My office is across the street from Kel Auto A/C and over the years my employees as well as myself have had our auto A/C issues taken care of by Kel.Even though they are very reasonable I took my vehicle in today expecting to have a sizable bill. Jeff checked the car, added Freon and said if the Freon leaked out bring it back and they will check for the leak. He said have a nice day and didn t charge me a penny. Who has that customer service these days?

Kel's Auto AC is the perfect example of what every auto repair shop should be like. When I arrived, I was great politely and respectfully. The shop was immaculate and it was obvious Jeff took pride in his space and his work. I was seen promptly by Jeff and he was able to diagnose my problem in 1 minute. He fixed my main issue and took it upon himself to do a little preventative maintenance without extra charge. I was billed a fair amount for the work done. The cost was neither cheap nor expensive. It was fair. Thank you Kel's, not only will I use your service but I will let everyone I can know about how great you guys are!

Highly recommended,My air wasn't cooling, so I went in and was given plenty of options. Finally brought it back after the cheaper options didn't hold, so I opted for the main repair. They were pretty busy, this place looks like it has been here a long time, which to me is an indication of good business practices. I was informed all along the way of the repair and possible cost of the repair, I own a 2001 Nissan Frontier, so I already knew there could be addition problems, so the price went from amazing to acceptable, with a few complications. In south Florida air conditioning is vital. But a $1100 repair was acceptable now that I'm sitting in my truck shivering from the ice cold a/c. I'm a contractor and I understand parts and labor. I saw my bill and was happy to see that the labor rate was reasonable and because of the make of my truck the parts were a bit costly, nature of the beast. All in all 100% satisfied!! Thank you!!

I had taken my work vans to Kel Air for almost 8 years and while A/C work is never cheep, I had always been treated fairly.I took my own car to an other mechanic (Auto Logic) a couple of years ago and was told that after he put in freon "I promise your a/c will blow ice cubes." The day I picked it up the a/c started blowing hot air. When I took it back to him he told me that since the freon leaked out and my system is the old kind if you replace one part you have to replace the whole thing. So, blah blah blah over $1000! Soon after that, I lost my job and after that didn't have the $1000 plus, so haven't had a/c for this whole time.I recently decided that I couldn't do another South Florida summer with no a/c and went to Kel hoping it wouldn't be quite as much as the other guy said. They had the car for a few days, put dye in the system to tell exactly where the leak was. After double checking, they couldn't find a leak! It only cost a couple hundred dollars! I had been suffering for years in the Florida heat because some knuckle head at another shop screwed up!!!Thank you Kel Air for fixing my a/c! The cold air feels great! The service was wonderful! The price was fair!

I took my 1991 Cadillac Brougham to Kel's, thought the car had r12, Kel's web page said they still have this product in stock, GREAT! Jeff comes out to the car and says "pop the hood", takes one look says , sir your car has already been converted to r34. Jeff go's right to work, pops caps, inserts dye and adds Freon, checks cold AC replaced with new caps. DONE!! Great price and Fantastic service!!! I Highly Recommend Kel Auto Air Conditioning

Joe got my AC from zero to hero in <30 minutes and <$100! Very courteous and professional and seriously I ve never seen such a clean and organized shop. He even vacuumed the leaves out! Can t recommend enough. Saw the reviews on here and they were right. A+

Great people! Did an amazing job on my SUV that had a busted AC part and didn't price gouge me either. All around impressed with their operation. Family run business's can be hit and miss. These guys knock it out of the park. YES, I recommend this shop.

My AC was not blowing cold and was expierencing the passenger side flooding with water, initially thought the AC was causing the problem however this was not the case, it was a blocked drain which is a common issue with my make of car and also something Lyle pointed out. He was professional every step of the way, above all he was honest which says a lot to me. If you are looking for any auto AC service look no further, my AC is running like new and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended and will be referring friends and family in future...

I just drove there to assess my A/C for my car as it is not working. I saw a sign on the door that said be back in 15 minutes. I had no idea when that sign was put up so I called the number at which time a guy from the garage walked over to answer the phone. I explained to him that I was in the white car outside and noticed the 15 min sign and if he knew when someone would be back. He slammed the phone down, hung up on me and then proceeded to curse me out from the garage asking me if I could read the sign. Needless to say I won't be bothering going back. Great employee...

Just moved here from the Midwest. AC was not working well. Took it there and Joe checked it out. Fixed it up with just a cleaning and fresh freon. Could have easily ripped me off, but did the honest thing. Taking my cars there for life. Very happy.

Excellent service and expertise... Jeff is very knowledgeable. I finally have an answer to what s wrong with my 1980 caddy s AC. No BS diagnosis... I will definitely recommend.

Very bad experience , read all the great reviews , close by me was a plus, 1st time I went with my Acura he looked at it started it up gave scenarios of reasons A.c. was out , but couldn't do anything , so I took it back next day , left it for the day , then received a phone call that a complete compressor & clutch plates were needed and gave me a outrageous price , charged me $80.00 for something he knew the day before , I got the impression he was too busy and didn't want to do the work , very poor customer service .

I have lived by this place for over 10 years I always saw it empty today I found out why extremely bad service . call in for a price and the guy answering the phone didn't even let me speak when he started to tell me what he need to do in order to a price I ask if he was in the office ,he said yes but still couldn't do it so I guess he didn't want to do any thing so when you see a place that is always empty keep away from it there is always a reason why ...

The worst customer service I've ever received... I was acknowledged when coming to this location and given an exaggerated estimate for a job. I extremely do not recommend this place.... Horrible place
