I met with Otis the owner with a problem with 2012 528i and he pulled out diagnostic tools and located problem. One day service requiring me to get one day rental and Otis took me on road test to explain that the problem was corrected, we found other problems for this older model that make it possible to be corrected if Isaved the money over time, or we could select problems that make the car safe and perform as it should with a reasonable price. IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE To go a mechanic recommended and was real deal.

Bad experience, the secretary is really nasty she doesn't even know how to talk to the customer, yesterday i went there and she told me that, oh,I know my cursing words are really bad , this is not the way you talk to your customers, diagnostic $230 and hourly to get the job done $230 oh Lord. Not recommended at all.

The owner and his employees are bad business go anywhere else. Got a quote from bmw to fix my car for $3000 before I took my car from the dealer i called this shop and his employee quoted me at 1800 with parts and labor I thought great I save a little. He told me the repairs would take a day next day he isn t done and I didn t hear from him after one week of having my car he told me something else was wrong and that my car needed it to be fixed he said maybe a extra 400 by time they were done changing the price on me I was up to 3700 and he would not work out a plan for the unforeseen charges that I was not warned about before hand. Go anywhere else u won t save here

I went here years ago. The owner Otis, would not accept the parts from my extended warranty so I had to pay extra. He was nice enough to tell me he would let me pay him later for an oil leak that was from my oil level sensor but ended up getting one inexpensive enough that I ended up paying him at the same time as my other repairs. Later on, I found out that the oil level sensor was defective giving us the impression that we had oil when we didn't. When my ex was using the vehicle for some time he doesn't listen to cars sounds. When I took it back, I drove it 1 block and immediately knew that it needed oil. It was down 5 of 7 quarts. I was lucky he didn't blow my engine in the BMW. This should not have happened because of both of them. My ex goes by what the computer says but he should also hear the loud tapping of the engine. I blame them both.

I was on Facebook market place and saw a complete rear end for a e46 m3. In the pictures it had the whole complete rear subframe and differential. I asked if there were any issues with the diff and was told that it is in great working order. Drove 3 hours to pick it up. Upon arrival the diff was removed from the rear end, and the rest of the rear end was tucked away in a corner. The seller lani tried to rip me off by just selling the diff and not the complete rear end like we had agreed. I had to negotiate the rest of the rear end back into the deal and it was missing a lot of hardware including the axles. After that whole ordeal, a week later we then installed the rear end and diff on my car and the limited slip diff is slipping badly and making a whining noise. I asked if I can have a partial refund for the diff needing a rebuild and not working at all like it was described. The seller doesn t want refund me at all and tried blaming misinstallation. So I am writing this review so nobody else gets scammed by this business. Totally unprofessional and gives a bad name to the car community and businesses.

Very bad experience with Mr.Otis he diagnosed my car for a bad computer I paid $720 for a new computer to be purchased and to be programmed and put in my car I than proceeded to ask him for a receipt for what I paid him and a invoice for the computer and he won t provide me with anything come to find out he never even purchased a computer for my car he used and old one and made the problem worse he than proceeded to tell me now it s not the computer it s the fuel pump now a day later he calls and says it s my engine that is bad I drove my car to his business in running conditions and now I have to pay to tow my vehicle home because it is non driveable this by far has been my worst experience ever with unprofessional people!!! This man said out of his own mouth he charged me $285 dollars out of spite because I called the police because he refused to provide me a receipt or invoice after the police witnessed him saying he would release my car once I payed the $285 once the officer left my car was loaded on the tow truck Mr.Otis Walked in front of the tow truck and locked the gate with my husband inside of his business and demanded we give him the receipt he gave once We paid the $285 to change it for another one because he gave us the wrong one !!
