This place used to be a good one to come in before management was changed. After new management was put in place then the customer treatment went downhill and also prices skyrocketed, nowadays customer service seems to be horrible everywhere is like people are so irritated about these times that the love of service is gone now is all about money and the greed of money. I have to say that an oil change is $150-200 see ding on brand car, and also AC refill is $200 plus tax depending on car so therefore be careful and aware of such prices. If u like cold treatment then surely come hereService: Air & cabin filter replacement

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY DAMAGED THE ENGINE ON MY CAR !!! Did an oil change a week ago, was offered to replace the engine filter. After a week check engine light came one, went to Nissan dealership and was informed that engine filter cover wasnt locked IN PLACE when it was replaced, so all the dust came directly to the engine, now I have to spent 1000$ to fix it because of unprofessional people work at Jiffy Lube

I really like that they gave me a tube for air conditioning while my windows were rolled down. That was something I haven't received at any other location. All of the workers were very kind and patient. I will go out of my way just to go to this location.

These guys are always pretty helpful even when they can't fix the problem. They did an oil change in less than 10 minutes and there's rarely ever a line. They ran a diagnostic for me for free and told me the other locations that could solve the problem. They aren't multicare themselves, but they will make you feel cared for.

According to the guy I spoke with, they were short staffed on the day I took the car in, but you'd never know it. There were 2 staff on and everything went quickly and smoothly. Friendly, helpful staff as well. The location on Hallandale Beach Blvd didn't even have the oil we wanted. I mean...come on, you're an oil change place. I'm glad I ended up at this location instead.

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube, I came in for an oil change and it went super smooth and incredibly fast. I had Jaime, Kevin, Michael, Bryan, Terrell work on my car and they were great. Although it's alot of them, each one of them had a specific task to do and to double check everything and it went great. Also, let me mention Jazmin the manager on site. She was supervising each step being done on my car, making sure everything was getting done correctly. Great job Jiffy Lube team on Sterling

My visit today at jiffy lube was very pleasant, with one little snafu where they did not have the light bulb that I needed for my car's tail light. I was told that they could order it and it would be there in 20 minutes but I know I could get it at a auto part store and return quicker which I did. Jasmine installed the bulb quickly. I would recommend coming to this jiffy lube and ask for Jasmine she is very and pleasant to customers thank you

Saturday, my brother who is only 17 years old and just got his driver license. He drove my car to this stupid place to do the oil change. A guy opened the hood, take out the cap to check the oil and said they couldn't do that. And then, the guy just close the hood and forgot to put the cap back. When my brother drove my car back, terrible things happened. He smells the oil burning and the engine temperature was on the highest level. He was afraid and stoped his car on the side of the road. When he opened the hood, he found the oil has spurted to everywhere. And this shop only offer me an oil change? It business indicates that it is a professional auto repair shop, but it's staff even forgot to put the cap back to the engine which almost cause a accident with a minor. I'm really angry about that and I don't suggest any of you guys come to this stupid place. I already contacted with my lawyer and let's see what will happen.

Such a quick and pleasant experience, didn t even have to get out of my car for the oil change. Jaimie and the rest of the team there were very kind and helpful and didn t try to oversell me. Would definitely recommend this place for your car maintenance!

Prices. I was told would be about $120. Then everything is done and the bill for an oil change only, nothing else. The bill is $170+.Unethical, terrible business practice. If it weren't for convenience when needed an oil change when traveling out of town I would never go to one of your places again.

Shady place. Becareful if you purchase groupon they will make you pay another 20 dollars on top of that.Rude female manager. They did not do all the receipt said they did such as: check tires wash windshield add windshield liquid.IM thinking they probably used regular oil instead of the better one. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. SHADY AS HELL.shame on you!

I want to give a Really BIG Thank you to the Manager at this location and the whole team at this location. As a health professional with a demanding job. I had a mechanical issue that needed attention right away. I pulled up to this location and the young gentlemen was attentative to my issues and handled everything fast and efficiently. I have a newer car and wasn't easy to get a battery. The manager called around to assist with picking it up for me but no one had my battery. He didn't have to offer to go pick it up but he was very empathetic. Anyway I had to go and get a battery and they assist me with switching it out without any issues. I love this team and will continue to go back to this location! They all deserve a Raise! You all are Awesome!

The team at this location are amazing!LJ, Jamie & Daniel were wonderful!I went there for an oil change and they noticed that my 2 filters (engine & AC) were dirty and full of leaves.They went out of their way to clean out the leaves and install the new filters.They suggested that I flush out my system before adding the oil.....great idea!They work as a team making sure that everything is in good working order!I will definitely be recommending this location to my neighbors and friends!I believe that they deserve 10 stars!Many thanks to all of them.SincerelyDeborah Graham2007 Hyundai Tiburon v6Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

We take both my wife s car and my truck here for oil changes the last couple years. No issues until recently. My wife s car almost broke down because they didn t finish the oil change properly. I m not sure exactly what they left off but it was leaking oil massively. My wife was driving 1.5 hours each way while unknowingly losing oil. I only noticed it because when she got home there was a huge oil puddle in the driveway which I had to clean up. The car had never dripped one drop before the oil change. We took it back in and they replaced the depleted oil and finished it properly. I ve heard of these things happening at Jiffy before. We will never go here or to any other Jiffy Lube again. I suggest they spend less time trying to upsell and focus more on the oil change we paid for.

Really sad that I have to write this really horrible experience waited about an hour which I didn't mind to wait but very unprofessional I don't even know if they did it correctly. The person that was helping me ended up just leaving. The other guys are inside the office. They looked like they were doing something. Criminated themselves, but really unprofessional

This morning I was charged 100.00 for a regular oil change. I am a regular customer that usually pays around 40 after the coupon.Be careful. This was after I told two attendance I want just an oil change and the one I normally get. Next time, I will be going someone else.

Absolutely love this location and 100% recommend! The team here is always friendly, and they're not pushy at all with additional services. They top off fluids and tire pressure for you too. Even when your vehicle is due for an extra service, they very politely let you know and ask if it's something you're interested in. Pricing is very reasonable, and I've never had any issues having my vehicles serviced here.The Jiffy Lube team always has time for customers. Although, if we all keep giving 5 star reviews, they may have to build a bigger building!
