so many times. They are reasonable with the price, used and new tires! They do alignments corner of 31st and 19th street very very busy street's and very very busy establishment! You don't have to make appointments just show up!

As I drove in I saw how busy it was so I figured, long wait. I had been here before twice and was immediately attended to - I guess those were my lucky days. nonetheless I went to check if they had my tire size and they did at an affordable price to me so I was happy to wait. Surprise surprise I didn't have to wait as long as I thought I would. I young man came over and the changing of tires began. I watched his efficiency as he showed me how to take the tires off (I had asked him to show me in case I had to do it myself someday) he was patient and showed me in detail. Everyone was friendly, had their little comrade going but attentive. Had my new tires on and was on my way. I will go back again.

Worse place to come if you in a rush. The working are great but manager clearly manipulating the worker. If you can found another place near by please support the next shop. By the way don t even think about asking for a refund.

My bank called to alert me that someone tried to used my card 3x at this store. When I called to clarify, the owner/ manager Mike sounds very fishy. First he said, he s there, then he said he s not there. He gave me a number to call, apparently his manager at that location, o called but no one answered. BEWARE of this store !!!!

Nice shop! They have several guys working at a time so even if it s busy you will get serviced quickly. I would give five stars, but I got a used tire there that was defective. They replaced the tire for free a few days later with no problem.

I purchased a tire from Walmart on Oakland Park and they sold me a cheap tire for the price of expensive tire. Then I went to this shop to put the Walmart tire on my car and the man told me that the tire was no good it had a rip in the side of the tire so I decided to get a new tire with this company because they was honest with me. I did take back the Walmart tire and I will be going back to this shop for my tires for now on

Extremely sketchy business. My card info was stolen and used at this location. When I called to question I could never get any answers out of whoever answers the phone number listed. They constantly just hung up on me. And by the looks of other reviewers, them using stolen card information is not a new thing. How they are still in business is wild.

They dented all 3 rims I came here 3 wks ago to get 4 tires installed I went back the next morning cause tires were on the floor they said it was the valve they charged me again this happened again for 3 weeks finally got em fixed turns out the dented my rims

Mr Mike the boss is a great leader dealing with tough people,harsh environment, train his staff, take care of the equipment,store supply, maintenance cleaning long hours service, deal with the most aggressive customers, I was their many time they never treat the workers good for the hard work they do always complain about the price,example buying used tires in term of quality and price, never be the same as new one plus any how you have to pay for the labor and tires rotation,,add air pressure, new valves ,if you are nice some tips will make a difference for the staff, I like everyone their they are my people, they always make sure I will be safe driving with max quality tires service I got from my neighbors ,good luck everybody be safe my friends

Horrible!!... As I pulled in the supervisor insulted my home country flag(U.S.V.I) Infront of my car..then tried to sell me a wrong size tire that has a tear behind my back... I kept calm and simply left because I swear to NEVER suggest or return to them Again!.. that Arab is full of himself and needs customer and business classes.

Unprofessional guys even the owner the Arab guy that wears the red shirt. They are all sorry and don't want to work nor help people! The owner just don't care, all he cares about is MONEY! He doesn't even ask how can he help you when you pull in he's just rude! If my tire didn't go flat by his shop, I would've drove to another tire shop! I will NEVER come back to this location again. The long wait is ridiculous too. The owner only come up to you to ask how you're paying for your service.

worst place ever!!! most of the workers dont speak english and cant communicate with you and the Owner/ boss has no customer service and hes extremely rude never..... ever.... go to this place customer service is horrible
